To the poster above , iam still living in India and project is successful . Indians have moved from cash based to semi cash based and they are slowly eliminating 2000 notes .
This Move along with GST (Goods and service Tax) is why India is able to spend Billions of dollars of its own money on constructing new Airports, Metros, Ports, expressways etc .

Indians now have hardly 2or 3 children per couple.they understood the concept of the white people ,that is have children u can afford .
Modi and his government on his part started spending hugely on infrastructure.
The number of airports,ports,metro ,expressways etc being opened is a eyeopener.
Every year 10000mw of new power plants are being opened.
Indians at head of fortune 2000 companies are helping their motherland .
Google, Microsoft,Amazon and many others top tech companies are having huge multiple centers across India.
India have shifted from 12 largest economy in 2014 to 5 largest right now and it's is expected to be third largest in the world in 5years.
No wonder Nigerian are running to India to do drug and 419 business in India and many Nigerians are wondering why on earth these people are going there , when India equally poor like Nigeria.
