PoliticsRe: Is The Political Sophistication Of The South-west A Fallacy ? by ekoilee: 12:22pm On May 30, 2013
who are the most sophisticated? The builders and achievers or the incompetent and perpetual beggars... ?

we all know the answer of course .

internet chest beating can't build any bridge or stop you from begging for another 30 years...
PoliticsRe: Fashola Commissions Lekki-ikoyi Link Bridge. PICS by ekoilee: 12:06pm On May 30, 2013
soledayo: What do you mean? Why do i pay tax? It was built with tax payers money and not by any private firm.
You don't have to get on that bridge to enjoy the effects of your tax money because what other people are paying for using this bridge funds other government programs and responsibilities like schools, hospitals, roads, utilities and so on....

Btw, you still have free access to other tax payer funded routes and alternates... .
PoliticsRe: Lagos Lawmakers Fault Tolling Of Lekki-ikoyi Link-bridge by ekoilee: 9:02pm On May 28, 2013
who is shutting who down and is it even possible? This is the legislature checking the executive via constitutional duties and balance of power.

At the end of the day, they'll get together, reason and do what's best for the state and they always do. This is the most stable and productive 3 tiers of government in Nigeria... ..

sexkillz: No it doesn't. You don't tell me to ignore you.
But I just did and I even repeated it. Obviously, lack of ability to read and comprehend is one of your many issues.

Your job as spelled to you and as you've stated here is to enforce rules and since none of that is going on, stay in your lane. Maybe one day or very soon you'll get the opportunity to ban me as I'm sure you can not wait to do, you just have to curb your excitement and wait till that opportunity arises.

Just cool down and manage to ignore me for now and that's If you are capable of controlling your emotions ...

That's the problem with you glorified school prefects, you can not confine yourself to your duties as assigned or maybe you just don't know your duties or they didn't spell out your job discription for you.
PoliticsRe: Jonathan Promises Free Trade-Zone For Southeast by ekoilee: 11:55pm On May 18, 2013
chidindufrank: your problem is lack of brain. Confirmed isiazu
My lack of brain of course doesn't mean you have one or competent enough to formulate and add meaningful thoughts to the discussion beyond your meager vocabulary....
PoliticsRe: Jonathan Promises Free Trade-Zone For Southeast by ekoilee: 11:52pm On May 18, 2013
Goddex: This guy, are you for real? FG cannot establish a Free Trade Zone or what? Is it not FG that established and own the Calabar, Onne and Kano Free Trade Zones?
The federal government shouldn't be establishing free trade zones and even the ones you mentioned, in what state or condition are they in? Are they not all white elephants?
PoliticsRe: Jonathan Promises Free Trade-Zone For Southeast by ekoilee: 11:09pm On May 18, 2013
Federal government to establish free trade zone? I was going to laugh, but I'll just smh cos its obviously talk or joke.
PoliticsRe: Wole Soyinka's Interview About Chinua Achebe by ekoilee: 8:57pm On May 18, 2013
babyosisi: Wole Soyinka should be careful not to destroy the legacy he has built by involving himself in unsavory affairs.
The first time the roof disappointed me was when hep spoke in support of Patience Jonathan's perm sec appointment, now this.

Chinua Achebe was called the father and grandfather of African literature by others
He did not label himself that
People recognized his immeasurable contribution to African literature and bestowed on him that honor in his lifetime so it is quite petty for WS whom I respect a great to utter such words.
It makes him sound jealous and he should be above such pettiness.
Michael Jackson was called the King of Pop
Elvis was the King of Rock and Roll
Donna Summer was the Queen of Disco While Aretha Franklin is and remains the Queen of soul
That label on Chinua is deserving.

Secondly why speak about Chinua's Book in his death what you couldn't say while he was alive?
I love Soyinka but his words here are beneath a man of his calibre
Maybe old age is setting in
Still respect you sir but you disappoint me here once again
How ignorant can you get?
PoliticsRe: Eliminating Bigotry From The Politics Section. by ekoilee: 6:52pm On May 18, 2013
sexkillz: I think reading Rule 2 will help.
You mean the vague and thoughtless rule that allows you to stick your nose where it doesn't belong?

Sorry, I'll pass. Taking you seriously obviously was a mistake on my part.

Thank God not my roof cos my roof is intact....
PoliticsRe: Senate Says President Has Not Declared Any State Of Emergency by ekoilee: 11:04pm On May 17, 2013
loswhite: pls read b4 displaying ur dumbness. @ the end it was clearly stated that there has been no breach in the constitution
The fact that you not only don't know anything about the constitution, but you also bought some ignorant interpretation of the constitution means you are not only dumb and gullible, you are a lazy dullard with cheap thinking and lack of intellectual curiosity.

Unfortunately for humanity, there's too many of you ignorant losers in Nigeria.

PoliticsRe: Eliminating Bigotry From The Politics Section. by ekoilee: 8:55pm On May 17, 2013
sexkillz: We'll find out how tragic it is when I ban you for being a bigot by my own terms and you complain.
In any same society and gatherings where people are expected to obey rules, the rules are stated and made known to the people and this is not only done to make sure people understand the rules and abide, but also to make the enforcers job easy.

The fact that you are still dodging and won't state the so called words are didn't surprise me because not only that you personally don't know, your boss himself don't know .

It is e even more tragic that people take jobs with no stated and defined parameters, no job description or guidelines .

Don't you feel funny saying you'll ban people for what you in a leadership position failed to tell them constitute an offense? Haven't you failed already? Smh.......
PoliticsRe: Lagos Jails 120 Beggars, Deport 1,708 Others To Their States by ekoilee: 1:25pm On May 17, 2013
babyosisi: Fashola is a lawyer I gather
Did he not attend his constitutional law classes?

41. (1) Every citizen of Nigeria is entitled to move freely throughout Nigeria and to reside in any part thereof, and no citizen of Nigeria shall be expelled from Nigeria or refused entry thereby or exit therefrom.

The Constitution will
http://www.nigeria-law.org/Constitut...cOfNigeria.htm
And your meager reading and comprehension capacity took from what you posted that freedom of movement means freedom to beg, freedom to constitute nuisance, freedom to carry dangerous weapons, freedom to attack public officials with dangerous weapons and generally to disobey the laws stipulated by the people of Lagos state?

Many of you really need to go back to elementary school and just stay away from the internet..
