Am a kin lover of agriCulture and intend to start my own farm after my service next year, I would like to ask how much a hectare/acree goes for on a leaseing bases. Is the farm settlement a government owned one. Has it being clearend nd if not is it full of trees.
On the other hand I would like to seek ur advice on crop type to go for with. A budget of 1 million.

First thing u need to do is to install the FXO card, and check from if the server can see the card up and running, if thats fine then the next thing you need to do is to configure you inbound and outbound route which u would link to your IVR(in the case of inbounde calls).

Damola1 how do you mean program your you FXO card (i assume you mean configure your card ) and if i may ask what what Distibution of asterisk are you running on your server ( asterisknow or similar variant or asterisk iself )

hello all i need all those Asterisk guru in here oh, i am working with asterisk for my final year project and i think i need help from the gurus and pros. my project is all about implementation of a VOIP system using asterisk for an organisation with multipule branches in a country. you guys should come to my rescue oh i would give more datails as,

Guys in my own opinon i think love and compactibility are two very complex subject when it comes to a relationship i am in a smilar situation but i think in my i love her but i do not no if she loves me some hw, this days she tend to be very loving this day. but i think my love is taking me through it, being compatible in a relationship without love is lust so i would call it, loving someone without being compactible is a persistent headache in the relationship and its like forcing urselfs on each other,

i think in my own opinon the original poster of this topic is not sure of wat she wants she was like dey are compactable and love dem selfs but she thinks they would not go a long way. i would like to ask her if they hav love and compactibility for each other wat else would make them nt last long, is their something she is not tell us or is there any were her BoBo is found wanted all this she has to let us no.

my Dell XPS M1530 runs VISTA Home Premuin but i have coem to observe that any time i install some programes or add a new hardware the OS gets corrupt it would hang after booting or would display and error message saying a window file has been corrupt and wen u try to repair it neva works. i would like All the Vista Gurus to assist me on wat to do

Guy as for Dell XPS man dat machine is Okay its a high performance laptop, and dell product are okay. i am currently Using a Dell XPS M153o

i got some change to invest in stock but not to big to wat i would like to invest in Access bank shares, some one told me to invest in the money in Oassis insurance now and in three weeks time i should sell it would be moving up to 3 Naira in other to generate more money and buy the access bank shares.
i would like those of u who are experts in this field to advices me as well as give me a stock that would appreciate between now and wnd when access public offer would close
