I was watshing a live program on NTA, it was about the testimonies of transformation agender of our president Goodluck Ebele Jonathan by the ministers. What caaught my attension was when the minister of power, prof. Nebo made mention of NATIONAL POWER SECTOR APPRENTICESHIP SCHEME (NAPSAS). I decided to make search on the programm, I found out that it's all about training of nigerian youth on power sector to compliment to work force in the sector.
I will want anybody who knows more about this programm to please shade more light and how the registration is being done and qualificatons

Sometimes I really wondered if people understand the word "CHANGE"? Who is talking about the north coming to power? Who is interested in just our president is from the south-south, and as such he must continue? Who is worried about if it either Buhari, Goodluck or Fashola? Who among the people doesn't reason that for a system to work well, you continuously need a change? Guys, just think about more of the developing countries, even with their comfort, they still agitate for a change, just a small change! & that is what makes politics even the system of government more interesting. Nigeria need a change, we all cannot be dummy. It doesn't matter if it is Labour party or APC or Accord party......all we need in fairness is a change from the ruling PDP party for a new parry to demonstrate their own agenda and idea. Situation whereby you find the same party been clinch to power even been desperate to let go off power, then it means there's a lot covered under the blanket. Let the people decides, whatsoever be the will and decision of the people should be respected. We all must agitate for a change. Changes is the only thing that make things better and interested. APC is for a change.

We will have a change when we are presented with one, but not apc and definetly not Buhari. For now let GEJ ride on for the nxt 4 years I think there will be added changes to the ones of past 6yrs, and by the time he will hand over in 2019 to a young and vibrant president, we will be glad we allow the transformation being done nw

My gal frnd just got admission in uniben so afraid of losing her. Am a university graduate, just finish my service year nd believing God for a good job. I have been through it all, I knw wot it mean for a gal to be in school without a male frnd (with benefits) or outright boy frnds. Yes a lot of things are not done they way they shld in the school system in the north, but not when it come to waec and considering the fact that the school is a federal schl. Waec is not an internal examination so there is level of seriouness in the registration of candidates.
