Pls which state is that. Cos I've not heard of anything in FCT AMAC precisely

PieceOfPeace:
At my own accreditation center, they were calling names ward by ward. The annoying thing is they were calling at the same time. Why didn't they paste the list instead for applicants to check and do the necessary accreditation?

Some States didn't do this shitty process. I felt like i was in year 1999 today. 😌

Where is her location? If she's in Abuja I can help her with a little food stuffs.

UnfairLife7:
My pregnant neighbour has been so restless and sick having discovered she's carry twin

This neighbour of mine is pregnant with 6 other kids. She has been finding it difficult to feed her family including her 6 children. Her husband is an electrician and plumber but he hasn't been getting job inorder to take care of his family. The children had been out of school for several years

I live with my aunt who's a widow. I saw my aunt stressed out yesterday and worried and i was wondering what could be the problem. She was the one who told me about the woman predicament. My aunt has emptied her little foodstuffs because of this woman and her children. My aunt is just a poor widow who's managing herself and kids but she can't stand the sight of this woman and her children hungry.

My aunt told me the woman's friend advice her to inject the pregnancy through abortion. She's six months gone and according to those her friends even nine months pregnancy can be aborted provided she has the money and her state of mind is willing to not forceful

According to her friends, they felt that's the best decision she could consider due to her condition. She cannot even feed the ones on ground, they are not going to school and she's still carry twin right in her womb. She hasn't gotten any baby things. It was my aunt that took her for antenatal when the pregnancy was in 4 months stage. She has been so confused on what to do. My aunt wasn't in support of it though, same time she doesn't have money to support her and her children.

Nigeria isn't saner climes where government support the less privileges. She will be having 8 children in total if she chose not to abort it. What will become the fate of these innocent children? How will she survive with these children in Nigeria? She fainted yesterday and was rushed to the hospital. It was confirmed that she has been thinking so much and she doesn't eat well. This has affected her health conditions.

Her family and that of the husband had been so helpful according to her and it has really taken a toll on them. She even lost one of her uncle who has been supportive. This woman is sad, she's broken and shattered into pieces. I'm even scared of her life because she's not getting good medical attention for her condition. She doesn't eat well for herself and the foetus. I'm even bothered about her life, I sincerely hope all what she's going through wouldn't tell on her on the day of delivery.

Please what's your advice for this woman and her family

You are very right. Some parents have failed in their responsibilities.
Something happened when I didn't have shock absorber. I met my hubby coming out of a hotel with a girl in her early twenties and confronted her. She asked me if that's how I went about calling all the girls I see with my hubby. I wanted to go report to her mum. She told me that she is waiting for me in their home.
My dear when I made enquires they told me that she does it even in the presence of her mum and she is the one taking care of her parent. It's only her younger brother that is against her lifestyle and had to relocate and leave them.
I rested my case cos it will be a fruitless effort.

May God not allow us fail in our responsibilities.

pocohantas:

Lol. Same question I used to ask myself when I see them on Instagram.

We should all pray never to fail in our parental duties, especially giving a child education. Once you fail in this, you lose 87.143% of your hold on your kids.

Take a look at Otedola. If he tells Cuppy to jump, she’ll ask how high. It is not because he is rich, it is because he has not failed in his duties as a FATHER. So no matter how she rebels, she will still remember she owes him a lot.

Now you see these small small girls going naked on IG? A lot of them left their parents in Asaba, Illorin and Amukoko to come hustle in Lagos/Lekki and environs. Some are the ones paying the fees of their younger ones at the tender age of 23. Some are the ones paying the rent of the houses they live in with their families.

Remember that small one that Lil Frosh beat up? What is a small girl like that doing alone in a Lekki apartment? Considering she isn’t from an influential home. She left her family to come hustle. Not get a degree, but HUSTLE.

So, forget about where their parents are, Power has changed hands. Na them be the parent now.

I have the cure. Do not reply her chat message earlier than one hour after she sends them

Do not call her first for the next few months

Do not act excited around her but just normal.

If you can, don't call her, chat her, go anywhere she can spit you. Withdraw yourself and stay in this mode for one week

After 2 weeks let's see who'd be toasting you. If she doesn't chase you, I owe you

Take back your power from her.

