In a country of constant news of corruption, oppression and deceit by the political class, Fashola is the only beacon the young can look up to as a role model.
Would I vote Fashola for president ?

Put him in that race come 2015 and I would vote him over my twin brother.

ROSSIKE: 47%... Wow... I'm impressed! smiley smiley No wonder they have the self dignity and confidence to ban Islam.

In a way... this spells the first steps towards the ban on all foreign religions in Africa. The decolonisation of the African is truly underway. Next stop: Christians.
First step indeed. But I doubt the second step would be that easy so considering it is 48 % Christian .
May Allah forgive them and guide them back unto the right path.
The Angolans are proving what Muslims already know i.e. Christians are by far more intolerant against Islam than the other way round, in reality Christians only succeed in making Muslims look very bad because own and control world media - through well orchestrated negative propaganda.
I don't know how to call you dumb or blind without sounding abusive. The statistics are right there before you to show 47% indigenous believers, 48% Christian and the rest.

Jobs/VacanciesRe: A Nigerian Sends An Email To Resign From PricewaterhouseCoopers In The US by edoyad(m): 3:43pm On Nov 21, 2013
Nigerians typically micromanage the educational and professional choices of their children, all in the name of the best interest of the children. While these parents mean well, they don't know when to let go, and let the children make their own choices. One of the outcomes of this behaviour is what we see in this lady's actions. Lets hope parents and potential parents learn from this. It is the children's lives, you have to let them make their own choices at some point in time.

I wish this lady the best of luck and hope she realizes that she is one of the lucky people who have taken the bull by the horns and taken control of their careers by doing what they love and enjoy. Sadly many people will be stuck in careers they neither have much interest in, enjoy, or love.

Young lady, if you are a NLer, send me an email and I will hook you up with some friends who can get you involved in the lecture/speech circuit in the USA. You can travel all over the country giving speeches about your experiences while getting paid handsomely, without any a negative impact on whatever your current career path is.

When you say doesn't last , you're not giving a clear picture. How long does a full charge last on an average day ? Meanwhile you can go to power under settings and make some adjustments.

Obi1kenobi: Can you substantiate any of this nonsense or as I asked before, is it because it doesn't conform to whatever blinkered fantasies you have? So anyone postulating theories based on often exhaustive experimental results that you don't agree with have to be neo-nazi skinheads, alcohol and child abusers. How pathetic you are. grin
You sir, are in possession of a very sound mind
PoliticsRe: Africa With The Lowest Average IQ In The World - Study (picture Map)!!! by edoyad(m): 4:06pm On Nov 17, 2013
The connection between learning and mental ability is still largely unknown, as are the workings of the brain and the nature of intellectual ability. Intellectual ability does seem to depend more on genetic factors than on environmental factors, but most experts agree that environment plays some significant role in its development.
But can you increase your IQ score? There is some evidence that children develop higher intellectual ability if they receive better nurturing and diet as babies, and a higher degree of intellectual stimulation in preschool tends to boost children's IQ scores for a few years of elementary school but does not permanently increase IQ scores. For the most part, adult IQ scores don't significantly increase over time. There is evidence that maintaining an intellectually stimulating atmosphere (by learning new skills or solving puzzles, for example) boosts some cognitive ability, similar to the way maintaining an exercise regimen boosts physical ability, but these changes aren't permanent and do not have much effect on IQ scores.
So your IQ score is relatively stable, no matter what education you acquire. This does not mean that you can't increase your intelligence. IQ tests are only one imperfect method of measuring certain aspects of intellectual ability. A lot of critics point out that IQ tests don't measure creativity, social skills, wisdom, acquired abilities or a host of other things we consider to be aspects of intelligence. The value of IQ tests is that they measure general cognitive ability, which has been proven to be a fairly accurate indicator of intellectual potential. There is a high positive correlation between IQ and success in school and the work place, but there are many, many cases where IQ and success do not coincide

Well I did do some reading on the subject. Also notice the bold part which indicates how environment could play a part in this matter undecided
