The local government instructor identified as Mr. Utor to Corps Members of Boki East region,Cross River State.was involved in a fatal motor accident that left his car badly damaged but fortunately, he made it out alive. It happened in a community called Okwabang in Boki,Cross River State. On the 4th of april 2019 After Clearance, he went to help drop of some Corpers leaving far off from the Secretariat. Then on his way back,the Car Summersaulted 3 times into the bush.. He managed too crawl out of the car towards the road, were passersby could see him. With the help of a fellow corper and others he was quickly rushed too London clinic at Bateriko which was the closest for medical attention. Later on he was rushed to Ogoja but the facilities were not satisfactory so was moved back to Obudu. We are glad too say he is alive and taking treatment
