This EDMI HD21 meter was installed at my place and it worked that same day and the next day it went off.

Ikeja electric representatives said the meter has factory problems and will be retrieved.

Please so you have an idea of how long it will take for them to reinstall the meter back if they eventually retrieved it?

Please how do I follow up with EDMI HD21 people and ensure the meter is worked on and reinstalled quickly.
