This written statement contain the bitter truth so many supposed 'investors' don't want to read or hear!

Any company whose shares you bought that cannot guarantee you at least 5% dividend yield which is paid every year is not a sustainable company or business in the long run or future.

A company that pays good dividend every year is a well managed one; and such company has intrinsic value which is directly related or proportional to the company's future positive results.

If FBNH with very poor dividend is above N25; so why can't ACCESSCORP that has very good dividend be above N25?

I haven't heard these terms for a while: price to earnings ratio and book value of stocks. They used to point out if a particular stock is in overbought region make guyman no enter ocean with him two legs.

Audited result is probably the best; how ever,I make my financial decisions based on good/excellent dividend history.
