Selfish beings taking full money for rent and still questioning prospective tenants like its a job application. Tenants be very sensible and don't pay more than 1 year rent. There should even be 6 months option......different people have varying levels to tolerate bullshit.

In the long run, shared accomodation will be the common thing. Just need a place to sleep, lagos is getting really ridiculous. Time off to brainstorm on this affordable shared accomodation plan, which will be so popular within the next few years

Many times after such long wait....it's ART, assisted reproductive technology. Especially when you see twins, triplets etc, miracles do happen but ......IVF, multiple pregnancy is a trend. It's my field, after long gaps and wait....you even see triplet boys esp.

if i see someone truly in need, beggar etc. I will take from the tithe. That's my discretion and conviction, I rarely even pay tithes monthly.....I do quarterly etc.

God sees my heart and knows my intentions - Don't interprete words I can ready myself, I am a learned and literate adult so pls leave me alone

Depends on the type of job. A job that will have a lot to do with relating directly with clients will require a more outspoken, somewhat friendly personality.

Someone whose going for a programming or engineering job may not require all of that. A medical practitioner too doesn't have to an extrovert.

I am an introvert medic, my job is perfect for me as I really enjoy one-on-one discussion, aka consulting. So it feels natural and I just flow........ without a group or crowd of people
