You will be rewarded with dividend and capital appreciation or preservation.

If this is going to be possible. Then this will be a time for jijo with Access Bank. Convert all my Zenith and GTCO to Access (because Zenith & GTCO may not pay more than N1 interim dividend). After chopping a huge interim with Access, convert from Access back to Zenith and GTCO (even with a possibility of more units as there is bound to be pull-back). Sense no go kill me. ;

Any of the interim-dividend-paying-bank that fails to pay interim dividend after H1 results had been released must still be sinking in CBN forbearance. This will be the only way to judge them. Not on the beautiful PR released by the banks. Firstholdco can't be judge by this since it had long stopped the payment of interim dividend. I also believe the information can be gotten from H1 results. Hence, expect a delay from H1 reports from banks.

The interim dividend is going to be close to N1 this year.

I'm surprised that GEREGU has sold 25 Million Naira worth of stocks today.

GEREGU hardly trade up to 3 Million Naira worth of shares.

GEREGU's price is grossly over inflated;it is not supposed to be more than N200.

Brokers charge about 0.5% of the value (or a flat fee of up to 10,000) so the process might not going to cost much considering the current SP...

Also you never can tell there might be an opportunity to sell and the brokers start with their frustrating delays

From the statement 'issuing houses',I think what you have is a share certificate. The stock price is currently 60 Kobo. For the now, don't bother to dematerialize it.If it appreciates in price in the future,you can then dematerialize and sell it.

It is good you have started your investment journey with BUA Foods. BUA is a good profit making and a dividend paying company.

Please how and where can I confirm my records? I know the company's shares is less than a naira and has not declared dividend since then. Is the document with you a share certificate or a purchase/buy contract note?

If it is a share certificate you can take it to a stockbroker to dematerialize it. But my advice to you is not to waste any money in the dematerialization because at the moment the company is a liability and not an equity!

If it is a purchase contract note you have,just locate the office of the stockbroker so that when there is a demand for Daar Communication stocks you can sell it.

If you're not currently investing,this is the best time to start.Register with a digital stockbroker like Morgan Capital and start buying good dividend paying stocks like Zenith Bank,UBA,Access Bank, et cetera.
