TGM2015:
Union bank through an internal communication has announced the increase in the remuneration of her Support staff effective from October 1st, 2016 as an Independence gift and in recognition of their contributions to the Bank's baseline.

In the period where banks are slashing their staff salaries and downsizing, the simpler and smarter bank is increasing salaries of her Support/contract staff and heavily investing in training and developing of her workforce across board. This have won them many awards in recent time, for example the retail and Industrial Training Fund awards.

The bank is now becoming more reliable and stronger by their simpler and smarter banking services symbolized by flying Stallion.

Please can you help with the salary they pay Phillips Outsourcing staff for Telesales role. A B.sc holder?

So Eedris is right for calling him stupid boy?

He cannot speak English make him humble?

Eedris speaking the truth?

I want to ask you a question did you know how Eedris betrayed Tony Tetuila?

Did you know how Eedris treat Timaya?when the later was with him

Pls you don't know Eedris.

None of us knows the truth!! My advice to everyone here is that nobody owes you success or anything. You have to work hard. You are not actually nice, if you expect something in return for being nice. Your brother knows him, he can't speak good English lol! If you support Eedris then you are a fool! Na only God sabi all. If na me be 2baba I won't help Blackface because he won't spoil my name and expect me to come and kneel down and help him. I repeat I won't do it. 2face made a mistake by replying them. He shouldn't have. There's something Keke said if 2face was not big Blackface would not have said anything, now he's big ppl wants to claim they made him big.

People that supports black and Eedris Omo I dey fear una ooo. Una fit kill una friend because e don make money pass una oooo. Always have the grace to appreciate someone that is successful and wait for your time, even if you once helped that person don't use it against him if the person does not remember you.

Luke 12: 16- 20
And he told them this parable: "The ground of a certain rich man yielded an abundant harvest.
He thought to himself, 'What shall I do? I have no place to store my crops.
Then he said, 'This is what I'll do. I will tear down my barns and build bigger ones, and there I will store my surplus grain.
And I'll say to myself, "You have plenty of grain laid up for many years. Take life easy; eat, drink and be merry.
But God said to him, 'You fool! This very night your life will be demanded from you. Then who will get what you have prepared for yourself?'

This is the story of a successful man who just wanted to live an easy life, but apparently, the imaginary psycopath wasn't so pleased.

Therefore, He made up his sick twisted mind to MURDER an innocent Man.

Does he love seeing people wallow in poverty?
Does he love seeing children starve to death?
Why was he pissed at someone who wanted to get away from poverty?
Why did he MURDER someone who just wanted to live a better life?
Read down don't stop at vs 20. Seek first the kingdom of God and other things will be added on to you. Let God direct ur path! Don't act as if there is no God! For me any enjoyment that's not from God I don't want it! Let God be the first in everything you do.

TGM2015:
Hi all,

Unfortunately many candidates perform below expectations, this will make next aptitude test for recruitment to be taken in appointed centers where each candidate will be physically screen and verified.

The target is to take approximately 15% of total number of candidates that are assessed, that is 3 out of every 20 candidates interviewed. The invitation for medical should be around January ending of February while the Training School will possibly start before the end of first quarter next year.

Assessment for Lagos has probably ended and in short distant time North (Abuja) and South assessment will start. A location at a time.

Please, if anyone has any clarification or questions s/he should asked it on this forum, no need to PM me as I would not respond to any as I have not responded to one. Apologies to all who have PM me without response, thank you for your understanding as I will be following this thread.
You may be right or not, but if you are right then the Senior HR is wrong then or he lied and that's not possible. The exercise according to him will end this week Friday and we'll be notified before Xmas that's 25th of this month. The idea is that 300 participant got to the Assessment centre and 20 participant a day, which will span for 3 weeks and they started it on the 21st of last month. I won't reply you again. Thank you.

Stating the obvious is absolutely unnecessary.

FYI, the plum test is for union bank and not stanbic. I took it and was called by a rep of union bank on monday. The post you quoted was against stanbic, not union bank. Try to follow through a conversation before commenting. There was no plum test for stanbic

My O'level result is in 2 sittings. I was 26 on Oct 1st with a 2.1 though. I was called and I just got the mail for the assessment on the 23rd of Nov. What do you think guys?

Ok dear. But you know Nigerian firms or most firms are profit driven and at times, this makes them go outta boundary. Most Micro Finance banks are trying to do what Commercial banks do and some cooperative societies trying to do what Microfinance banks do like group lending, accepting deposits with interests, asset finance schemes, salary advance, school fees loan etc.. Is it permissible?
Yes, but what my Professor calls that kind of Coop is a Pseudo Cooperative society.
Jobs/Vacancies / Re: Co-operative Societies by ekeneluvsu(m): 8:30am On Oct 21, 2016
Hiploko:
Thanks dear. Now this is the scenerio. A business development Manager has been employed by a mini micro finance bank(thrift & co-operative arm). One of his responsibilities is to develop new products, drive it's sales to make profit. How can you help on that?
I'm a Cooperative economist. A fresh Graduate, just completed NYSC. There are somethings you can use the cooperative to do and some you can't. First of all the cooperative main aim is not for profit making rather for the promotion of its members. There's no business that's is there not for profit making. Cooperative is a business as well but you can't make profit at your own expense remember when I said Owner/customer in the consumer coop so the name they call it surplus after you deduct expenses from income and that should be shared among its members in the form of patronage refund. You can meet a group who you feel have a felt need and tell them about starting up a cooperative and a cooperative field staff should guide them on it and tell them the intricacies of getting a loan from the bank.
Jobs/Vacancies / Re: Co-operative Societies by ekeneluvsu(m): 9:23pm On Oct 20, 2016
Hiploko:
ok.. Pls what products can be developed to suit them? Can a co-operative to asset(home appliances) finance? Do you have an idea of what products can be developed for them?
I don't understand? You asking if they can finance their society? Sure financing comes from their share capital, other fees agreed by them and also loan. Cooperative is a business and they surely can finance no matter the type of cooperative they run and the products that can be developed to them is what they do. For instance you said a cooperative that's on home appliances, that could be that they develop the home appliances themselves and sell to their members in order for them to enjoy more benefits participating with the cooperative than buying from a non cooperative business.
Jobs/Vacancies / Re: Co-operative Societies by ekeneluvsu(m): 8:33pm On Oct 20, 2016
ekeneluvsu:

It's a Consumer coop society and they enjoyed the advantage of increased acceptability getting the loan since they acted as a group compared to an individual. Since they are a Cooperative society i.e the market women they enjoy benefits in their operation, because a Cooperative society main aim is for the betterment of its members.
In a consumer coop soc the member is both the owner/customer. Each member gets his/her surplus through patronage refund and also interest on savings.

It is basically the thrift type where loans are given to groups of market people..I don't know which category they fall into amongst the 2 you stated above

It all depends on the type of Co-operative society you talking about? Is it a Consumer coop society or a productive coop soc?
