could you plz give more details behind the numbers so we understand better your point .

i guess eBay might be the best option for you,but then i don't know about them allowing you to register with them and their payment system paypal (they are owned by same people) maybe having a foreign partner that would be collecting payments on your behalf might work,i will be checking other options ,if i come across any i would let you know .

yemupz believe me am not what u call me (doomsayer)i do not enjoy coming to the forum to tear down peoples effort ,but you see there are sometimes too when we follow things rather critically ,
now look at the following paypal registration link https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_registration-run then click on the drop down list for countries from which one may register paypal account and you would see that Nigeria and countries like north Korea is not there .
now i do not how you intend to help people get paypal account when they are based in Nigeria and would be logging into that account from Nigeria based ip address ,the only thing option that comes to mind if that your partner in south Africa which is an accepted country for paypal, would be opening the account with non Nigerian addresses for your customers (my assumption )
now play this in Ur mind ,your customers would be having addresses of south Africa or anywhere for that matter and then operating their account from paypal non accepted country and you think that would be cool with paypal ?
moreover look at this link http://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_display-approved-sign up-countries-outside and you would see several countries wit their level or activities that paypal account holder in that country is permitted under paypal terms .you would also see that Nigeria is not there at all .

since my 5 years of living in India ,i have met once a Nigerian lady married to Indian guy and i think they were happy from what i saw about them.

I SAW THAT THE STOCK QUOTES ON SOME NIGER BROKERS AND BANKS SITES DID NOT CHANGE SINCE THE 23RD ,ALSO THE NIGERIAN STOCK EXCHANGE SITE HAVE BEEN DOWN SINCE YESTERDAY,IS ANYTHING THE MATTER OR WAS THERE NO TRADING ON THE EXCHANGE SICE AFTER THE 23RD ?

i don't get this topic very well,are u talking of some hardware type of firewall or software own ,if the later what i would do is to go to any cafe and download lime wire ,during installation the firewall would ask for permission ,u simply allow it and ur lime wire would work with no problem,as for firewall that comes in hardware ,i have never used it .
