Investment / Re: How Much Is This Coin In Naira? by Eldybest: 2:24am On Mar 05
It is actually classified by some people as an antiquity and highly prized as such. I've seen another old coin like this that some people are desperately in search of and value it at millions. Why exactly they are searching for such coins I don't know. Neither do I know the price. But if it's one of those very old coins, keep it safely because it can be treasure one day.

Very funny grin

A very large percentage of Ejigbo indigenes if not most actually have dual citizenship, infact you can go to any west African country from ejigbo and they are well Loved everywhere they go.

Togo former chief of Army staff is from Ejigbo osun state

Do they have any links with Ghana? Suhum and Fante areas to be precise? I am trying to see if there's any way to trace long lost distant relatives I that area.

Good.

The only thing I vex for this man for is MohBad's senseless burial.
For allowing them bury him in that man and in such a nonsense coffin breaking his neck.

AS FOR THAT OLOSHO WIFE - WÙNMÍ, SHE WILL NEVER NO PEACE TILL THE END OF TIME.
THAT BOY WILL GROW UP TO HATE HER, WHETHER HE'S ACTUALLY MOHBAD'S SON OR NOT.

I watched a recent video on how she threw a white cloth wrapped in something on the coffin when they asked her to pour sand on it... People who are traditional and spiritual KNOWS what that act means and the reason why she did it.

I even heard a voice note message where MohBad was cursing her for covering his face with a cloth he has warned her never to use to cover him again.

She sees you as nothing but her retirement plan. When they say the good guy finishes last your situation is very good a scenario. You're nothing but something one falls back on when other options didn't pan or work out good.

Remember what she said here:

she said being a good guy was what she hated about me back then,
Have you ever heard of one loving and dying to have what she hitherto hated? She's playing you bro. The bad guys already had the best of her and here she is serving something they trashed. The bad guys had and enjoyed her good days. And you as a good man is about having her bad days.

It gets even more clear

that she thought I was weak, and now that she's matured she sees that quality differently
She's using you cheesy grin The strong men did her dirty and she wanna settle with you. Talk about eating her cake and having it. Only time passed. Her opinion of you would never change.

If you're comfortable eating from overused pụnani then go ahead and do her bidding. Or perhaps you're getting manipulated.

Wonderful.
I understood all u said. Tanks.
But u dont think the method will work for someone else? Just asking.
Actually, the farmer taught me the method as a general traditional method that he applies in the bush whenever a snake bite needs an emergency treatment. So, yes, I personally believe that it can work for other people.
Just that in my own opinion, under a normal circumstance where conventional medical treatment is readily available, this traditional method (which is actually a self medication) should not be used alone, or taken as a substitute.

Love800:
What are the first aids for snake bite?

Note: I learnt this from a local farmer sometime around 1990/91. So it is not a western medical first aid. While the farmer taught me as if it is a complete treatment, I personally classify it as a kind of 'first aid' because I believe that ideally, one should still seek medical treatment even after one had gotten better.

Now, here it is:

1. Within the first few seconds of the snake bite, firmly tighten a rope or wire or twig or anything strong, at the back of that bite, to prevent the venom from circulating further.

2. Immediately (or at the same time), start chewing bitter kolanut. As you are chewing it very well, squeeze out and keep swallowing the bitter liquid coming from it. Swallow everything. In my own case, three kolanuts worked for me. The farmer told me that if some venom had escaped further into the blood by the time, there is a way the kolanut would act against it from inside.

3. Begin to press the areas around the bite to drain out the blood around the bite. This action, in practical sense, is very bloody and messy. But when a saw that my life was at stake, I did it. The farmer said I can also suck out that blood in that area and spit it off. This, I also did, when I saw that I must save my life.
During all this, try and avoid making serious bodily movements that can make your heart pump faster or harder, so that the venom will not circulate fast.

Just as I said, a local farmer taught me this way back sometime in 1990/1991.

But the first time I practised it was on December 20, 1995 when I was bitten on my wrist by a snake. On this occasion, I put this into practise and it worked for me, even without any treatment afterwards.

Then, the latest time I practised it was sometime in June this year when I had another bite at around 2am or so. I applied the same method and my body calmed down and I became normal again.

