That is the sad reality! In my training center on 11th April, the trainees all showed up en mass, only for NPC to send a representative to announce the postponement... and in the words of the rep, I quote, "the training for the Enumerators and Supervisors has been postponed indefinitely, a new date will be communicated to you by text two weeks before the actual training..."

So, you can now know the level of confusion they are into... Let's just watch anyway, since we are in a country where order is abnormal...

New NPC Census Training Date Set for 25th April

The National Population Commission (NPC) has announced a new date for the training of adhoc staff for the 2023 Population and Housing Census.

The training for emumerators and supervisors, which was earlier scheduled to hold on 31st March, will now hold from 25th – 30th April 2023.

The announcement was made during a workshop on census processes and operations held by the NPC in Port Harcourt, Rivers State. The workshop was attended by the Chairman and Federal Commissioners of the NPC, who discussed critical steps towards the success of the census.

Refresher Training for DQM and Specialized Workforce at State Level is slated from Monday 3rd- 6th April, 2023.

While Census Night is slated for 2nd May 2023.

Field work will start from 3rd- 6th May, 2023.

During the meeting, a member of the NPC Census Publicity Committee provided an update on the status of census operations, emphasizing the need for effective oversight and coordination of the entire process at all levels.

The committee also concluded on the census date, fixing it on the first week of May. The member stressed the importance of picking a proper date for the census, taking into consideration the religious activities that usually take place in April.

As the NPC continues to make preparations towards the 2023 Population and Housing Census, it is hoped that the exercise will be a success and provide accurate data for national planning and development.

I got to NPC office in my state and was told the training has been postponed till after the elections... that they will inform approved candidates of their training venue...

Yea that is even through sef.. Comprehenion had 10 sections and each section had 2 questions each making it a totally of 20 questions of I recall well

How many sections were there altogether? As I could only remember answering questions on Comprehension, Numerical, Diagramatic and a few on Critical.

But wait o...! I answered everything on the Comprehension o. The top bar only indicated 2 but on clicking the next question button you keep seeing more questions under each of these two sections. Hope am safe? Hmmm... don't blame me though!
