I am beginning to doubt this Fidelity rate. I went to a Fidelity bank around my location and I could not withdraw #20k. The max I could withdraw was #10k. If a bank can be so callous as to reduce its maximum withdrawal for other banks to #10k, I am beginning to wonder how their exchange rate will be any good. Also, I got thinking if she claims to withdraw $20k for $52.2. Subtract Payoneer's $3.15 per transaction, that means there rate is #407 per dollar.
