No i'm not, but people were called at random not according to name or discipline, i'm not sure they called anyone today but once it reaches your name (if you are on the list) you will be called.

If this recruitment was carried out on merit, why is the list of successful merit candidates being shrouded in secrecy?

I can categorically tell you guys that only the Chairman and probably secretary to the FCC have access to that list. Even the Secretary of the Petroleum Committee has not seen the list. Only the list of the recently employed junior staff is available and I saw it.

Unfortunately, my state commissioner has retired but all the three commissioners I met were all complaining about the secrecy of the entire process especially the graduate cadre.

Still lobbying though.....and I hope I can be lucky to have my name checked before the close of business today.

1-there was a list of about 400 people at the HR on Thursday and Friday, some people saw their names while others none, it was said that the list was not the original and final, the uthentic is still with Mr tata, can you please confirm this? What about the remaining 100+ names if that is confirmed genuine
2- what's the exact meaning of stakeholders list? Bcs, I haven't heard any politicians' candidate collected his apl, only those that have tops at dpr. Please clarify

No one can tamper with the other list, stakeholders have been settled. Your letters are intact. If DPR didn’t want to issue APLs to merit applicants, the names would have been dropped from the list during the final selection stage. The final list that was sent to FCC and returned was the same after an agreement was reached. So if you knew your name was sent to FCC and MPR, you will be contacted.

Mr Tata made it clear during the management meeting last week that the recruitment is merit based. I can not confirm whether letters have reached other zones. Rest assured, you will be contacted.

If you aced the test and interview then met the other requirements, you will be contacted to pick up APL this week.

It is very likely that northerners will be contacted in abuja, while the southerners will be contacted in lagos.
Because all the letters of northerners were moved to abuja yesterday while that of southerners are still in lagos

i mean they will likely call from abuja and lagos offices unlike moving the letters to kaduna, porthacourt, warri, maiduguri as earlier speculated.

Almost all northerners letters were moved to abuja yesyerday, while that of many southerners are in lagos, i doubt they are going to take the letters to zonal offices, and many people have collected their letters, by monday they will continue calling i believe,

Every person who collected APL this week is a stakeholder candidate, even my friend just confirmed to me that a top politician pulled strings for him. I believe other candidates will be called next week from monday, i just pray they dont tamper with the list.

I dont have access to the list, only few people have which my contact happens to be among, the list is kept a secret. I only asked and got the answer i wanted, and thats all.

1.Many people were called this week to collect their APLs, some were given through their sponsors, but they are all on stakeholders list.
2. I believe by next week they will start calling merit candidates, its in batches this week for stakeholders candidates while next week is solely for merit candidates. Thats my belief

All this hope of wait, I don't buy it cos it's obvious things are very wrong. The truth is there is no merit or stakeholders list.

[b]During the interview that they were asking most of you if you know anyone in dpr or govt what were you guys thinking? That was the most important question of the interview [/b]others were just for the gallery, some of us were so happy we got all our questions right and created a good impression.

I have learnt alot from this recruitment and it just made me registered for ielts today, I need to leave this shithole.
