Musa is a LWF/false 9 and not a lone forward.

He played as a lone striker against Serbia but didn't deliver.

His best games has always been as a false 9, against Arg (friendly) he came on as a sub to provide assist for Iwobi's second goal and against Iceland where he scored two.

Musa needs space to operate.

We have enough mid-fielders for the SA game Iwobi and Iheanacho as AMs,Ajayi and John Ogu as DMs and Mikel Agu and Etebo as CMFs.This makes it a total of 6 mid-fielders.

Ajayi played as a DMF in a 4-1-4-1 formation against Blackburn in their 1-1 draw.

Recall that ,if not for Ebuehi and Shehu's injuries Aina wouldn't have played RB because he was invited for the LB position.

Musa played the no.9 position against Serbia but didn't deliver.

I have answered the question repeatedly. Nacho has a killer attribute. When utilized properly, he pulled stats with some of the best in the game. His best attribute is his finishing. Which means he is a striker.

In the SA game, we played with zero supply and Rohr's conservative style has hindered us enjoying the electric finishing of Nacho.

Find the best attribute of a player and you find his position.

Any of Iheanacho, Osimhen or Success can do the job just fine. But I would have wanted to see Odey replace Ighalo on the list. Give these boys a path to the top. They leave the league and we immediately forget about and that is not right. The goal should be to make them the best they can be not just send them to Europe. We should all be very proud of Odey as he is beating the odds before our very eyes and the coach should be encouraging that. This does not mean that Henry doesn't deserve his spot btw

Osimhen has 1 cap during is Wolfsburg stint and he didn't even score a single goal for Wolfsburg then ,so you can see what I am saying ?

Even when onyekuru was tearing Belgium apart he was not even invited quickly

This is just like inviting Alhassan Ibrahim ahead of Iheanacho because he doesn't get game time for City.

Awoniyi scored 7 goals in over 20 league games in the league last season. Awoniyi has not scored at all this season in the league after 10 games.

Osimhen already has 5 goals in 7 league games.

The invitation might be early for Osimhen but i do not think Awoniyi has done enough so far to force the coach's hand.

Rohr clearly likes Osimhen so it is not surprising that he is getting called up.

7 goals in 20 games is not too good for a striker playing in the Belgian league(a league known for having poor defence).Onyekuru who played for Eupen as a LWF had 25 goals last 2 seasons in that same league but S.Moses kept on receiving call-ups ahead of him.He was even the top scorer in the league before he got injured.

The November list didn't come as surprise to me. One thing this list and the previous ones have done is that, it continues to show that the man Rohr does not know the way to the promise land. He has contributed immensely to our football by bringing us out of agonizing period of bad football and barrenness, he has brought back the fear factor known with the Super Eagles on the African continent. In short, he has achieved more in few years that he has spent with us.

Going forward, I'm afraid to say the man lacks idea(s) to improve the SE. We might continue to win our African opponents and even go on to win AFCON 19. But truth be told, the farthest his revolution will take us is just a football orgasm and we will be back again to the drawing board.

Note: why do some people get emotional and attack others for stating their opinions. Just saw where Mickael2 was attacked for writing off the team’s chances against SA. On paper, with the thin midfielders we will be parading, we don't stand a chance and every reasonable pundits will never give the Eagles a walkover over the southies. Not forgetting that they whipped our ass right there at our backyard.

the best role form mikel in the current super eagles is the 'andrea pirlo' role(deep laying play maker) where as ndidi will be the ram in the middle while iwobi will be deployed as the number 10

Our biggest mistake in the WC was leaving Ebuehi on the bench and playing a defensive minded Idowu as LWB.

Iwobi should have paired Musa upfront in our 3-5-2.(the same guy that scored 2 goals against them in a friendly).

Rohr really learnt his lessons seeing as he dropped Idowu for Jamilu collins.

Most of our CBs won't be available for Qatar 22.Apart from Ekoong who by then will be 28 and might not have that much pace by then.Omeruo's lack of pace resulted in Argentina's first goal.

Awaziem is more of a utility player than a CB(though he still has time on his side to master a particular position),the SA and Serbia games comes to mind.
