Nestle is one of the biggest fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) producers in Nigeria. An opportunity to become one of Nestle's distributor means you've hit a big jackpot, this is so because Nestle is a household name in Nigeria. Majority of Nigeria's over 180 million population buy Nestle's product on a daily basis, this is to tell you there is a huge market waiting for you out there already. Just like a blogger said; "Nestle Food has become the toast of the consuming public." Now, to become a Nestle food items distributor there are some certain things you need to do, but don't be surprised they are not so difficult. Just consider these steps if you wish to become a distributor; Firstly, "ARE YOU READY TO PARTNER SUCH A BIG BRAND"? If you are ready, then you have to set your goals and objectives and map out a plan on how you wish to achieve them. Nestle is a huge brand, and if you wish to partner them you must put some certain logistics in place. If you are ready logistics wise, then you are good to apply for Nestle plc distributor partnership. Also, what values can you add to Nestle as a distributor? Or do you wish to become a distributor because you want to make money? If you don't like a marketing and distribution role then please do not apply for this role with Nestle, because you may not find it easy. You and I know if Nestle offers you a distributor role your financial fortunes have turned around, but that should not be your only focus, because if the money is your only focus, it is likely that you would fail and Nestle would show you the way out. REQUIREMENTS TO BECOME A NESTLE DISTRIBUTOR If you atleast least 3 years experience in the FMCG industry in Nigeria, then you have an edge. Nestle prefers its distributors have an in depth knowledge of the FMCG industry. Continue reading and See How a friend of mine got his

A few years ago, before Nnamdi Kanu started championing the breakaway of the south-east region, before the clamour for Biafra became his sole agenda, he was an advocate of a united Nigeria. At the time, Goodluck Jonathan was the president of Nigeria and Kanu was based in London, UK. In this video of a protest held by Nigerians in London against the Boko Haram insurgency, Kanu can be seen condemning those who were “determined to tear the country apart”. Kanu had said: “We are protesting about the killing of families by people who are determined to tear the country apart and it is not something we support, it is not something we would like to see continue. “If that continues, it will lead to a violent disintegration of the country, there will be no more Nigeria for anyone to go to. There will be no Nigeria for anyone to refer to. We cannot allow this nonsense to continue so something must be done. “The only thing the terrorists can accomplish is the break up of Nigeria.” Watch video

Many small business owners around the world have an excellent business in place and are thriving from the challenging work they’ve done. However, many small business owners then fall into the trap of keeping things how they are, rather than looking to expand. If you’re a small business owner and you’re looking to take your business to the next level, consider the following things you can do to take it in the right direction. Small Business Owners 1. Diversify Coming up with innovative ways to introduce new products and services will give your business more custom. Diversifying is far from easy, but it’s the next step you should take (if it’s viable) if you want to open more business opportunities. Do your research on your competitors to see what they’ve done to open more avenues for their business. 2. Learn How to Expand It’s not often a small business owner is knowledgeable when it comes to running a business. So, when it comes to expanding, they hit a brick wall. However, with the right motivation and the willingness to learn, it’s possible to obtain a masters in business administration online via one of the online MBA programs. Doing this will not only give you the business knowledge to take your business forward but it’ll also give you a degree that you can take to land another job if your business doesn’t succeed. 3. Improve Employee Efficiency Your employees are crucial to the success of your business, so ensuring they’re happy in the workplace should be your number one priority. Boosting morale and improving working methods will considerably increase employee efficiency, and that will help you take your business forward. Investing in tools and accessories to make their jobs easier is also an effective way to get them doing more. 4. Take Advantage of High Impact Marketing Methods As a small business owner, it’s vital you increase marketing efforts to keep up with your competitors. Social media marketing, content marketing, mobile marketing, and the like should all be strong considerations when it comes to boosting exposure. Marketing doesn’t come cheap, but there are ways you can implement the methods so that they provide more of a positive impact. 5. Improve Your Selling and Customer Service Skills Selling products and services is important to ensure your business is a success. If you don’t have minimal selling and customer services skills, you’re not going to get many customers and the ones you do get are going to be unhappy. There’s always room for improvement when it comes to this area, so make sure you take advantage of online courses and information to give your business the best chance. Improving a business is also something that can be done, regardless of where you’re at. Expanding is very difficult to achieve without the right experience and knowledge of how a business works. However, if you take advantage of the above tips, you’ll have a much better chance of making your business something special. The leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu, has alleged that a Muhammadu Buhari look alike is the one currently parading himself as the president. Kanu also ordered IPOB members to burn Nigeria to the ground if he is ever arrested by the Nigerian government. He claimed that the government hired a look-alike Sudanese man named Jubril to come and stand in for Buhari. The IPOB leader made the allegation in a video footage which surfaced online on Sunday, September 03, 2017. In the footage, Kanu when addressing some IPOB supporters alleged that the man posing to be President Buhari was brought to the country after extensive surgery. He said: “The man you are looking at on the television is not Buhari, he is from Sudan. After extensive plastic surgery they brought him back. The person was taught Buhari’s mannerisms and he came back deceiving all of you. I can stand and prove who I am but Buhari cannot do the same thing. He cannot deceive Nnamdi Kanu and IPOB.” He faulted the Sun newspaper for publishing a report which claimed he was on the run. The IPOB leader said the worst mistake Buhari ever made was to arrest him. “The worst mistake Buhari ever made was to arrest me. I will break the zoo into pieces. I am taking IPOB to Abuja on the 17th of next month for my court case. There will be 2 million people in Abuja. We take the battle to our enemies. You are under oath and... Continue reading..

