Student Visa is easy to get ? Because you are a source of income to sustain institutions Those Universities cannot survive without foreign students Foreign students pay double fees of the locals If you have to leave your country to study, you must have deep pockets lol Few northerners wey dey go study for UK no dey work The money dey, no be for hustle 7 Likes 1 Share |

Many students will not recoup their fees, Rent would steadily take a chunk of their earnings. 20hrs of work alone during academic sessions, would not yield much significant returns with monthly rent payment. DON'T FALL PREY THAT YOU CAN HUSTLE, BE RATIONAL At the end of end of the day afterms thousands of pounds or millions of Nairn, it's the menial jobs that keep smiling and wanting to embrace your survival. White collar jobs dey, but Good luck with thathe Grace exists not luck Prepare your mind Don't be deceived by travel agents who have never even boarded a plane for a local flight. 3 Likes 1 Share |

Asians especially Indians and Pakistanis have achieved so much with their togetherness abroad and the years of such has resulted in a UK prime minister of Asian origin, Rishi Sunak. Scotland's Prime minister is also of Asian origin Bad Belleville and pull him down still exists among Africans abroad, it's way too bad. 7 Likes |

A Nigerian in the UK about 3 years ago told me about planning to set up a combination of car wash business with a small space where people take a few drinks, Asun etc. It blew my mind He told me, "I only live and work here but 80% of my money is made in Nigeria" 2 Likes |

JAPA ....... is not greener pastures It means there is no trace of green in Nigeria anymore My interpretation of JAPA is go and never return back It is like telling people to burn their passport on once you get to your destination. It's a very wrong narrative pushed by limited information and education 2 Likes |

Abroad is perfectly tailored to suit a couple.....yes a couple 2 adults pulling resources together, with a clear plan They would achieve so much more with less time The head of the family does not shoulder 90% of responsibility, that's self-destruction mode. It's shared responsibility Single mums would struggle You are worse off leaving Nigeria as single person and hoping to find someone later Those abroad try hard to come home to pick, unfortunately the dating pool is over messed up right now. Good resources are badly scarce Ladies wanna escape this continent as well, Self interests hidden under pretence 2 Likes 1 Share |

Abroad life is a lock down life, You step out to work 98% of the time. Those in Yankee find time to chill inspite of all which is good for their sanity Pressure from work is crazy. Some people age faster abroad despite the weather, it's work stress majorly 2 Likes |

Going abroad must be with a Plan and purpose It's not about......when I get there - what you see is not what you get. I am an introvert, but I tell anyone - Being an introvert abroad can be your undoing. People network can be crucial to your success abroad Information shared to you directly might just not be on the Internet FACT 7 Likes 2 Shares |

Why did I return back to Nigeria ? I still need some fresh air, in a relaxed atmosphere The trains in London, wait for no 1 - The only day the trains do not work is December 25 Every other day, It has a vital role in taking people to work to ensure work is almost non-stop It's a common sight to see people chase trains to meet their start time at work - They are paid per hour, not just some civil service jobs where people literally just go to office late to watch movies and gist. Do we even chase buses in Nigeria? Nah 3 Likes |

If you have to live abroad and survive, you must work For you to work, You must behave yourself If you have no self-discipline, You are walking into an open trap A nigerian told me once in London that ''Nigerian men are closer to heaven abroad because the laws of the land makes them behave'' lol I am a nigerian man, that's one of the funniest things i have ever heard 3 Likes |

One of the biggest surprises I had was a Nigerian telling me about the business of combining a Carwash and a small kiosk where people can chill, take a few drinks with Asun etc. People abroad seem to even see the opportunities more around us in Nigeria, while those around the opportunities just complain as a daily routine 3 Likes |

A small sachet of Alabukun, could be seen as precious Gold it could be sold for as high as £10, Yes ALABUKUN it's an african product not on the shelf of Supermarkets all across the streets of UK The value is higher abroad.......not to be compared with price in Naira Milo......... is the Tea most of us we know, nothing really comes close, not even Bournvita, I think Nesquick comes close, but also does not come cheap at all 1 Like |

UK people are stingy, US people are generous Please don't join in that generalisation Whoever is willing and can afford to will do so There can be a stingy one based in USA and a generous philanthropist based in that 'stingy' UK People suffer 'odd' jobs to earn a living just to survive Disengage from that very distasteful 'entitlement' mindset of expectation from those abroad 3 Likes |
