I thought Tinubu had great plans for Nigeria? I thought he had enough money and doesn't need to steal our common wealth? I thought he built Lagos? I thought he had people, boys he has raised? Is their goal to destroy Nigeria? So Subsidy gone is a scam! |
The fact he doesn't want a relationship with her doesn't mean he hasn't forgiven her. |
Election has consequences. You voted for him. Harassed everyone that didn't want to vote for him. Now you are hungry, you want me to suffer for it? Abi o fé sé oriburuku ni? If you come near me ehn, ti mo ba gun e ni obe loju, olopa ma ko anybody ni. |
Market unions and associations need to be investigated and possibly their powers curbed or they face outright ban in the nation. But the Iyaloja wants her own share too because of her thiefery lineage and nature. I didn't call anybody's name |
It's the New York Times. What else would they say? During Hillary Clinton, they said same thing until she lost. 😁 |
Just 1000 barrels a day o. Such a shame |
Stamford007:It actually depends on the Area or LCDA covered. It also depends if the building is a proposed structure or an as built structure. There are basically two stages of payments 1) Documentation and 2) Assessment. For the Documentation, you need 5 documents basically for a proposed structure 1) Architectural drawings with Arcon Stamp 2) Structural drawings with COREN Stamp and seal 3) Approved Survey 4) Tax clearance 5) Stamp duty. 6) Soil test Report 7) LUPAR All these will cost a certain fee depending on who you contact With these documents checked and approved by LASPPA, you will be able to get an assessment from LASPPA and you'll pay the fee charged by the Lagos State government to the State account. The Assessment fee isn't a small fee o. But it basically depends on the land size, the building size and the percentage of the land used. For an already built structure (As built), the Assessment is same. The documentation is different though as you don't need a structural drawing. You will have to do an NDT ( a test on the structure to determine it's stability). The NDT replaces the structural drawings. Every other document is same. You don't need a Soil report here too. So all these costs are subjective. |
That's N21,000 per citizen if we have over 220 million people. Oya let's all pay up to the criminal organization o, who will help us collect the money? Citizen Rep, over to you. Make sure you collect the money quick, start with Tulumbu ok. 😁 |
Good, then get to work. No more wailing. Tell Alhaji to be calming down. We just want Nigeria to work. If we can stop fuel importation, at least the Malta conundrum can be dealt with. We can save $160m every day. That's over $4bn every month. We need that money urgently. |
Until Tinubu sacks Mele Kyari and probe NNPC, he's not serious at all and complicit or even the architect in chief of the rot and corruption in NNPC and the petroleum sector. |
designking:Then let him fire somebody. Once he does that, people will sit up |
Abeg deliver my ordered goods before you Japa o |
One thing I agree is that it looks like Tinubu is alone and surrounded by fools who want to steal and loot. Clueless people. But the buck stops with Tinubu. He appointed them. He should start firing people. Enough is enough. |
I don't like Tinubu, I supported Osibanjo for the primaries and when he didn't win, I decided to support Peter Obi. But Tinubu is the President for the next 4 years. He must finish his tenure. No Jupiter will remove him except God and I don't think God meddles in the affairs of men if He gave the opportunity for voting. Anybody waving Russian flag of trying to ferment violence to remove Tinubu will fail. The only way to remove him is by election. I don't like some of his policies, I feel he can do better and be more strategic and patient in implementation but he's my President sadly. If anybody try any nonsense, e go see nonsense. That said, Tinubu failed to address critical issues in his speech this morning. |
So Dangote crashed the price by almost N500 and it became a problem for you, but was better for Nigerians. Who should we be concerned about? Your business or Nigerians? Buy from Dangote and sell at the correct price. Now there's no secret about landing cost of petrol or AGO. We can verify from Dangote. Your problem is that you can't trick the nation anymore. |
Contact me for your building design and approval in Lagos. COREN registered Engineer. We can, cost, supervise and handle all your construction and documentation. |
Let the thugs go and warn them in the North. Let them use Oro and all masquerade to pursue them... I thought they said it's Peter Obi that's protesting? |
When a detribalized man speaks... |
Until Dangote confirms receipt of crude oil and payment in Naira, I won't say anything. I don't trust this government anymore. |
It's clear that with all of Tinubu's boast, he has fallen flat and has made our economy worse than it ever has been. I'm sure he had good intentions and believed he could do it but he was too boastful, proud and didn't want to take advice from people he didn't agree with. His famous "na statistics we go chop" has now come back to bite him as he's looking for statistics to present to make it look like he's working and he can't cook up any. The statistics out there is real. N1,000 can't buy you food anymore that will satisfy an adult and that statistics is real. Inflation is real. Purchasing power has reduced and he's swimming against very strong tides of his own making. Mark this, nobody did this to himself than Tinubu himself. His policies were taken without due consultation and the optics is bad. He doesn't know how to go back anymore because it will take billions of dollars to take us back to Pre Tinubu life and we don't have such money at the moment except we drastically deplete our reserves. How can he raise up his hands to say I made a mistake when he boasted so much? Even