I'm afraid you can only do so much. People like us don't talk anyhow or always. But I also found out that if you have something in common with the person it helps in the communication aspect. Try and see her as your friend and find out things you two have passion for and build on that.

About relationships, that is tiring. Getting the girl isn't the problem, staying with her is because most times I prefer some quiet.

If you applied to many schools through uniasst, then you can post the application documents in one package . Most times, all you need to provide as extra document is the online print out of your application for each individual schools and maybe your motivation letter .The rest like transcript and Certificate need not be duplicated, irrespective of the number of schools . Your application will be processed as soon as they receive your payment.

If you are going for undergraduate course, I will just implore you to write IELTS/TOEF. The letter you are looking for might not suffice since the school will receive so many applications and pick those with the best requirements. Also in some schools, ielts/toefl will earn you point in selection criteria. But if it is Msc, then you may try and get the letter and even with that, it depends on the school.Just my own opinion. Yeah, I think Hoschule Mannheim has an inbuilt application management system.
However, you'll need to download the application form, together with your original and photocopy of your certifcates/documents. proceed to the embassy to certify your documents.

or better still you can use an High court closer to you.
If you are in lagos, you can try the one at Igbosere (information from a trusted member here)

For the records, you are to certify all your documents and not translate. you are required to translate if and only if your results/certificates are not in english or german.

The name of the school is Hochschule Mannheim. I'm going for power engineering and renewable energies. I'm also going through online portal.

it is simple.
get your Fresh tomatoes, fresh pepper, onions( I like lot of onions in my food), spices.
boil your goat meat and stock fish with onions, spices(Maggi) and thyme if you have, add salt. keep it aside.
I don't blend ingredients when making my sauce, i rather slice everything- the tomatoes, pepper and onions.
since it is sauce, i do not fry much, just steaming.
put some Veg. oil in the pot(No cholesterol- i use power oil), heat a little, i don't want to fry, pour the sliced ingredients, let it boil, add salt and your spice after like 8 mins, be careful of the quantity of water, spice and salt you will add, because your meat and the broth already have all, make it boil for 1min, add the meat and pour the broth into the cooking sauce, now allow to cook well, say 10 mins with a medium heat. If you check, by now the whole thing should come thick, and then it's good to go on rice, spaghetti or noodles. This is exactly how i do it and it works, Cooking hand is important too, different hand for different taste of food.
