Over time, Head coaches observe this group of kids and swiftly recruit them exposing them to better training. Is it because they are More skillful? NO. It's because they are older therefore a 10yr old would easily dominate the 9yr olds in his group.

This season, which is hopefully Wenger's last, is one i plan to observe from a distance. The man has successfully weakened the foundation of the team, so I have no hope for anything in the next few years, even after he leaves.
