I feel taking a deep breath and proper planning is the best possible solution at this point, one can not just act because of fear and then rush into something much more worst than the expected.
What if you get in and get locked down? No work? Paying bills with no source of income? I personally do not feel they will open their boarder after almost 2years of being locked and then shut it back immediately

Another angle is for those of us who deferred till next year, one clause in the visa states that you can not work until you start schooling, how then do you enter a country 2-3 months to your resumption, rent an apartment you pay weekly with NO WORK? (someone already in should please enlighten me on this, would really appreciate it)

Next is the exuberant cost of flight booked within a short time, that is obviously going to cost a fortune
How many of us can afford that?

In my own humble opinion, if you can afford the cost well, it’s worth the risk, if the burden is too much please don’t put yourself in a worst off position.
Good luck to everyone

P.S Please anyone based in Brisbane should please please and please again indicate so I can reach out, I need help and clarification, thank you.

Yayyyyyyyyy!!!! Congratulations!! I legit screamed just now. God will go with you and perfect all that concerns you in Jesus name. Can you share your timeline and the documents you submitted with us?

Thank you so much!
I Applied through an Agency (ACA) to 3 schools in July 2020, got an offer to Griffith University in August to study Human Resource management/international Business for the 1st Trimester of 2021, I accepted after a month of waiting for other offers, payed total deposit in October after passing GTE, got COE in November then I started arranging documents for Visa Application.
Applied for visa on the 13th of January 2021,biometrics followed almost immediately on the 18th of January that same day I received a letter to go for my Medicals, Got a date for February 2nd I went and got my Medicals done then the wait game started!
Along the line my passport expired applied for a new one which took almost six weeks, at a point my school called that they were canceling my admission since I refused to enroll ah! (how I overcame that one is testimony for another day) God was just faithful, I had lost hope and enrolled for another ielts exam make I carry eye face Canada lol, (exam is next week btw) and God showed up strong for me, when I got the NJL everyone kept telling me to withdraw my application, I refused because the error was not intentional and was not done by me I prayed like I have never done before ah all Glory to My daddy in heaven! Only him deserve all the Glory! My agent took all the blame and attached documents to her comment letter and on the 9th of September barely 2weeks I received my Grant! Hallelujah! God is greatest! God is alive! What God can not do does not exist!!!

Documents submitted:
Statement of purpose
Sponsor letter
Academic documents (everything down to the least certification I have)
Work documents (must include Leave letter from place of work)
COE
Reference Letter
Yellow card
Police clearance report
Passport data page
2 Passport photographs
Note: I didn’t use Bank statement because they waived it off as at then, only my school requested for a bank statement.
I use my case as a point of contact to everyone waiting and believing God for a breakthrough on their visa application, yours will come! You too will testify! For what God can not do does not exist!
To God be the Glory!

I think it will pop up, most likely because the so-called 5 EYES (UK, USA, Canada, Australia & New Zealand) all share data among themselves. It may make it appear as though you are desperate if they find out that you have a pending application before another embassy. You can google the 5-EYES and get more information about their mode of operation with regard to data sharing.
Thanks for your response Esdajo, I will sure look it up.

The Australian embassy has given you an invitation to comment as they are not satisfied with your application it is not a refusal for now. This has nothing to do with your uk visa application except you choose to disclose it and open up more questions.Again it does seem suspicious to me why you have bumped the dates as you are about to go to school. What was your intended date to travel to Australia?.

Thanks for your response tutu82, I applied for the student visa first week of January there’s no certain date yet as the Australian government has not opened its boarder to international students, I have been studying online but took a break recently because it was stressful for me that aside, I had already started to fill the visa form online before the the NJL mail came in, I had waited for 8months I just wanted to use 2weeks from my one month of leave to travel I have no ulterior motive.

Good evening all, please I need help as I’m new on this tread, I have a current student application with the Australian Embassy, I recently got a Natural Justice Letter (NJL) and have replied and summited all document to back up my claim. I want to apply for a 6 months visiting Visa to the UK this September, will my current situation with the Australian high commission come up? If I intend to travel on or before the 20th of this month will it be suspicious? as I intend to apply via the priority visa, please I need answers

Please I need urgent help and opinions, I received a natural justice letter from the immigration yesterday, the fault was from my agent, she didn’t state that I had been refused visa before and didn’t attach all documents I sent to her, I’m in a limbo what do I do please?

Wify did not enrol for any online classes. In fact, I am vehemently against that because of poor Internet connectivity in my area.

She first deferred her admission to July and she has applied for another deferrement to February next year.

There is nothing like payment of school fees every new semester.

The fees she paid last year has not even been utilised cause she is yet to start studies

Thank you very much for this information and best of luck to you and yours

Thank you all for your support and advice. Wify just got her grant now.
The journey started in 2019.

Aussie, we move.

Congratulations to you and yours sir, please was your wife enrolled and taking classes online? Did you have to pay fees for every new semester?

To the house please I’m in a very tight spot at the moment, I was suppose to resume in March of this year and deferred to July, a new admission letter came requesting I pay another deposit fees, is anyone in this same situation or has been? I’m totally confused, I still haven’t gotten grant yet, same experience anyone? How do I go about this please?

My wife applied for visa in December 2020. Close to February 2021 when her studies was billed to start, she deferred her admission till July 2021.

Up till now there has been no response from the relevant authorities. What could possibly be the problem?

I’m actually experiencing the same issue, I applied for visa 2nd week in January, did my biometric in January and Medicals in February and up until now my immi account still shows further assessment, can anyone with Useful information or experience please advise me on what to do, I’m a bit confused and also there is a notification flag just by my name, although my agent says there is nothing to worry about it bothers me still, please someone help clarify. Thanks in advance

Happy Sunday Fam...

Please how is the first fee payment made? (I need a little guide on that please)
Can someone in US make the payment for me or is it better to pay from Nigeria?

Lastly, any hope via the border opening soon?

Thank you...

Yes it’s very possible to pay from the United States, that was the medium I used, it is even faster with no stress at all as compared to the whole form A medium.

The student visa fee is AUD620, with the current exchange rate and charges in naira should be around 240k (+ or -). If you're not comfortable with your agent figure, get a dollar card and fund it then arrange for a time to go and pay.[/quote

Thanks for your response, most grateful
