I'm a builder and I'm from benin too,for the planks it's ok cos it's high now but the labour to cast should be nothing more than 180k,if there's another thing you might let us know here or probably call me on

If i may ask how many length of 16mm,12mm and 10mm did you use for the raft, secondly howmany bags of cement did it consume.

2tons of 16mm,for the raft,1ton of 12mm for the raft ring. And 10mm for the pillar ring

83 was used

how much did it cost you to drill the borehole at the site. Were u able to get good water and at wat feet.

Thank you mr brabus it's an open forum for critics but I believe in what I have done and secondly it's not in all a waterlogged area and every treatment to ensure its strength and avoidance of future problem is taking care by getting quality material for the finishing.

To all the critics in the house I want to just say that we all know it's a bungalow and even at that the filling was treated to compact and since we fill it would go down when it settles I will advise we wait for that.
