Hello house and happy weekend been a busy week with the sand filling of the project will be sending pictures of that soon

Why are you using 2 boards for the base can u explain

the building is taking a penthouse which attracts load and the land has a bit of water so after sand filling the land the best foundation i concluded was to make the base 2board and the raft 3board then the German floor 9inches

we've just concluded the raft casting of the foundation as filling will commence next week before the German floor.
