PoliticsRe: OBJ, IBB, Abdulsalami, Gusau, Abdullahi Are Supporting Peter Obi - Sowore by Efuaye(m): 7:46pm On Jul 15, 2022
You're accurate in your observations!
I can assure you that Obi supporters are ready to give their all in his support. That's the opposite of the norm in Nigerian politics!
Usually, politicians are the ones that give to the electorate but in Obi's case, the reverse is the case.

LollySeaSide:
I’ve come to terms with my observations about supporters of the presidential flag bearers of APC,PDP and LP.

The supporters of APC/Tinubu are mostly those that rely on government patronage, the existing corrupt system, brief-case/portfolio contractors and businessmen who have no viable means of livelihood or ability to create wealth outside of government. They depend solely on government to live.

The supporters of PDP/Atiku are mainly those who did not benefit from APC’s maladminstration, with hope that Atiku’s presidency will somehow allow them make money from the treasury, they are so used to free money from their days in government that the last 7 years have so impoverished them and they can’t wait to take over.
They have almost same Idiology as the APC except that one is in power and the other can’t wait to replace the one in power. Nothing dissimilar.

As for LP/Obidients, the supporters are mostly self- reliant people, whose only dream is to have a working government. They believe Nigeria has great and enormous potentials and can work again. They want a new beginning for Nigeria; a change from the endemic corruption that has been the bane of Nigeria’s development. They want a RESET. They want Nigeria to be productive by industrialization. They want a shift from consumption to production. They want to get the ports working efficiently and effectively. They want to tackle insecurity by creating jobs through industrializing the economy. They want every child of school age to be in school because they understand that an educated populace Is a productive populace.

I belong to the last group. Nigeria must work again.

May God help us choose wisely.

In as much as I don't support tribal bashing whatsoever, but can you guys stop making it seem as if voting PO is doing Igbos a favour...

If you like vote babangida, tomorrow when kerosene sell for 2k/litre, you and I will still buy it at the same amount.

Vote whoever you want, if you like vote because someone is from your tribe, but be rest assured that most likely, you and I won't get enriched when the man from our tribe becomes the president.

However, you and I will gain economically, educationally, etc... when we vote the man that have a better plan for the masses, and not for himself and his gangs.

That being said, vote whoever you want, nobody is asking you to vote for PO. Also, voting for PO is not doing favour to the Igbos. If he's good, you and I will enjoy it, if he turns out to be bad, all of us will suffer it still.

Shalom
Best response ever.

'No change' after shopping at the shopping Mall.
It seems that it is a deliberate move by cashiers to rip off shoppers.
PoliticsRe: Why Peter Obi Is The Most Popular Candidate In Nigeria Today by Efuaye(m): 7:33am On Jun 15, 2022
Anybody still supporting the two major political parties is sick of 'Stockholm Disease' and Peter Obi should be the prescribed cure!
How Nigerians clap for the same people that plunged them into almost irrecoverable poverty beats me!
PoliticsRe: Is Ahmad Lawan Licking His Wounds? by Efuaye(m): 3:58pm On Jun 14, 2022
Brown Envelope journalism.

Anyone that contested against Tinubu or refused to step down for him at the primary must be vilified!

This is not a good omen for the country should he win at the polls next year.
PoliticsRe: Pictures From Eti-Osa-Lekki-Epe Concrete Expressway Road Project In Lagos by Efuaye(m): 3:24pm On Jun 14, 2022
okeyumez:
Go to Kano and see good roads with 5 - 6 lanes on each side built with solid martials.
Traveling from Lekki phase 1 to ibeju lekki is just 2 lanes. No connecting bridges. Sands have
taken over many portions of the road. The roads are narrow, pot holes everywhere.
From sangotedo to Ajah bridge is like passing through hell fire. Too much traffic due to bad roads and heavy trucks.
Ajah is just a name. Inner roads are worse. No good water and no alternative routes to V.I
These road look substandard. Lagos do not construct quality roads. The only good road in Lagos is the one constructed by Dangote from
Oworonshoki to Apapa road.
I do not know why the present government in Lagos find it difficult to demolish some structures and expand their roads.
Akowonjo road is too narrow due to illegal structures from vulcanizer bus stop to egbeda. Ikotun and shasha road are worse than all roads in Central African Republic and Somalia.
Most times i wonder what the LASG does with the money they generate through IGR
Chai! You sabi Lagos.

