This should positively impact on the price
The interim dividend is going to be close to N1 this year.

I'm surprised that GEREGU has sold 25 Million Naira worth of stocks today.

GEREGU hardly trade up to 3 Million Naira worth of shares.

GEREGU's price is grossly over inflated;it is not supposed to be more than N200.

My people say, when two people they drag land. The person way get money go dey plant dey go.
You are seeing gtbank going to #80.And you are still listening to junk media noise on this banks when the banks have released press statements .You think the banks will release fake news and not true position when the regulators will read it.
The funny part is some people are genuine at heart in thr post while some are playing games. What makes them feel they can use thr small change like my own to pull down bank stocks which the ceos who are billionaires are in control and the kind OS this banks have join.
I wish you guys luck till many of thr price will soon go above what it was before this cbn policy. So you expect banks like gtbank to double zenith without up adjustment from zenith. Then triple uba and others without them going up....na my street sense I talk
Has the FA of this banks gone down or improving even if it is at small rate
My Oga,just leave them make dem dey fear fear cheesy.

If person wey buy Ella lake abi Ella luku get hope, how person wey buy diamond stocks like tier 1 Nigerian banks go dey feel?

I advice that the dematerialization be done immediately.

Brokers charge about 0.5% of the value (or a flat fee of up to 10,000) so the process might not going to cost much considering the current SP...

Also you never can tell there might be an opportunity to sell and the brokers start with their frustrating delays wink
Quite frankly,I think your suggestion is the best.

Looks like First Bank will be the Last Bank to respond to the CBN circular. I am surprised Ote$ doesn't care about the price of his stock.
Ote cares more about the stock price((GEREGU is a good example).

He can take First Bank to 100 Naira, remember he is a FORBES billionaire.

The document I have is the purchase receipt and filled form showing the number of shares and issuing houses. The thing is I am not sure if my Dad sold the shares off when it started crashing back then as i was a minor then. I just want to know if the shares are still there or they have been sold off. Thank you for your reply...I just started my stock investment journey with Bua and others.
From the statement 'issuing houses',I think what you have is a share certificate. The stock price is currently 60 Kobo. For the now, don't bother to dematerialize it.If it appreciates in price in the future, you can then dematerialize and sell it.

It is good you have started your investment journey with BUA Foods. BUA is a good profit making and a dividend paying company.

Seems you no like FIRST Bank. You suppose put their name na grin
You know this folk is a newbie like myself;so, excellent or good dividend paying stocks are the best investment to start with.

First Bank is not an excellent dividend paying company at the moment.

Good afternoon all. Please I have a question. My late dad got us Daar Communications shares since 2008(I have the evidential documents). I was a minor then. Please how and where can I confirm my records? I know the company's shares is less than a naira and has not declared dividend since then. I just need to confirm if my records as a shareholder is still active. First registrars have not responded to my email of enquiry yet.
Is the document with you a share certificate or a purchase/buy contract note?

If it is a share certificate you can take it to a stockbroker to dematerialize it. But my advice to you is not to waste any money in the dematerialization because at the moment the company is a liability and not an equity!

If it is a purchase contract note you have, just locate the office of the stockbroker so that when there is a demand for Daar Communication stocks you can sell it.

If you're not currently investing, this is the best time to start.Register with a digital stockbroker like Morgan Capital and start buying good dividend paying stocks like Zenith Bank,UBA,Access Bank, et cetera.

This are my 8th and 9th SIGNALS for 2025... Over to MR TIME and PATIENCE!!!

Do you know that the shareholder's funds of Zenith Bank is currently above 4 Trillion Naira?

Do you also know that Jim Ovia will get more than 20 billion Naira as dividend for 2025 financial year? And dividend payment is the best legitimate means he can get this money from his equity investment.

Dividend means trust, reliability and longevity.

So many world powers with Iran are waiting to test their new toys in real battles and this is a good chance, especially CHINA AND RUSSIA.
The war against terrorists and illegal settlers is a war that must be won.
Those terrorists and the Cancer of this world and their madness must end.

They took out Sadam
They took out Ghaddifi
Now the terrorists want to take out Iran leader, which won't happen.
They just cause chaos and war everywhere and bully people.
China is the world leader of modern and sophisticated technology ;and the USA is boasting instead of Trump to persuade both Israel and Iran to embrace peace. cool grin

I know he envys Netanyahu alot,he wishes he was the one committing the current genocide in Iran,so he can come online and brag to his followers on TRUTH app.

At this stage the US should be acting as a mediator to bring peace to both sides no not joining isreal to fight Tehran.

What kind of stupid peace ? When Israeli territory is been bombarded day and night by Iranian hypersonic arsenals.

Both Iran and Israel must do away with their pride or arrogance in order to end the unnecessary killing and destruction of the infrastructure of their countries.

Your broker is a liar, intelligent investors are buying UBA, ZENITH,ACCESSCORP, GTBANK, Fidelity and even FBNH.

But,you can sell if you feel like doing so.
