still wondering why the NairaEx guy have not said anything again

you have real problem in ur hands thanks to 419 ,its rather very hard to get a merchant online that would accept to deal with a card that is issued by nigerian banks,though the card is genuine and of international brand (mastercard)
however i deal much on this kind of stuff ,so i would be checking for u to see a way out of this ,there could be sites (not illegal ones)that might be offering some service that would solve ur problem ,would let you know when i found one .

try to find a graphcard agent in nigeria ,verify their email id and other contacts on graphcard website,then fund your account through them and from there u can buy what u want to buy online and it would be sent to graphcard ,then graphcard would send it to your nigerian address ,they do this for a small fee but its much better than the insult u would get online when u make order with your credit card and the destination or issuing bank shows nigeria .hope this helps .

you may also creat an e-gold account if u dont have one and then fund it through nigerian exchange companies ,trhen use ur e-gold money to fund ur graphcard account ,this will eliminate any graphcard agent and would be less risky .

creat an account with graphcard and then fund it with ur master card,you may then order whatever u want online and it would be saent to graphcard and graphcard would send it to u ,trying to get online companies to trust your destination (nigeria) will be hard for now ,thanks to 419 .

skype is free only when u call someone that has skype account and that too must be on that person's pc ,if u wanna make calls to convetional phone lines or mobile u got to pay

after introducing your refferal features i have tried very well to get many nigerians to signup under me and use ur services,however when i requested to be paid my refferal commission ,it was not paid untill i threathened to report GOLDKOBO to e-gold itself ,when i did this ,the next day i was paid my commission,

Nigeria have been found to be the most religious country in the world by a BBC poll,it amazes me why we still have so much corruption in Nigeria despite being "so close" to God ,please read details below :

Ten thousand people were questioned in the ICM poll for the BBC programme What The World Thinks Of God.

Over 90% of Nigerians said they believed in God, prayed regularly and would die for their belief.

The highest levels of belief were found in some of the world's poorer countries, as well as in the US.

The countries polled were the US, the UK, Israel, India, South Korea, Indonesia, Nigeria, Russia, Mexico and Lebanon. The interviews were carried out in January 2004.

India and Indonesia were also recorded as countries with a high level of belief in God.

But the results of the poll showed that levels of belief and religious activity in the UK, Russia and South Korea were consistently lower than in most of the other countries polled.
In Lebanon and the US, 71% said they were willing to die for their God or their beliefs.

In most of the countries covered, well over 80% said they believed in God or a higher power. In Nigeria the figure was 100% and in the US 91%, with the UK scoring lowest at 67%.
In Nigeria 91% of people said they regularly attended a religious service, contrasting with 21% in the UK and only 7% of Russians. The average across the 10 countries was 46%.

In most countries well over 80% of the sample agreed that a belief in God or a higher power made people better human beings, with only 56% agreeing in the UK - by far the lowest figure.
The subject of prayer found 95% of Nigerians and 67% in the US claiming to pray regularly.

Those saying they never prayed included 29% of Israelis and 25% of Britons. But across the entire sample, almost 30% of all atheists surveyed said they sometimes prayed.
so why then do we have so much bad image when we are "so religious "

whenever i access sites like paypal,e-gold and other security related sites where i might use stuff like credit card , i prefer firefox,reason isnt only that it might be safer ,but the fact that IE have still over 90% of webrowsers dominance ,its clear that hackers would alsways target IE browsers .

i have been using IE 7 for sometime now and i also have firefox,i don't realy think IE is such a bad idea,there aren lots of new feattures on the IE 7 ,FIREFOX  is good also,they are good depending on what site u are on, some sites would work much better with IE,but when on site where u use stuff like credit card or other personal info ,better use firefox,not that IE isnt safe ,but firefox hasnt realy had much of the dominance like IE does ,so naturaly the hackers and frausters target IE more .

so seun if my brother in america wants to send me money via western union,i still have to use pc that is open to all in the cafe where someone might copy the number from my chat with my brother or from my inbox while am copying the number ?
if the admin of the cafe should be able to see my desktop from the network server ,then he would be able to see such info too ?

how many virus programmers have been tarced to nigeria ? how many bank hackers have been traced to nigeria ? the later is just very few that can never be compared with what we have in many other countries ,yet these countries have never seen it wise to bring this kind of laws .
the destructive virus called sasser was programmed and launched by an 18 year old german,and theer are many like him in germany ,so why have the germans not come up with same law like this one ?
am sure that ribadu have internet connection at his home and that his klids have access to it ,so naturaly he cannot understand the bakcwardness and negativity of this action .
the goverment should find other means to tackle this problem and not this senseless generalisation .why wont the governent invite internet security experts from nigeria and outside and ask them for some advice ? why not contact companies like microsoft,nortn,macafee and so on ,when the goverment does this it will see that there are better ways to deal with this than this shit they have come up with .

first of all ,whats is the capacity of ur pc ? if u dont have enough ram memory for ur pc capacity then most programs expecialy IE would always take time to load ands respond ,so first of all check if ur ram memory is enough for ur pc capapcity .

going for new hard disk might be too expensive ,if u must save ur files somewhere u can still back up ur files to some cd through ur writer ,but i suggest u try shaiguy advice first ,if it doesnt work ,then back up ur important fgiles to some cd and format ur pc ,hopefuly it would solve the probelm,then u would restore ur files ,good luck man .