Each time I am going out in Lagos, I get apprehensive just because of the roads.

How can one not be able to predict his journey time because he could be held up at any given time in traffic for hours?

I don't know why people sing song of praise for Lagos state government!
PoliticsRe: Which States Will Peter Obi Win To Win The Presidential Election? by Efuaye(m): 3:13pm On Jun 14, 2022
We have since 2007 been crying for independent candidates to be enshrined in our Constitution. Now, we have something that seems close to it in Peter Obi, yet we yelling he lacks political structure!
What is wrong with us?
If he was an independent candidate, under which structure would he have run?
Let's work it out because he's the only viable option we have now.
PoliticsRe: Okada Ban: Riders Sue Lagos Government by Efuaye(m): 2:42pm On Jun 03, 2022
The ban should be total and not the selected one in place right now!
Our youths should go back to acquiring productive skills that are now lacking in Nigeria.
Artisans are now imported from Togo and Benin republic!
Our boys are busy doing yahoo and riding bikes for quick and easy money.
PoliticsRe: Commuters Groan As Lagos Govt Enforces Ban On ‘Okada’ Operations by Efuaye(m): 6:35pm On Jun 02, 2022
Before there was Okada business in the early 90s, how were we commutinghuh
In my area, all the artisans that I know have since abandoned their trade and skills for riding Okada!
Okada, has made Nigerians lazy.
Today, skill acquisition is now an aberration for young men! They are either riding okada/keke or doing Yahoo!
What a country!!!

What is it with this kidney problem killing men in Nigeria in recent times?
Kidney diseases of all kinds are becoming rampant!
Before you say it's due to alcohol and cigarettes, I have seen kidney patients who never indulge in those things and yet had it!

It would be unforgiving for those who seeks revolutionary economic/political change for Nigeria not to vote for Peter Obi!
Atiku should collapse his political machinery to help this guy get elected.
Christianity EtcRe: Pastor Ade Abraham: Why I Charge My Church Members N310K To Fly Them To Heaven by Efuaye(m): 1:51pm On May 05, 2022
Blame religion in all this!
Religion prey on people's ignorance but remember that Christianity is supposed to be a way of life.

OP, remove the image used! That's a wrong picture of the pastor in question. The picture you used is of another pastor based in the USA.
CelebritiesRe: Nollywood Actor, David Osagie Is Dead (Photos) by Efuaye(m): 12:43pm On May 04, 2022
We should be reminded of the comatose state of our health care system!
Pray that you don't have any serious reason to visit any hospitals even for those who can afford it.
The decadence is too deep.
Try to do a diagnostic in two or three different labs for the same problem, you'll be amazed at the results that you'll get.
RIP to the dead.

Noise!
We are too Noisy, we are too Loud!

Foolish Optimism is the reason we are unable to make rational decisions.

I just watched a prayer match for a Nigerian politician and a presidential hopeful far away in Mecca! A place that's supposed to be sacred!
Where did Biden and Macron go for prayers before they won elections in their country?

All the brilliant aspirants for 2023 election are uncelebrated because of tribal sentiment!

Japhlet00:
You made a point.
But this has to do with health , my health your health. They say prevention is better than cure..
If I understand your concerns as the OP, your takeaway is health?

The abuse of Ampiclox or any antibiotics will lead to its body resistance which is more deadly than UTI you are trying to prevent by taking it!
You don't use one error to prevent another error.

I don't know why we take health matters lightly.

As bad as things are now in 2022, I prefer it to the 1998 Abacha era even if it's for the little Democratic freedom we have now and the hope to choose a new government next year!
Under the Abacha's "leprous five fingers party" (apology to the late Bola Ige), it was a complete hopeless situation, but thank God for the famous "Apple".

They are the ones killed and their wives and children are taken as captives!
You can hardly find widowers but in every five women you may meet is a widow!
Men, take care of yourselves.

What about those who swore with their blood that they will never touch or use it?
The world is really transiting fast and we all have to be careful how we align.
