He is commenting on a case that is still in court while issuing a coded rallying call to his base because of this security slip by the security agents.

In my opinion, except if the person is just clocking 18 years now, others should be penalized akin to the missed NIN registration defaulters to ensure that next time they will take their civic responsibility serious.
