Mankind2024: The momentum that greeted the suspension lift by the NGX was what drove investors to board the Aso Savings train, and no one saw the breaking news coming. The odds of double-digit profit were in their favour. I'm sure you would have mentioned it here if your crystal ball or instrument was 50% predictive of the delisting and liquidation.
NB: I never had a zero unit of Aso Savings. I still insist that the best crystal ball is the last 12 quarterly earnings. A company's past earnings can point to the direction of the company. |

Mankind2024: @EDUECO, No one has a crystal ball, so don't blame anyone for not selling or bailing out. We all manage risk in our own way. Far more wealth has been destroyed by selling too early than by riding through market crashes. In most cases, investors have the crystal ball in the form of historical earnings and dividends. In this very scenerio of Aso Savings;the company has poor earning and dividend history. The poor earnings and dividends is the crystal ball or mirror! |
