Good am sorry all builders are a bit busy at the period but I can rush out wwhat you need as quote below

Foundation cement 8bags for blinding
Block work to the 4courses 22bags tops
German floor 50bags
Block work to lintels cement 35bags
Lintels casting 10bags
Block work level 10bags

General block from foundation to roof level 3600

12mm. Rod 35lenght
10mm 20lenght
Plank. 1x12x12 30
Another 10 to slice to 5inches
4inches nail 1/2 bag
3inches same

Another 1 ten tire truck will be added for the setting


You can call me for any other advice

I have a good plan I can use for this building

Long term house is advisable cos it will allow you to undergo all the stress once and for all both in the traffic and know how to get to work on time unlike the short term house where in the end it will be destroyed and you will have to start all over again

100 bags will be enough for this and the ratio for mix will 1:5:5. So it will have a good paste since it's german
