jonaifame22:I don't particularly know where to buy one but if you check jiji.com, I'm sure you'll see some. Linkages are used to support the cars stability, they should be 2-3k for the two. As per the gear oil, since I was using the car frequently, I was changing the gear oil more frequent than usual. I used Matex ATF which was sold at 3k for 4L keg. As per the speed of the car, I don't know how you drive so can't say whether the car is fast because me driving at 100km/hr is pretty slow for me, but for someone else, that's fast. The car is a pretty small car with 1.5L engine. If you're speed junkie like me, that's not the car for you. But if you need a fuel efficient, small saloon with good maintenance costs, then you can use it. Its a very fuel efficient car. Other cars in its category are Toyota Yaris, Kia Rio and Hyundai Accent. But anytime, I will still go for the Honda City |
jonaifame22:Thanks for your concerns. Yeah I used Honda city 2008 model. To me, one of the best cars for the job (just prepare to change linkages regularly sha). I don't do the job again so I have sold the car to invest somewhere else. But if you get a good sound one, you will enjoy it. If its automatic, find good gear oil to use and make sure you change the gear oil regularly too (if possible, every two months). Best of luck |
igbi:That's not 20%. Its 40%. At 20%, you would have paid 40665 naira. |
Here in Benin city, we still de go work, though we close by 12noon |
i don't know why Nigerians just like hating Honda, my aunty bought a honda city 2008 in 2009, she used it till I sold it last year. The shaft never pulled out. the only leg issues the car had was the occassional change of linkages and hub. Nothing else. Hondas are great cars. I will rather get a honda than a toyota, at least for security purpose in lagos. marshalcarter: |
Sammy07:Yes. Literally means, The Oba will live for ever. Amen |
samonak:He said go and read, he didn't say ask. Me don waka go house sha. That night nothing will make me wake up self. For the guy asking in case of emergency, there are many other ways you can pass without going close to the palace. |
chuhill:saw this late. i guess youre already there now. probably through with the interview. the office is in the same building with where i worked. a worker there told us about the recruitment and how to apply but i didn't take it serious. hope it went well for you. |
stevmatt15:good morning. just seeing your post. i work with Opay in Benin City and we register propsective agents for free POS machines. Opay will give you a free POS terminal on the payment of a 20k caution fee, but you have to meet the following terms and conditions. on downloading and registering on the Opay app, you will be upgrade to an Agent level when you provide you BVN, Passport photograph, Utility Bill and a Federal Govt Issued ID card. then you have one month to meet a target of one million bank transfers. as soon as you meet that, you will be called to come collect your POS machine and in the office, you will be shown how to make the caution fee. other ways, you can get the POS is doing 200k bank transfers with the app within 5 days in 30 transfers or if you have an existing POS stand before, maybe from Kudi, Firstmonie or other banks, you will be required to bring your statement of account which must not be less than 3million naira (in total - deposits and withdrawals). your POS will be given to you within two weeks. now here are the charges from Opay: deposits, Opay will charge you 10 naira. withdrawals, Opay will charge 0.7% of the amount being withdrawn. this is irrespective of what you charge your customers. if you are in Edo state and you need more information on how to get a POS machine for your business, let me know so i can conncet you with one of our marketers. |
Slawormir:Even the small rain wey fall for Benin this morning no even do anything to the heat level as we be de expect |
Rikon:Thank you for explaining. My problem is that all these got burnt and police said there was no loss of property. Does the entire market have to be burnt before the police will know or say there was loss of property? |
Please someone should explain to me o, the small generating set that caught fire, no be property? How is it that there was a fire, but no property was lost even when it was established that the fire started from a generating set of the generator did not burn? |
Jojogod:would you sell the hard drive? |
Slawormir:That one de sha. But e go hard for some of us to fall for such. |
How do you say you love someone, the person is involved in an accident and you sent 1.2m naira for his treatment and you never saw the person in a hospital or talk to his doctor? It's either you're not a Nigerian or you didn't get the money legitimately. |

JohnRich146:Sometimes, most times now, you wonder if God really listens to us. At least I know I have tried, if He answers, I'll appreciate but right now, I don't think He even hears me |
Mrjo:Hope you read the part where it said it's made of planks. Oworoshoki is not a place I would advise anyone who is new in Lagos to go stay in a makeshift plank house o |
Hi guys. Please I want to get some practical training on the above subject matter. If there's a place in Edo state or outside Edo state with accommodation that I can do a couple of months practical on the job training, I would like to know even if I have to pay. One place I went to today said I should pay 200k to be trained for six months. I just felt that's just pure exploitation. |
DigitB:Ok thanks. Will just get Glo sim to run it then |
Obairin79:Please can I play this game offline? I don't want to download 1.5gig only to find out I have to be online to play. Please reply. Thanks |
motionarena:I don't care what people say about morality o, but if I see my girlfriend with tattoos or piercings, that's the end of the relationship. One of the first questions I asked my ex when I first indicated my interest in her, was if she had a tattoo. She asked why, I told her I will just walk away. |
mmb:It's the case of Benjamin Button |
osigomu:Vista is an Indian company based in surulere area. They produce paper and other stationary items I believe. They also recruit staffs as DSA for banks too. That's the much I can remember. The company I was working with then had to get ad-hoc staff for them that time. You know Indians don't pay well but try your l |
TheGiftedOne:I was there that day. The rain was massive and people sang and danced in the rain. It was the next day we realized the impact of the stampede. I remembered all the bats that flew around the crusade ground that day. Even the Deputy governor was there that night and he was booed of the stage. But in all, I thank God for a man like Bonnke. It's not everyday you experience such impact in a city like Benin |
Has 'your friend ' started the job? If he has, good for him. If not, and he has some money to rent a place, he can get a room at Oworo, Bariga or Ketu. These are places he can spend like 150 to 250 daily on transport to Gbagada and do the three days per week job. He cannot, I repeat, he cannot get a self contained apartment in Gbagada for less than 180k rent. Total cost of renting a self contained apartment in Gbagada can be up-to 350k or more depending on which part of Gbagada he wants to rent. He's just starting life, he can manage a decent single room or hostels around Unilag. From unilag to Bariga is 50 naira by keke and Bariga to gbagada is another 50 naira too |

Guys calm down and look at this opportunity, you don't necessarily have to hawk the chips now. You can just supply it to those women selling biscuits in primary and secondary schools around you and go there the next day to collect your money. |
