So much has been on for some time now and here's the pics for work done so far as we've removed the parapet wood

I just concluded the roofing stage of a 4 bedroom bungalow in Lugbe. The site engineer has given me the bill below as the next phase. Please can you advise accordingly?

Analysis of the estimate work.
(1) electrical pipe work @ # 180,000
(2) plumbing internal pipe work @ # 110,000.
(3) protectors @ #250,000.
(4) window casement @ #450,000.
(5) ten (10) load of plastering sand @ #70,000.
(6) one (1) load of stonedust @ #50,000.
(7). One hundred and ten (110) bags of cement @ #1,650, = #181,500.
( labour # 350,000.
(9) all the chambers @ #100,000.
(10) external pipe to the sockerway and outside water pipe @ #68,000.

Grand total = 1,809,500.00

The location will help so one will know the area and the cost of materials in the area will help in the cost proper but around 1.7m will perfectly handle the job any where

For 2 bdroom bungalow it will take 3.2m with steptile roofing sheet,sliding aluminium window,virony china door,tiles for ground and toilet,pop for parlour room pvc,plumbing and electrical to painting

First the location and if the land is dry and level enough

Then foundation,2.2m
From foundation to decking level,1.7m


Thaats how fr it can go

Just the amount I gave in my last post will handle it or less which is 6m or less and it consist of all the interiors I wrote on my above post,lets just say 5.7m

Thank you sir for the concern but 75% of 2bdrm flats comes ensuite no ante room it's mostly a simple design and secondly he said to to lintel level it won't fail.

In ajah area of lagos it will cost 3.5m while in a none water logged area it will cost 2.7m bring any design it won't fail

Firstly the location and if the land is dry is it level.

But to make things a little easy,in ajah axis it will cost 7m and it consist of steptile roofing sheet casement window, pop ceiling,parapet before roof,china doors and painting.


Outside ajah the mainland will cost 6m

@yaskin, I can see your building is in isheri north am also about to develop a property there got a quote of 4m plus for a raft foundation and German floor is that a fair quote from your experience in the area. I will appreciate your response

Sir can you specify the building type so I can know iif the quote is high or low if the building is a 2flats of 3bdrm only then can I assist u

And for the decking 2.7m I can handle it