BarristerAlarig:
THE STORY OF A NIGERIAN MANUFACTURER

I run a manufacturing business and a trading business.
The biggest challenge in my manufacturing business is not power, or infrastructure, the biggest challenge is getting honest staff. Everyone we hire is appears to be on a mission to steal as much as possible. Inflated invoices, recording less than the actual number of units produced. The worst part of it all is that all the fraud we've uncovered is not done by a single person, it's usually many staff who collude with each other, from production, to sales, to finance, even top management. There was a year I overhauled management 3 times in a year. But I've found a solution sha, I now use Indian management. So competent, so honest and so straightforward. I thought they were expensive at first with all the visa fees, accommodation, house staff, but now that losses due to staff theft have been reduced to a minimum, and efficiency increased, the Indian management has turned out to be cheaper than the previous Nigerian management. Now, all sensitive positions involving money go to Indians. Nigerians are only allowed in non-sensitive positions. I used to criticize companies like Dangote Group that hire so many Indians when there are many unemployed Nigerians, but now, I understand their decision.

My biggest challenge in the trading business is the same, getting honest staff. The form of trading occurs in the open market, and involves staff having access to huge sums of money running into a few millions. I know how much I pay to security companies to provide escorts for the staff, not to prevent robbery, but to ensure that the staff go straight to the bank to deposit the money after the day's sales and not disappear with my money. This money spent on security companies is even enough to be declared as profit. We have to spend on CCTV, biometric scanners and other things that wouldn't not be needed if staff weren't looking for the slightest opportunity to steal.

It got so bad at a point that my main criteria for employing staff was no longer competency but honesty. At least, competency and skills can be learnt, but once you're dishonest, you're dishonest.

We always complain of the economy and how they are no jobs. I know people abroad who would have loved to set up job creating businesses in Nigeria but they can't because they can't get any trustworthy person to run it.

I know people in Nigeria with so much money, they want to start factories and other job-creating businesses but they can't because they are occupied elsewhere and can't get any trustworthy person to run the business. So instead of investing in the real sector and creating jobs, they'll just buy treasury bills, while the thieves are shouting no jobs.

Many big businesses would have been born in Nigeria if we could engage in partnerships, but we cant because you can't trust anyone. This is one advantage the Indians and Lebanese have over us in Nigeria. They can pull resources together and do mega-business, unlike Nigerians that because only one person must do everything since we can't partner, end up with small, tiny businesses.

Start a poultry and they will be stealing your eggs. Some will even go
ahead to be killing the chickens so that they'll be allowed to take them home.

Start an entertainment/viewing/game center and they'll be pocketing
your money. On the days you're around at the business, the money
realized will be x10 of the money realized when you're not around.
Because they're eating your money.

Lease out a vehicle to a driver to use and watch as he'll finish you.

Start a restaurant, the same thing will happen. More than half of the
total food ingredients will end up in their personal kitchens.

Even ordinary provisions shop, they will find a way to steal.

You'll see them with that their evil, wicked saying "na where person dey work, na there e dey chop, na e make dem dey callam workchop/workshop"...... Just imagine, justifying theft at work.

And you'll see these people point their crooked fingers at politicians when they're not any different. I usually say the reason most Nigerians haven't stolen billions of government money, is simply lack of opportunity.

Nigerians are the problem of Nigeria.

Health / Re: Court Stops Lagos Public Hospitals From Demanding Blood Donations For Childbirth by ekems2017(f): 6:14am On Mar 04, 2020
delpee:
The problem is that there's shortage of blood in the blood bank. People in dire situations need to be given blood urgently but our society us not enlightened enough to understand that blood donation is healthy and a form of social responsibility/civic duty.

There must always be blood at hand for pregnant women who are due for delivery and surgical cases. Sometimes it's a life and death issue. I hope this will not lead to maternal deaths.

Donation of blood is not bad at all. But this same hospital sells this blood to others at exorbitant prices. That's where the problem is. Imagine my husband donating blood for me and I was lucky not to use it but another patient was in need and they sold it at the rate of 15k. That something they got for free . Now where is the money going to?

Until i reached the "3,000 naira monthly" part, that divorce will not work rubbish!!!

At least i have seen a man that is sensible here to know that the stupid man just wants to dump the woman and marry another if not how will he be the one to suggest that he will pay 3000 and even tells the judge to allow his children be with his wife. Very useless man. Sex is all he came to this world to do.
Nonsense. If am the judge there will be nothing like divorce. Him go die there.

Why are people killing themselves with worries and perhaps pains for Valentine's day. Its just a normal day na. Can't you appreciate your love ones any time or day you feel like? See how people will go borrowing just to satisfy their partners. Some will die that day just like the Valentine died many years ago..For me, I don't see any thing special in this day. The only thing I know is that its my mum's birthday. Period.
