@Tbaba,May be i hyped up our teacher's on board,Ustaz's would have been more appropraite,but as someone seeking to know more about the deen,i see them as people that are learned ,My wish for all of us and those educating us here is to attain that status(Amin)in our lives.

I think we should not base our believe of the deen solely on this hypothesis,since it has not been verified by any independent body of scholar's,but what it teaches is this Man discovered it but did not build on it to make claim that He is either a messenger or recieve devine revelation(like R Khalifa's claim of messengerhood).I believe discoveries like this will only reinforce our certainty that this Quran is devine but not to use it as a yardstick to believe or not to believe.Allah knows best.

Jazakallahu khairan!this is quite enlightening because Our Sister's have been reduced to something else.
On one of Oprah's show,people were being interview to tell their age and it was used to judge if they're wearing clothes that fit their age, she was discussing the kind of clothes a woman should wear to get attention from Men/get noticed.
At the end their dicussion they end up with conclusion like; women below 25yrs should wear clothes showing thier shape,between 20-35yrs,clothes showing their cleavage,35-50,clothes showing their breast,and 50 and above clothes showing their hands.
What i'm trying to say here is this guys are setting standard for Women,and in trying to look civilized they fall for this rhetorics that will lead them distruction all in the name of fashion and getting noticed

Thank God,we still have people that believe this is inhumane,with all the risk and hazards this guys are expose to for 75k some people still think airtel have the right to reduce salary by 60%.Some of us are just after winning through legal means not looking at the moral implication/how it will affect people negatively.
For those supporting Airtel,please find time to know the risks(e.g Acoutic disorder) nd hazards this guys go through for 75k.

this report is confirmed,the workers are going back after meeting between all stakeholder's( including airtel top management,) while negotiation will continue to arrived at a lasting solution.

when  Airtel tookover,spanco/techmehindra was to take over the Management of the call center,they were ready to absorb this workers from HRIndexx/CCSNL/Bazaleel,but unfortunately they were willing to absorb but under a harsh condition of service(which was made known just days to 30th september) that is worst than what this guys were enjoying zain day's.The contarct staffs are willing to work but not on 30k salary.
This indians promised to absorbed them when they tookover,and promised their will no be increase in salary untill they have achieved stability but days to the expiration of the contract with HRIdexx/CCSNL/Bazaleel they cameup with other isue's that were never part of thier plan when they came in.

The contract with the call center agents expired because they fail to accept the following:
1. No one can accrue more than or go on more than 6 days annual leave.
2. Work six(6) days a week for 8 hours per day.
3. Accept a 60% salary deduction.
4. Accept a 50% staff downsizing.
5. No incentives
This worker have been with the company for over 2years on the same salary.
Airtel and Spanco are sister companies so anything spanco/techmehindra is doing airtel is fully aware of.

Mystery in the Holy Quran

Very interesting findings of Dr. Tariq Al Swaidan might grasp your attention:

Dr.Tariq Al Swaidan discovered some verses in the Holy Qur'an that mentioned one thing is equal to

another, i, e. men are equal to women.

Although this makes sense grammatically, the astonishing fact is that the number of times the word

man appears in the Holy Qur'an is 24 and number of times the word woman appears is also 24,

therefore not only is this phrase correct in the grammatical sense but also true mathematically,

I, e. 24 = 24.

Upon further analysis of various verses, he discovered that this is consistent throughout the whole

Holy Qur'an where it says one thing is like another.

Modern science has only recently proven that the water covers
