Exactly! Even an attempt to impeach will cause so much rancor that APC will be seen as not being capable of internal democracy; isn't that waht the PDP wants to achieve all these while?

My assertion is that the PDP let a golden opportunity slide them by. Nothing would have stopped them from hijacking the process and installing one of their own.

It would be stupid for PDP to follow your strategy. The game is not about being totally incharge but they want to have a say by proxy and they want this happenings to scatter APC the more. The target is 2019 and if they had followed your strategy Dogara (pdp ordained candidate) would have surely lost because those rebelled APC member would no longer trust the new alliance. For the first time, i am honestly enjoying this game and i hope it would result to the betterment of Nigeria because my normal view is that they are after their own interest.

They are after their interest. My argument is that don't u think they are on course for a nice 2019 election if they had d senate president in their instead of thinking Saraki will help them have a say in d Senate. The Saraki I know can never b trusted . This is someone that betrayed his father&sister and forced them out of PDP in 2011

No, we are not selfish people. Give it to APC, they won majority. PDP earlier said they won't present a candidate for senate president or house speaker. They stood by their words

This isn't about being selfish. Saraki betrayed PDP in the past, as one of the main mover of the Baraje led PDP which ultimately led to their loss of federal power. I don't think PDP should embrace d guy as they had d greatest chance to finish him today.

Exactly, but it also begs the question what APC meant to achieve by been away from the venue of a scheduled meeting at a time they should have been there. The whole thing does not make sense at all to me. If PMB was not around, did they call his mobile to confirm if he was still coming or not or if he even scheduled the meeting in the first place.

I think pdp made a big mistake today...since there were 57 members present earlier today, it means 49 PDP and a mere 8 APC members were there. It means a PDP member would have emerged president if he was nominated by his party man. That worked for Ekweremadu for DSP

Wike is the incoming, why would he destroy where he is moving into when he has four years to mop as much wealth as he can, that is following Ameachi excuses. Doesn't make any logical sense.

Ameachi may not steal it literally but he allowed it by his cronies just to spite Wike like an insult which is more believable than ameachi claiming Wike is did it to extort state government.
