please, i want to know which state is best to serve in nigeria right now,,because, the present policy by the F.G for NYSC is appalling and need to be re-adjusted.

Before then, i would love 9Landers to advice me on d most suitable state to serve,cos my service is in june and i wanna make a wise decision.