Mr Traveler! Mr sojourner! Common sense fall on you MyNewJackeT: |
Embattled former Delta State governor, James Ibori, says he was wrongly accused and maligned by those who typecast him as a thief. Mr. Ibori , who recently returned to Nigeria after serving jail term in the United Kingdom for corruption, made the remark at a special thanksgiving held in his honour, at the First Baptist Church in Oghara, Delta State on Sunday. Speaking to the mammoth congregation, Mr. Ibori said he was wrongly accused and that the biggest pain he felt aside from his travails was the anguish his people went through because of his absence. See more exciting stories here The former governor, who hailed the crowd of politicians, clergy, traditional rulers and other enthusiasts, said he was aware those behind his travails wanted to separate him from his people. He said: “They want me to go to the corner where I won’t be seen. Today, I have decided to speak for myself. I am not a thief; I cannot be a thief. Today is the day they say I should give testimony to God. For those who know me, you know that my life is a testimony itself. I have said it over and again that my life is fashioned by God, directed by God, sealed, acknowledged and blessed by God. I believe that since the day I was born. “Like the Archbishop said, when this whole commotion started, what was most painful to me was the pain and suffering that my people were going through. “It has nothing to do with me as a person because, for some reasons, like I said to you, I drew my strength from God. So, somehow, I knew that God would stand by me. I knew that one-day, this day would come. I am indeed very pleased that I can now stand before you and look at your faces, the faces that I have missed, and those of you who have indeed suffered the pains of my absence. It has nothing to do with me. “So, when I reflect, it gives me joy that all your prayers, God has answered them, with your support and solidarity with me all through this period. It is indeed not what I can begin to say. Must Read story: Start earning big from home “The only testimony that I have is the fact that I am back and alive in your midst. And again, I say that I never had any doubt in my mind that I would get back home. “When I looked at how things were going, I discovered that they wanted to separate me from you, my people. They wanted me to go to the corner where I wouldn’t be seen. That’s how I see it. At a point, I called my older brother (former Governor Emmanuel Uduaghan): ‘How to get home is what I am about to do now’. It was a pragmatic decision. “I am happy to be home with my people. There is nobody who can battle with the Lord. An Urhobo adage says there is time for everything (okiemute). A day will come when I will tell my story and every one of you will hear me. Today is to thank God,” he said. Mr. Ibori was convicted of corruption and money laundering on April 17, 2012, after five years of trial. The Southwark Crown Court, UK, sentenced him to 13 years in prison while his houses, luxury cars and other property items were confiscated. The judge, however, ruled that Mr. Ibori would spend half of the jail term, which is six and half years. Born on Aug. 4, 1959, Mr. Ibori was the governor of Delta from May 29, 1999 to May 29, 2007 on the platform of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP). More corruption and secessionist stories here |
In Nigeria today entrepreneurship is the latest trend, most Nigerian youths have realised this. Little wonder you see most start ups in Africa today is either founded by a Nigerian or it is co-owned by a naija entrepreneur. I keep telling my friends Abroad that the solutions to the problem the African continent is facing today can only be provided by African minds. Are you dopubting me? years ago mobile payment system in Africa was on a wheel chair, but today there are solutions like Flutterwave, WaraCake, Fuzu, and Paystack, just to name a few. But the million dollar question is why are most Nigerian youths taking the path of entrepreneurship? Well according to OLUFISAYO of entrepreneurshipsecret, its simply called “survival” that is, growing a tough skin in a die-hard economy. An ordinary cac registration is war in Nigeria. SEE ALSO: HOW TO START PALM OIL PROCESSING BUSINESS It is not new that most of these young Nigerian entrepreneurs decided to delve into job creation because the government failed to provide jobs. Guys, if you can create a start up in Nigeria and you are successful, then you can make it anywhere in the world. I know no Nigerian would argue this fact! Nigerian entrepreneurs are serious hustlers because they know where they are coming from and cannot afford to fail. A naija hustler is way different from any hustler. When I mean hustling please don't mistake it for those G boys oo. Lol If you can make something out of nothing, my brother you are an hustler. That is being creative. REASONS NIGERIAN ENTREPRENEURS ARE HUSTLERS 1. To survive: With the massive unemployment in Nigeria, nobody will tell you to hit the streets with an idea in order to make money. Many start ups today where borne out of the desire of their owners to survive. This year it was announced that 25 African entrepreneurs are billionaires, but believe me in another 10 years we must have had more than double of that figure. With the unfriendly economic policies entrepreneurs are still thriving, what else do you need to believe we are grand hustlers! 2. We can do all things: An average Nigerian graduate has an idea in almost every kind of business. No wonder an engineering or law graduate lands banking job and he does it perfectly well. 3. We are street smart: According to OLUFISAYO Nigerians are literarily born to be street smart, because we find every possible ways to achieve our goals and we hardly take no for an answer. If approved, sign in to your Sulvo publisher account and click on the "Inventory" tab. Thereafter, click "New Ad Unit" button, select, sticky mobile option, select "top" as placement, click "create" and add the Sulvo ad codes into your blog html. The ad should display at the top of your blog after some few minutes. Not instantly though. add sticky ad at the top of blogger blog mobile view Kindly note that Sulvo ads are not pay per click ads. You get paid per thousand impression. And so far, what I earn from Sulvo sticky mobile ad units is far higher than what I earn from Adsense anchor/overlay ads which also stick to the edge of the screen. see how to sign up |
