What is the ruling on a husband having anal sex with his wife? If the husband and wife did that several times, would the woman be considered divorced? If both of them repented, what would be the ruling then? May Allah reward you!

*A: Having sexual intercourse with wife in her anus is one of the great deadly sins, as it contradicts Allah's saying: “Your wives are a tilth for you, so go to your tilth, when or how you will.” The place of tilth is the front private part. The Prophet (صلى الله عليه وسلم) said: “He who has sexual intercourse with his wife through her anus is accursed.” Yet, anyone who repents, Allah will accept his repentance. By doing this act, a woman is not divorced but the husband and the wife have to sincerely repent. Allah (سبحانه وتعالى) says: “And all of you beg Allah to forgive you all, O believers, that you may be successful.” The Prophet (صلى الله عليه وسلم) said: “Repentance wipes out all the previous misdeeds.” The Prophet (صلى الله عليه وسلم) said: “He who repents from his sins is like the one who did not commit a sin.”* May Allah grant us success!

If a man demmands anal sex and the wife don't allow it is considered a graver sin. It's a women's duty to satisfy their husbands.

My Husband always demand for Anal sex. Although I never enjoyed it, I always allow Him to have his was so that He will not go out.

A Kano Chief Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday ordered that a 30-year-old man, Balarabe Salisu, who allegedly sodomised his 20-year-old wife, be remanded in prison, pending legal advice.

The police charged Salisu, who is ‘deaf and dumb’, with unnatural offence, NAN reports.

Chief Magistrate Muhammad Jibril ordered the police to return the case file to the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) for advice.

Jibril adjourned the case until July 10 for further mention.

Earlier, the prosecution counsel, Insp. Pogu Lale, informed the court that Malam Abubakar Umar of Dorayi Karama Quarters Kano, reported the case at Dorayi Babba Police Division Kano, on June 14.

Lale told the court that the accused married the complainant’s 20-year-old ‘deaf and dumb’ daughter sometimes in March 2019.

He alleged that the accused on many occasions sodomised his daughter.

The offence, he said, contravened the provisions of Section 284 of the Penal Code

After the charge was read to him, Salisu pleaded not guilty.

It has taken me years to gather courage to speak about this situation of mine. I’m not really sure how to say it.
