There is nothing to ashamed about when it comes to wanting large, round and firm breasts. For many, breasts symbolize beauty and enhance a woman’s femininity. Due to the Hollywood influence, the bigger the better. This also means a lot of male attention, if that is your intention.

If surgical options are not your cup of tea and don’t believe in chemical filled creams that promise miracles, there are some ancient and modern methods which have proven to be effective. But be warned it will take time, patience and consistency.

1. The right exercise
Ever wondered why women who do heavy work outs or body building tend to have smaller breasts? This is because your breasts are mostly made of fat and shrink as your activity levels increase. Do the exercises daily for 30 minutes and seek guidance from a gym instructor to ensure you are doing them properly.

2. Massage
Other than improving your breast overall health, massages increase blood circulation and stretch out tissues within the breast so as to make them appear big and firm. Put some oil in your palm and rub. Rub inwards in a circular motion for about 15 minutes. Do this twice a day for a few months to get positive results.

3. Diet
They say you are what you eat. This is true. Unhealthy food will affect your whole body overall including your breasts. If you follow a healthy diet religiously, expect to see some results.



4. Wear the correct bra
Wearing a bra that is either too small or too large can leave your breasts appearing smaller than they actually are. Wear a bra that allows your breast to lift. Poorly-sized bras can also be very uncomfortable. Bras should offer support and lift the breasts not flatten them or allow them to hang loosely. You can opt for padded bras to create the illusion of larger breasts as well.

5. Fenugreek seeds
This is said to help increase the breast size being a phytoestrogenic herb. Fenugreek stimulates the breast-enlarging hormones like estrogen and progesterone. To make a paste, mix ¼ cup of fenugreek powder with some water. Apply it and massage gently! Let it sit for 10 minutes then rinse off. Repeat this twice daily. You can also add it to your body lotion add apply daily.

6. Onion juice
For this to work combine honey, turmeric and onion juice together and apply on to your breast. That combination can help firm up sagging breasts and increase breast size. To get the effective result, you should apply this treatment before you sleep and leave it until the morning. Wash it off with lukewarm water.

7. Olive Oil
Olive oil is considered as one of the most effective home remedies for breast enlargement. Regular massages with olive oil can make your breast look soft and firm. Furthermore, application of olive oil can help reduce the risk of breast cancer.



8. Lavender oil and tea tree oil
Other popular oils used back in the day are lavender oil and tea tree oil. They stimulate breast tissue development increasing their overall size. Mix tea tree oil and lavender oil in equal quantities and apply to your breast for about 10 minutes. Rinse it off with lukewarm water and repeat it daily for at least one month.

South Africa's embattled President Jacob Zuma says he has done nothing wrong and sees no reason to stand down.

Mr Zuma spoke after the ruling African National Congress (ANC) gave him an ultimatum to resign by the end of the day or face a parliamentary vote of no confidence on Thursday.

The 75-year-old has come under increasing pressure to resign amid numerous allegations of corruption.

But he said the ANC had failed to explain why he had been recalled.

In a lengthy, unannounced, interview with national broadcaster SABC, Mr Zuma made no reference to the early morning police raids and arrests at the home of his close associates, the wealthy, Indian-born Gupta family.

The Guptas have been accused of using their close friendship with the president to wield enormous political influence. Both parties deny all allegations of wrongdoing

Mr Zuma stressed that he was not defying the ANC but he disagreed with its decision to ask him to resign.

"It was very unfair to me that this issue is raised," he said. "Nobody has ever provided the reasons. Nobody is saying what I have done."

Mr Zuma's decision to cling on to power has put him at odds with South Africa's deputy president Cyril Ramaphosa, the ANC's new leader and his expected successor.

President Zuma told SABC he had offered to go after June, but objected to the way the issue was currently being handled.

A statement from President Jacob Zuma appeared imminent on Wednesday as a TimesLIVE reporter witnessed an SABC crew being summoned to the president's official residence in Pretoria.

The reporter said an SABC reporter had received a phone call while waiting outside the Union Buildings and was told to be on a standby for a recording with Zuma.

Shortly after that, the SABC crew left the Union Buildings and drove to Zuma's official Mahlamba Ndlopfu residence, where they waited outside for about 30 minutes.

The TimesLIVE reporter then witnessed the SABC reporter and a cameraman being escorted into the residence by a police officer, while another stood guard outside.