if we protest, it won't achieve anything because going back will require us spending billions to defend the naira and return it to N500 a dollar. We don't have the production value and agricultural production to help us also because we are mostly import dependent. One thing I can commend is, Power has improved. With this power, can we boost production? I don't have a problem with subsidy removal. I only have a problem with what's happening with our refineries, private and stated owned. When will they start producing? The only policy that needs reversal is the floating of the naira. We must go back. We have to. Others can actually stay. But it will cost a lot to go back and the international community won't be happy. If we had the production to back us, we might have liver to fight back. Lastly, Tinubu is more of a coward than I thought him to be. I hated him for wrestling power from my pick for president, Yemi Osinbajo but it was brave to go against the them president and get power. He looked like someone who can make tough decisions and look at the lion eye to eye. My question is, why hasn't he fired anybody? He has bunch of non performing ministers, aides and special advisers and they have put him in this trouble. How do they still have a job? Does Mele Kyari have his nudes? The Agric minister, health, education, trade, etc... What exactly is their job? Even defense? With the rising security issues, somebody should have been fired. Ultimatums given. This worries me. Is this a government of his boys? In my opinion, this is his greatest failure and he's on his way to becoming the worst president in the history of Nigeria. It will also affect the Yoruba tribe because he will wipe out the goodwill that Awolowo, Obasanjo brought. Tinubu will be a negative reference and it's bad for going forward. It may be difficult for any Yoruba man to smell power after this. He needs to seriously adjust. You only need to reverse one policy Mr President and it's floating of the Naira. Then fire somebody! |
Gift has been calling me too. Let me catch Gift, she'll get a special gift from me |
Olopa ma ko everybody ni! |
You're very foolish if you fall for this scam. Not ambitious. |
You won't uncover those behind oil theft, you won't uncover those sponsoring terrorists and terrorism, you won't uncover the money trail of kidnappers and bandits. But when citizens want to protest, you come with stupid information... How shameful can you be? Useless organization - DSS! |
While I support our right to protest, this is going quite too far |
Well, we have heard. It's a good one from Mr President. Let's give more time to the president. But please Mr President, deal with the saboteurs of Nigeria in your administration. Eject these people. Arrest them and if possible, consult thunder to fire them! |
Kobojunkiee:It's useless to argue with someone who is hell bent on corrupt practices. Right now, independent marketers have said that subsidy monthly has exceeded N700bn monthly. That's a whooping $460M monthly. And these are imported products. Is it not stupid trying to use the united States as a yardstick? Do they have forex problems? All your reserve is about $36bn and you spend $460M every month to subsidize importation of fuel when you can actually produce your fuel here. Is it not foolish? Even madness. It's shameful that you use the united States as your measuring medium. Just because you want to make a stupid point. Your type can never see this nation move forward. So we should continue importation because the united States also imports fuel. It's like saying I will buy the wristwatch Obi Cubana uses even if it's imported when I don't even have a thousandth of the money he has... Isn't it stupid and greedy? Unless there's a corrupt motive behind it... |
Our problem in this country is NNPC. I wish that organization doesn't exist. It produces corrupt people every season. It's a miracle if someone manages to do the right thing in that organization and all it's affiliates. |
Kobojunkiee:At a time when we are scrambling with forex, when we need every dollar we earn, do we need to spend that same dollar on importation of fuel when we can refine all we need? What kind of stupid response is that? All we want is to stop importation of all kinds of fuel completely and it helps us to earn more forex when we become a net exporter of refined fuel. How stupid can we be as a nation to destroy what can give us respite? Even a baby knows that importation of fuel and subsidy is the bane of our existence as a country and what has recked our economy with the wanton corruption involved, but no. Some stupid corrupt man, trying to protect corrupt independent marketers and an oil cabal is insisting on importation. Are we mad in this country? Even if Dangotes accuses them, his job is to protect National interest and not personal interest. His comment about not depending on just one source of fuel supply to protect National interest is so stupid. Don't we have other refineries? Are they not complaining too? Don't we have the PH refinery coming on board? Did they use impartation to swear for us? Please, let's apply wisdom. Dangote accused him because he was shocked that they had enough Diesel, the best and yet, they were still importing. Before Dangote started selling, was diesel not N1,800? But immediately he started selling, he crashed the price. Now we have an average of N1,100. A crash of N700. If Dangote didn't crash the price, I tell you we will still be selling at N1,700 ish. I agree we don't want monopoly, but importation is not how to destroy monopoly. Policy is! |
Why the Boss of NMDPRA still has a job is what I don't understand. Tinubu must make a statement with this man. He has to fire somebody. Or else, his government is just a jamboree. |
Was hoping for 75k, but it's a win-win in my opinion. |
Next Question: How has going on pilgrimage benefited the nation economically? |
