Good day to everyone on this prestigious forum. The decision to share this story of mine came to spotlight after months of reluctance & indecision to share and as a result of the stage of deterioration regarding the physical abnormality. That I truly regret!!!

First & foremost what I'm about to say here is about the strange body growth that attacked my left foot, above my left eye & most disturbing right now the bony protuberance on my forehead during my service year in Benin City in 2021, though the last in the list was habit induced which started before I was called-up for NYSC but not very noticeable while the others still remains a mystery to me how it started, at that time my colleagues make jest of me that "you played Johnny with Benin girls abi which is absolutely false. But those on my foot & left eye subsided with the help of an kind elder-state dad in my area.

Now the one disturbing right now is the bony protuberance I've on my forehead which is at a degenerating stage, it's actually began with a childhood habit of mine which involves rubbing my thumb knuckle roughly on my other finger which I find pleasurable now this habit metamorphosed recently & upgraded to my forehead but I only did it when I'm sad, not knowing that I'm causing injury to my forehead but then when I noticed some little bump I stopped it even before I went for service, since then it's just growing.

Please I need all the help I can get right now.

Thanks for your assistance thus far.

My capture date is two day's time at Alausa passport office. I decided to step out to stamp declaration of age and guarantor's form.

I went to the court close to the passport office but the lady said she cannot stamp my guarantors form for me because those at the passport office will reject it.

She advised me to go to high court.

I wonder if anyone has had a similar experience recently.

Which high court do you recommend? I want to do this tomorrow in order to avoid any mishap on Friday.

My brother, okun o. Can it also be stamped in a local government? They wrote it on their website but we know they don't always go by the book in this country

My guarantor only filled the first part and signed. The remaining parts seems to make no sense lol, hope they will accept it like that

If yes, how can someone who is an indigene of Osun state but lives in Lagos get it seamlessly?

Also, is local government identification needed for children aged 3 and 6?

Greetings guys. I just applied for my passport online and I have booked appointment too where they ask me to come with my acknowledgement form and other documents. Pls I want know, is this first appointment for data capture? And what is the easiest way to get the guarantor form filled

My capturing date is less than a week, I'm going with my family of four (I, my wife and 2 children).

I read somewhere on this thread that family only needs one guarantor but when I signed in with my details to download the guarantor's form, my details came along with the form, can we still use it like that or I should download another one for my wife.

2. The passports we're to take along, is it normal size passport? Because someone told me it's bigger or something

Collected my passport today.
Captured on February 27
The date of issue was actually April 25, my plug said that I should have gotten it earlier but there was an issue.
I applied through an immigration officer.
