Kog45: None of us knows the truth!! My advice to everyone here is that nobody owes you success or anything. You have to work hard. You are not actually nice, if you expect something in return for being nice. Your brother knows him, he can't speak good English lol! If you support Eedris then you are a fool! Na only God sabi all. If na me be 2baba I won't help Blackface because he won't spoil my name and expect me to come and kneel down and help him. I repeat I won't do it. 2face made a mistake by replying them. He shouldn't have. There's something Keke said if 2face was not big Blackface would not have said anything, now he's big ppl wants to claim they made him big. People that supports black and Eedris Omo I dey fear una ooo. Una fit kill una friend because e don make money pass una oooo. Always have the grace to appreciate someone that is successful and wait for your time, even if you once helped that person don't use it against him if the person does not remember you. |

TGM2015:You may be right or not, but if you are right then the Senior HR is wrong then or he lied and that's not possible. The exercise according to him will end this week Friday and we'll be notified before Xmas that's 25th of this month. The idea is that 300 participant got to the Assessment centre and 20 participant a day, which will span for 3 weeks and they started it on the 21st of last month. I won't reply you again. Thank you. |

Jobs/Vacancies / Re: Co-operative Societies by ekeneluvsu(m): 8:53am On Oct 21, 2016 |
Hiploko:Yes, but what my Professor calls that kind of Coop is a Pseudo Cooperative society. |
Jobs/Vacancies / Re: Co-operative Societies by ekeneluvsu(m): 8:30am On Oct 21, 2016 |
Hiploko:I'm a Cooperative economist. A fresh Graduate, just completed NYSC. There are somethings you can use the cooperative to do and some you can't. First of all the cooperative main aim is not for profit making rather for the promotion of its members. There's no business that's is there not for profit making. Cooperative is a business as well but you can't make profit at your own expense remember when I said Owner/customer in the consumer coop so the name they call it surplus after you deduct expenses from income and that should be shared among its members in the form of patronage refund. You can meet a group who you feel have a felt need and tell them about starting up a cooperative and a cooperative field staff should guide them on it and tell them the intricacies of getting a loan from the bank. |
Jobs/Vacancies / Re: Co-operative Societies by ekeneluvsu(m): 9:23pm On Oct 20, 2016 |
Hiploko:I don't understand? You asking if they can finance their society? Sure financing comes from their share capital, other fees agreed by them and also loan. Cooperative is a business and they surely can finance no matter the type of cooperative they run and the products that can be developed to them is what they do. For instance you said a cooperative that's on home appliances, that could be that they develop the home appliances themselves and sell to their members in order for them to enjoy more benefits participating with the cooperative than buying from a non cooperative business. |
Jobs/Vacancies / Re: Co-operative Societies by ekeneluvsu(m): 8:33pm On Oct 20, 2016 |
ekeneluvsu:In a consumer coop soc the member is both the owner/customer. Each member gets his/her surplus through patronage refund and also interest on savings. |
Jobs/Vacancies / Re: Co-operative Societies by ekeneluvsu(m): 8:30pm On Oct 20, 2016 |
Hiploko:It's a Consumer coop society and they enjoyed the advantage of increased acceptability getting the loan since they acted as a group compared to an individual. Since they are a Cooperative society i.e the market women they enjoy benefits in their operation, because a Cooperative society main aim is for the betterment of its members. |
Jobs/Vacancies / Re: Co-operative Societies by ekeneluvsu(m): 5:30pm On Oct 20, 2016 |
Hiploko:It all depends on the type of Co-operative society you talking about? Is it a Consumer coop society or a productive coop soc? |
