Bro I have a similar problem with opay. I sent some fund to an old opay account of mine mistakenly instead of a new one. I can't get the sim for the old account again and retrieval isn't possible too. I've called customer care and was asked to upgrade to level 3. I've done that. What do I do after that to get the money? Thanks.

For this issue, I'll be plain to you. It's not something you will be calling customer support for through phone.

If you have time, go to the office. But first, since you have upgraded the new account to tier 3, you will then get an affidavit stating that you're the owner of the lost sim card and due to the fact that you cannot retrieve the line, you wish for Opay to transfer the funds (both balance and savings) to the new account.

And I hope that it was the same BVN and ID card you used for the first one it's still the same you used to register the new account?

When you get the affidavit, you will then send through your Opay verified email to the email address I posted before

1. A modular refinery owned by Waltersmith Petroman Oil Limited has received praise from the federal government.

2. The refinery, located in Imo State, will provide a solution to Nigeria's challenges, and the federal government is excited.

3. Already, the refinery is producing over 600 million litres of various products and dispatching 20 trucks daily.

Heineken Lokpobiri, the Minister of State for Petroleum Resources (Oil), has praised WalterSmith Modular Refinery for meeting energy needs in the country.

The refinery located at Ibigwe in Ohaji/Egbema Local Government Area of Imo State produces 600 million litres of fuel. Refinery in Imo produces 600 million liters.

Lokpobiri, speaking to journalists after taking a tour of the facility with Simbi Wabote, the Executive Secretary of the Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board (NCDMB), expressed delight with WalterSmith.
The minister also noted that the modular refineries are the shortest way to address Nigeria's energy problems.

His words: "The refineries that are state-owned are still under rehabilitation. As the Minister of State for Petroleum Resources, it is my responsibility to ensure that there is sufficient supply of petroleum products pending the resumption of refining activities in the nation’s refineries. “I take charge of the programme to supervise the rehabilitation of our state-owned refineries.
That is why I have gone round all the refineries in Port Harcourt, the refinery in Warri and the refinery in Kaduna. You know the shortest way to addressing our energy problem is the modular refineries. “That is why the Executive Secretary of the Nigerian Content Development Board, said there was the need for us to visit the WalterSmith and that is why I am here today to see things for myself.
I am sure anybody that enters here will be very proud of what we are seeing here."

He added that he is determined to ensure more modular refineries are working “I am happy to be here to see what is going on and to encourage WalterSmith; to that, we can solve our energy problems in this country. But, I want to say that it is not enough for us to give those who have modular refinery license money. We need to identify those who have proven record of success. “Some people will take the money and divert it, but here we are physically seeing one that is functional. And we have also see the expansion of what is going on. And so, we will do whatever we can to support them." Refinery capacity For Wabote NCDMB Executive Secretary, he expressed delight that the modular refinery was successful. He disclosed that "they have produced over 600 million litres of various products from this refinery. About 20 trucks leave the refineries daily.

Legit.ng reported that the Nigerian Upstream Petroleum Regulatory Commission (NURPC) said on Saturday, October 28, 2023, that it would take all the required steps within the Petroleum Industry Act 2021 to ensure enough and regular supply of crude oil to upcoming refineries in Nigeria.
The Commission summoned a meeting with 52 crude oil exploration and production companies to ensure the ramping up of feedstock for new refineries in Nigeria. The Commission's Head of Public Affairs and Corporate Communications, Olaide Shonola, warned in a statement that there would be consequences for undermining the process.

I'm not doubting the refinery becoming operational but the capacity put here is not correct.

The capacity of refineries is measured in barrels and not in liters.

The three refineries owned by government that has served Nigeria for long produce approximately is 33,000 barrels per day at maximum production. Though this has fallen to about 6,000 per day.

Dangote had the capacity to produce 6,500 barrels of crude per day.

Then you're talking of a modular refinery approximately 37,000 barrels because a barrel is 159 Liters.

If you divide 6million Liters by 159 (which is 1 barrel) it will give you 37,735.85 barrels per day. Knowing that a modular refinery is a simplified refinery requiring significantly less capital investment than traditional full-scale refinery facilities.

So if three full scale refineries at full capacity is producing 33,000 barrels per day, then you don't expect one modular refinery to produce more than the three full scale refinery put together.

Then get an affidavit from the court that you wish to change your Opay account number due to loss of sim card and your inability to retrieve the said sim card because it was not you who registered the sim card.

Then use the email in the account to send to those mails I gave earlier.

But try to visit the office if you're close to Ilorin

Without the sim card, he will not be able to log into a new device because the app will request for an OTP sent to that sim card.

That's why he need to retrieve that sim card first. Then while logging into a new device, he will still have to do a live capture or provide the BVN on that account.

I felt we should be able to reduce the price of this convertion kit if we could get the kit for cheap (about 100k give or take) , maybe the "cng container" here in naija relatively cheap and labor.
All in all about 200k or thereabouts compared to the current costs.

Due to the fuel price increase, myself and some Bolt drivers in Benin City have set-up a WhatsApp group trying to find an alternative to fuel for our cars and to the beat of our knowledge, there were six companies the Federal Government gave permits to start the conversion of fuel to CNG for cars back in 2007/08 thereabout.

But it was only NIPCO that took the business serious and we're even installing for free but very few people took it serious due to lack of knowledge and proper public awareness by the government.

Well today, NIPCO charges 452k to convert one car but we were able to get a company in Lagos to come to Benin for us at cheaper rate but the company has been dragging leg for sometime now.

The guys at NIPCO even told us that if we even get the installation kit and do the convertion by ourselves, we will still come to them for verification to ensure there's no leakage and that standard kits were used.

Now the verification is not free. They're doing this because they're the only company in the country that dispenses CNG for cars. So you see, until, other companies come into the business to break the monopoly, it's going to be very difficult to do your convertion independently.

this print out the bank gave you simply means the POS transaction was successful from their end, meaning money was successfully withdrawn from your account but it was not successfully credited into the POS account.

The POS operator was supposed to make a report to the company that owns that POS who will then contact NIBSS for a reversal of funds.

my advise, go to the POS operator to lodge a complaint through his company.

We returned it the man say he no de collect again. Omo we change am for the man o. We created big scene all the traders on that line gathered. Three different technicians checked it and confirm it was factory error before the man changed it for us.

But we're enjoying the level now o. The generator is so quiet. We want to know how long a 12.5kg cylinder will last us because we de buy fuel 14k every three days before.

Well I've only had one Chinese boss and he was a very nice guy.

Mr Micheal will be in the office before 7am and he will work with us till we close.

The mechanic that work on the car when there was a leakage on the radiator told me that i should put water to half level of the plastic and also put water on the metal cap and that once the water in the metal cap drains, it will take from the plastic to top it but i noticed that the top up is not being done. The plastic is still full while the metal cap dries up.

If the metal cap dries up and the plastic container if filled up, it means the content if the radiator (metal cap) is going into the plastic container due to overheating.

LPG, which is either propane or butane (or mixture of both) is also known as Cooking Gas or Domestic Gas.

Fuel tank emptied via the supply hose .

Scale set to measure lpg as it is consumed in KG

1L of fuel measured out into a gallon and will be poured into gen.

Same amount of load will be applied in both instances .

Timer set to zero.

I will start with LPG.... Will run for 1KG and I will turn it off once it hits 1kg on the scale the
mark the time.

Next will be petrol PMS, it will also run for 1L then I will mark the amount of time it took before gen went off.

1kg of gas = ₦650 (June 12 2023)

1L of petrol = ₦500 (June 12 2023)
