Nairalanders help me o,have I done anything wrong, is it a crime to talk to ur boyfriend.... I met this guy few months ago through a friend,he claimed my friend used my pics on his status and he liked me when he saw my pics and decided to get my phone contact from my friend.. He called me and we started talking,I discovered he is fun to be with and we started a relationship after few weeks, before then I already asked him what he was doing and he told,he wasn't doing too well and I was still ok with him hoping that God will bless him someday cos I don't know how to look down on people..We continued talking and we were really into each other,I kept encouraging him,and he was always in my prayers..I discovered that this guy is so comfortable in his situation, how can a guy be 40 and still be living with his parent in the house his younger brother built, the day I went to his house I felt so bad with d way his parent were sending him errand as if he was a child and the worst of it is that his younger sister was around...He's always asking his younger brothers and friends for help and those ones don't help him, he feels its his right for them to help him,a guy at 40 ooo....I decided to play role in his life,I encourage him and at the same time I tell him his Bleep up,I rub it on his face(note:I don't tell him he is poor,I only ginger him that he's not working hard that he should put in more effort)he said they haven't paid him for months,I asked him what he's still doing there,he's not even ready to hustle like some guys do,and its because he's parent are there to feed him..I have tried to advice him to change location and start life afresh there, atleast when he changes location, he will know that he will need to hustle hard to feed and pay house rent...Two days ago,we were chatting and we were almost having an argument when he said he told me he's broke and he hasn't eaten cos he's parent travelled,so I wanted to rub it on his face as usual just to encourage and ginger him, I asked him what he wanted me to do about it,I then asked him to assume he's married and asked if thats what he will bring to the table for his wife and kids,I still encouraged him..Now he's angry,he hasn't called me yesterday and when I called he refused to pick,I don't want to believe I over talked, I don't like it when a guy doesn't hustle hard, but I really love this guy.. (mind you am still a student, would have helped him if I can but am not working)...Pls nairalanders, did I talk too much, was I wrong to have encouraged him,I rubbed it on his face just to ginger him and I felt it was gonna make him hustle hard..I don't know how to handle this, should I end d relationship...sorry for d wrong post and don't mind whatever error have written down.. |

Majesticniyi: I concluded a while back that the average fathers in our generation failed at their jobs. Most people would deny this openly but they know its the truth. Most did not have it as bad as you though. Shout out to the Mothers....they basically made most of us who we are. I hope the current new crop of fathers would not repeat the mistakes of their fathers. No oooo...My Dad is the best, don't let me tell you what my dad has gone through in training us,he's been a company driver for years and he has used that in training all his children,my elder sisters are graduates now,am in my final year in school,my only brother is in his 300 level and my baby sis is in a private secondary school, and its all thanks to my dad..There was time my dad stepped on poison,he had serious pains in one of his legs,he applied everything but the pains kept increasing everyday, but with all d pains,he still goes to work,he pretends whenever he sees any of his bosses so they won't say its old age and stop him from driving them,he wakes up as early as 5 am and treaks to d bus stop with d same leg just to cater for us..There was also a time my dad wanted to leave d house around 4:30 just cause one of his bosses asked him to come early, and on that particular day, there was a robbery incident in my street,we were hearing gunshots,we begged my dad to stay but he refused,my dad went to work that day even with d gun shots, how he managed to leave d street is what we don't know..My dad will always be like "if I stop working now,how are we going to survive", he said he didn't go to school but he will make sure he trains all his children even if it will cost him his life..My mum plays her motherly roles too, infact she's d best mum but my dad has never failed in playing his roles..And I keep praying that God will keep them for me,want to buy my dad a house, buy him the latest jeep, get him a driver that will be driving him and pay him for everything he has done for me, and I know my siblings are planning same thing too cos my Dad is simply the Best..He's my Hero for life...so you see, there are still good dads........And I forgot to add that my dad has been catering and training us with a salary of just 50k,a times he takes loans from the company for our school stuffs and mum takes over the feeding for that month...My parent are the BEST |

cr7lomo: How can u call someone that is in one league and has refused to leave the greatest...u think it's easy to shine in another league...when Rivaldo left Barca, he joined Milan, and that was when Milan was Milan but he flopped ... when kaka left Milan , he joined Madrid and he flopped , when figo left the Spanish league and joined the Italian league, he flopped...when Beckham left man u and joined Madrid he dint live up to expectation... When ronaldinho left Barca for Milan , he flopped.... Bale is turning to a disaster in Spain unlike in England...di Maria was a waste in England... Sebastian veron was a disaster when he left Italy for England, so as shevchenko... So u can't guarantee that messi will excel in another league , messi can't excel in the national team ... Messi in the WC has only scored teams like Bosnia, Iran and Nigeria( half of his WC goals) ....but Ronaldo has excelled in 3diff league and has turned top scorer for these teams for over a decade If u like talk from now till next year,I LOVE LIONEL MESSI AND HE IS THE GOAT |