Someone later told me that I've developed some bodily resistance to snake bites (I don't know anything about this, as I am not a science person).

But the mark of the first snake bite is still on my right wrist till today.
But as a rule, I always ensure that I have kolanuts wherever I go.

I have only talked about what worked for me as taught to me by a local farmer. Not to be taken as a 'prescription' or recommendation. I used the method because the incident happened at locations far away from medical outpost.
There will definitely be other first aid treatments for snake bites, especially from the medical people.
Ideally, please ensure you know a clinic around which has antivenom treatments.

Everyone should be guarded, vigilant and observant, whether you are surrounded by bush or not please be vigilant. These snakes are so creepy

By the God Grace i own my house, it’s a 2 apartment bungalow with a 3 bedroom flat each. I occupy the front flat while my tenant occupy the back flat. Everywhere in my house is neat and tiled including my compound, I’m not surrounded by bush, I even stay in an Estate but it’s still a mystery how this snake get into my house.

On my way back from work, I stopped by to pick my wife from her shop, as at 7:30 when we got home, I walked towards the small fridge in our dining room to grab some chilled beer, I noticed something fell from the cotton pole, the moment I shined the torch light, it was a black snake then it ran behind the fridge. I couldn’t believe my eyes. I shouted Jesus see snake. My wife carried my daughter and ran outside to the main gate. I could even hear her voice shouting “babe you must kill that snake, I’m not sleeping in that house if you don’t kill that snake”

Well, My tenant came to assist me and we finally killed the snake with sticks and stones. I’m a brave man grin

I’m so curious right now because you can’t see a cockroach or rat in my house not to talk of snake. How that snake got into my house is a mystery. My baby is almost one year and she crawls around.

Who else has experience this before? And what kind of snake is that? Is it venomous?

Well, it's difficult to accurately point out how the snake got into your house, but that snake must have been living with you for quite some time without you knowing it. But because, fortunately, snakes by nature do their best (and even go to lengths) to avoid humans and won't normally go out to deliberately harm humans, you did not notice its presence in your house until that day.
There are also many other people with snakes in their houses without them knowing it. Lol it would have been an entirely different scenario if snakes deliberately seek out humans. But they still remain mostly dangerous anyway. Not something to cohabit with for any reason.
Bro, please ensure that you have anti venom or you know a nearby medical facility that has antivenom, just in case. This can make a difference between life and death.
Most people who died from snake bites died due to not having timely access to anti-venom treatment. Many medical facilities don't have anti-venom. Please locate one which has. Or you learn first aid treatment for snake bite.
I was bitten by a venomous snake right inside my house, in June. My own house is near to some bushes and grasslands. What saved me was the first aid treatment I applied which helped me to buy time before I later got additional treatment.
So, bro, please make contingency plans just in case.
Also, bro, fumigate, and fumigate, and fumigate. And keep away rats from your house.
Bro I thank God for your life.

What do I have to do please? Are there any alternatives? Or maybe better milk products that won't cause me this. Please, if you have any, do recommend.

It would be difficult stopping milk altogether because that's what I use in taking my pap. I don't use sugar, that's why I replaced the sugar with milk instead. I would appreciate any better alternative please.

Why not replace the sugar with honey instead of with milk?

Now, guys, this is very real. I write for a living and this is where I earn around half of what I spend daily. All you need is a passion to write anything interesting. Short or long. As in, anything interesting. Even sometimes it might be something not really spectacular and you still get good pay. It's very real. All that you need is a passion to write something, even something about yourself; your pet; your past; your friend(s), your farm; your relationships; politics; your opinion about the weather etc. The thing is, the pay is very real.
Since I won't want to go against the rules, I advise you to contact me. Would reply each person with the link within twenty four hours and would give you some guidance on how to do best there. I won't ask you for a dime.

Is this the new strategy adopted and used by Nigerians to gain cheap public recognition? Everyone now has a brother in the military. How can people be this wicked? Why playing with the lives of our lost sissies?

Heroes don't die on the battlefield. Weaklings do. Moreover, the FG will compensate the families of the deceased. So what's the fuss all about?
