I just have one book on Amazon and promoted it during the 5day free download.
I promoted the book heavily including putting it on nairaland for free download.

The book by Tuesday was 1 in two categories and ABRS 1407. This morning I couldn’t
access the account again. All efforts to contact Amazon failed. What do I do pls.

Remove all template text and guides from your cover file.

I believe its the page cover and manuscript page numbering. How do I get it right, please

insert page numbers in manuscript.

And for the cover

I cover it with the general background color. Just don't add any image there.

Everything writing / design should be inside the white space. The remaining red should be covered with plain color

please I finished designing my paperback and I uploaded it.

I just previewed it to see how it will look before approving it for publishing, it doesn't fitting-in properly.

The dimension I used was 12.419 X 9.25inch which is the accurate dimension, but the stuff is not fitting in.

Instead I received a notification that it is 11.089 X 8.259.
To be sure that I am using 12.419x9.25inch I resized again to the size and I am still getting that same notification.

Abeg wetin I fit do again.

Step one
Download the paperback template PDF by page number from amazon.

Step two

Design a picture cover in any software you have . i use Photoshop.

Step 3.
Add the picture to your already downloaded paperback PDF. This should be done in Photoshop. Or online.

Step four
Take note of the number of pages of your book. It affect the spine . and reduces correction from amazon.

Step five
Ask for the video if you don't understand what I'm saying.

There you have it

@AIT1 that's long process of work. Its not accepted and you need to rewrite everything inside.


Any negative sign about it is that many people will use the same plr.

4. If you are in low content niche, you need to do ads.

I am new to KDP, just got my first book live yesterday.
They approved it within 6 hours.
I checked your books.
These are what might make you not to sell.
.1. Your covers are not great.
2. Your description too small, barely 4 or 5 lines and remember you have 4000 words to play with.
3. Your book pages are too small, 25, 35 etc. Nobody will risk $10 for a 25 page book of a non-established author.
4.Your price $9.99, too high, In one instance, the best seller in your category sells fo$2.5.
5. You probably didn't launch properly. Did you take advantage of the 5 days free download period in Kindle select?
6. No reviews.
7. And you are probably in a dry market.

I,ve seen it. I think your book cover is a major turn off.

Another thing is you are writing only one topic.
And its too narrow. I mean not many buyers for your topic.

The third advise will cost you money so I can't drop it here. That's my take on your book

The truth is, any shipping that is not in the league of DHL, FedEx, TNT, etc will take forever to get to here...

liar. I use those non standard shipping and I have had 90% success delivery rate.

Its a choice as I'm sometimes tempted the dhl route but I've not tried it.

Any shipping that adds air mail to it does it for me.

Although I love if the items can be tracked. So wen its trackable then that method is a plus. Go for it.

As a PayPal user , I don't use Lesotho since o have a working account

Here is my ten cents.

1. You can add a visa card and they will charge 5 dollar per withdrawal.(I guess).

2. If they say 1st 3 days of month that's it
.PayPal no get free service oo. Unless USD bank tied to account.

3. The fund can enter the account on 2-5 business working days. Minus weekend.

4. This advice here is from personal experience . I'm not speaking for anyone.
