Osimhen is preferable to Isaaac Success as a lone striker.

He really troubled the Ugandan defence.

Chukwueze and Kalu will now compete fo r the RW position.

On his(Chukwueze's) debut he had a man of the match performance.He created more scoring chances than Kalu, more of a team player and very good with right corner kicks.

My only problem with Agu is his constant back passes.He was too cautious with his play.

He lacks confidence to move the ball forward.

I thought the match is by 4:00p.m

Croatia was not spectacular in our game. Croatia grew into the tournament. Keshi would have won the match at best, and drawn at the worst, dispatched Iceland and possibly draw with Argentina, who are at the worst in a long time.

You guys need to remember that the 2018 Eagles were the most cohesive and happiest set in about the last 40 years.

In 2014, the team was going to the game against France fighting NFF about money. As at match day, players were still grumbling.

Rohr might still not have qualified in a group having Argentina, Bosnia and Iran.

We have never drawn Argentina in a WC.We lost in 2010 and 2014.

If Keshi or Amodu had produced what he did at the World Cup, they would have been sacked. No questions about it.

A group that had WC finalists(Croatia) and a desperate Argentina.I doubt any coach would have qualified us from that group.

On Onyekuru, Rohr prefers players who track back to defend and are not too attack minded, which is why Kalu keeps on starting ahead of Onyekuru because of that balance.

If Ebuehi was available do you think he would have kept Kalu on the bench?

Saying Baxter did not do well against other teams does not change the point that he will do better with more quality players.

Onyekuru has far better justification.

Onyekuru won't get you goals as a 9, Faith Terim(Galatasaray) and Van(Anderlecht) have tried it but ended up losing to their opponents.

Mikel Agu was rated the second best player in their home match against CD Feirense with rating of 7.5 according to who scored.

Musa is a LWF/false 9 and not a lone forward.

He played as a lone striker against Serbia but didn't deliver.

His best games has always been as a false 9, against Arg (friendly) he came on as a sub to provide assist for Iwobi's second goal and against Iceland where he scored two.

Musa needs space to operate.

We have enough mid-fielders for the SA game Iwobi and Iheanacho as AMs,Ajayi and John Ogu as DMs and Mikel Agu and Etebo as CMFs.This makes it a total of 6 mid-fielders.

Ajayi played as a DMF in a 4-1-4-1 formation against Blackburn in their 1-1 draw.

I have answered the question repeatedly. Nacho has a killer attribute. When utilized properly, he pulled stats with some of the best in the game. His best attribute is his finishing. Which means he is a striker.

In the SA game, we played with zero supply and Rohr's conservative style has hindered us enjoying the electric finishing of Nacho.

Find the best attribute of a player and you find his position.

Any of Iheanacho, Osimhen or Success can do the job just fine. But I would have wanted to see Odey replace Ighalo on the list. Give these boys a path to the top. They leave the league and we immediately forget about and that is not right. The goal should be to make them the best they can be not just send them to Europe. We should all be very proud of Odey as he is beating the odds before our very eyes and the coach should be encouraging that. This does not mean that Henry doesn't deserve his spot btw