At least Bambam still better than majority of parasitic naija girls. I like girls who add value to their men and help him reach his goals not the beggars slay queens, liabilities who go about looking for men to suck dry as if na you be their parent.
If you're a guy and you're still with a lady who collects money from you and expect you to be giving her money, na u mumu yourself like that o, na ur palava and headache. Just continue wasting your money. I can spend on a girl who spend on me in return, love is sharing. I'm not any girl's parent, na only ur parent get the responsibility of giving you money. If u not interested, go as long as I've gotten to ur promise land. Pls go and never come back. Set of liabilities and parasites. .. How much u get sef wey u no go allow person hear word |

baby124: Wow. LOL. You are most certainly mentally ill. There are light skin beauties and dark skin beauties across this country. No tribe is more beautiful than the other. Because she is light skin and her child is dark does not mean she bleached. You talk like a slowpoke. Is she not a black lady? Or African? So you want to say all your family members are light skin. You are not ok at all. See the guts you use to come and say this nonsense yet you look like something a cat dragged from the dustbin. Hahahaha. Sterope: What do you say about fair Igbo people who bleach and they are so so many of them?
The actress in question is naturally fair and also beaches. She is exactly like so many oyhert Igbo fair ladies actresses. Epifanio: There are yorubas who are naturally lightskinned, the only reason why 10% of Igbo people are lightskinned is because your mothers were quick to open their smelly cunts for the Portuguese sailors who brought clothes to you and in exchange filled up their wombs with dirt. Sterope: What do you say about fair Igbo people who bleach and they are so so many of them?

Career › Re: Top 7 Highest Paying Oil Companies In Nigeria by elegantslayer(f): 10:06am On Nov 27, 2018 |
springtech: My dear, it doesn't work like that. Different people with different experiences.
Some get In through contracts given to a 3rd party. The 3rd party employs them, sends them to execute the job at the oil coy location. While on the job, they meet with points/key men who takes interest in them, some are seen as being just too good/sound/smart/intelligent to be let go. Few people like ladies or highly social fun loving guys melt the hearts of an oga who just likes their personality and wants them around so as to frolick together. This happens wells.
As the contract ends, the guy/geh is not let go, the key man finds him a very small, low paying job role that can still be accomodated within the Dept's budget till a better opportunity comes up.
This is where the God factor comes in.
Imagine having a friend within that same department whom you feel should be able to help, he can't do Nada. Because he doesn't have the power. He has superior colleagues who also have their candidates. All of them just wakes up one day to see that the guy on a 6 momths terminal project is still here even after 2 years. They all can't contest it because they knew the guy has been around, he is sound, dey love him and to top it up, they might even think he came from another location/dept within the organization.
Long story short, there are several angles to this.
But one thing I can tell you is that these companies do not do long leg thing when it comes to employing their permanent staff. Once there is opportunity, they advertise it, set up test/interviews or highest they do internal adverts/conversion test so as to convert contract staff to permanent staff.
I keep advising people to be aggressive on job sites especially for the IOCs. Visit total/shell/chevron/agip etc sites. From time to time they do skeletal recruitments. Even if it's for other affiliates outside Nigeria, keep applying.
Last week I saw shell advertising several openings for their Quartar affiliate.
For your information, there are a number of oil servicing firms that psy far higher than oil companies. Talk of Schlumberger, Halliburton, Baker & Hughes, FMC now TechnipFMC, GE OIL, These are the big ones
Then smaller ones like AOSORWELL,Geoservices, Librod, Montego etc also pay well.
Finally, join LinkedIn, ensure you have a very captivating profile on there. You can pay the right persons to do this. Go premium i.e pay monthly/yearly subscription see this as your on investment while you expect ROI. Now this gives you exclusive access to certain previledges not enjoyed by normal members. Some premium recruiters are sent profiles of premium members. Some get called straight from LinkedIn, interviews conducted on skpe ,employment given,I mean foreign jobs.
If you want the above normal,do the extra ordinary too. Nothing moves until you move. At least let it be said, that you tried all you possibly can.
All the best to us in our search. Thank you so much for this, but do they employ graduates from poly?? |

So focus on graduating with a good grade then follow the OP who provides very good coaching when preparing for exams and interviews conducted by these companies OK,thanks so much |
