I'm in a relationship with this young lady, about 5 months. The problem is we had issues for a whole month based on the fact that she likes to go out a lot.
I called her many times before she changed but I was almost fed up before she finally changed.
Right now, any time we have small issue the pent up anger from that particular month keeps crowding my thinking that I've had a massive outburst which resulted in hitting her twice.
My question is, how can I make my self forget everything that happened then and stop the unnecessary outburst anytime we have mini quarrels that naturally shouldn't lead to fights?

So mine was really embarrassing.. If you school in the South, you'll relate. I went for Night class.. we call it (TDB). To read all night. I was sitting in front of the class and i decided to take a quick nap, then wake up later to read. As i fell asleep, i Had a terrible dream of being pursued. I got up from the dream and started running, Na so everybody for hall follow me dey run oo... When i came to my senses, shame no let me go back the hall. Everyone else had ran to other halls. the bible is a collective journal collected over time. There other journals(scrolls) written but the Bible is the contribution of these journals which God picked for our life. Mind you our purpose of coming to this world is not to be a Christian, Moslem, etc, bt to serve God.

Secondly,apostle Paul and st john the Baptist emphasise us to ask saints to intercede for us.
