Continue to spew trash. Are you deaf that appointing an Iyaloja is part of Yoruba's culture. That is why you need to learn about the culture and tradition of your host community before settling in their midst.

Whether you like it or not, it has come to stay. You are asking what are those levies used for? Maybe you should also ask the Federal Government and your state Governors what they do with the taxes collected.

And you think all Yorubas are happy with this union, do you know how many times market leaders that are Yorubas have been detained by Iyaloja?? Omonile too is a culture?

I believe you can drive home your points without banters.

It beats my imagination for people to say that one should wake up one morning and relocate his business to the east, I mean a business you have been nurturing and building for years and run to the east just like that without proper strategy, besides not all business owners over there are Igbos, we have other tribes there like igala, idoma, ibibio, Esan and more, I'm not from Igbo.

My problem with Iyaloja market organization isn't a modern implemented market union, of what functionality is Iyaloja and babaloja? What are the levies being used for? Why should we have thugs, touts and tribalistic criminals as law enforcers?

Is there Iyaloja or Babaloja in Newyork or Dubai?

Business / Instagram Business by elmas(m): 9:38pm On May 03, 2020
There are a lot of challenges when starting up a business, which could be lack of feasibility studies, no funds, electricity, bad roads, proximity to raw materials and many more.

I have the intention of starting an online business, mainly on Instagram, as an influencer.

Here are the Challenges

1. Instagram followers: I was told by someone that they don't buy followers anymore because Instagram changed its algorithm and there is no provision for buying real followers except you are buying bots which will disappear soon.

2. Popular Instagram accounts for collaboration:
Most of this accounts don't even respond to messages.

3. PR agencies: How to connect with PR agencies and things involved.

4. Funding: All the above mentioned all boils down to funding, how does one access donations or loans in Nigeria like the bank of industry (BOI) or other platforms.

Programming / Re: Google Launches First Developer Space In Nigeria by elmas(m): 11:55am On Jan 30, 2020

How does one get access to it, is it free? I think it’s a welcome development, alongside the likes of cchub and zonetech park, Nigeria’s technology space will more than double in talent, startups and venture capital by 2022.

Even if you are in tech, one has to be very careful and look into the future, everybody is into web development or machine learning today(I admit this is a good time to get into data science), but soon these jobs will be automated and it’ll basically be the dotcom crisis over again.

I hate to imagine a future where you’d be earning peanuts as a full stack dev. Digital marketing has reached its tipping point has has gone under

It’s wiser to go into security, networking, hacking,
or operating systems, Linux or windows etc These are the more difficult, less glamorous jobs with higher entry requirements, but they pay so well and will still be in demand in the future ( security experts earn as much as senior full stack developers which feels unfair to me)

Are you saying skills such as Seo, SMM, copy writing and machine learning will become obsolete.

[UPDATES]

DAY 6 (12/1/2020): So I messaged quite a bunch of individuals, both foreign and national. Well, Nigerians, were rather receptive to my offer. I did actually make about 34k from Nigerians alone, in terms of just doing menial jobs like setting up shopify stores.

DAY 7 (13/1/2020): I was able to get 3 clients (Two in USA, & one in UK) who needed me to manage their facebook advertising, in the dropshipping space. We agreed a flat rate of $500 monthly, for the first month. Then 20% of the profit on months after that.

50% of the $500 will be paid after 5 days of successful results.

DAY 8 (14/1/2020): I started working on one store, on the 13th of January, and so far, today, we're profitable (20% profit) Image attached below.... Hopefully, I'm able to optimize the funnel more and drive in more sales and more profit. And on 16/1/2020, I'll get my $250 paycheck.

Due to the complexity and much focus needed moving forward, and in setting up the other 2 stores, I doubt I'll be able to update this thread anymore. Once I receive the $250 as planned with my current Client. I'd call it a wrap up for this, and then moving forward, I'll look at getting $1k-2k and restarting my own shopify store again. This time I won't be using exchangers. I'll either use Fiverr or upwork to withdraw my PayPal funds...i.e. listing a service on Fiverr(or upwork) on one account, and then paying for the service with my other account.

Peace!

How is it going sir?

Meet a native doctor with good reputation. That's the easiest and least stressful way in Nigeria. To join an occult group in Nigeria is very complicated.

If you don't want to go through anyone, go to all these shops where spiritual items like incense, colored cands, etc are sold. You should see you books there. Glance through each of them. You'll know an occult book when you glance through it. Buy as many as you can and start your journey.

Good luck!

how does one get the ones with good reputation, its not written on the fore head. one ought to be careful not to run into wrong hands like ritualists

Some traditionalists are into occult but they are accepted because of African traditional religion. Some are not.

It definitely requires some acts of sacrifice. No pain, no gain

How can a newbie be involved?

You have to go into the occult world, that is the world of hidden knowledge. All the answers are there.

Only occult? Are traditionalists occult too?
Does it involve human blood to indulge?

There are no rules in the abstract world, actually.

It's basically a jungle. You want it, you pay for it. You have to earn it.

Paying for it might mean going without food for days while in deep meditation and studying. It could mean taking the shorter route involving making deals with entities you normally shouldn't have any business with (everyone is usually advised to avoid this because these entities are not nice at all. They have rules that even they themselves are not subject to).

You can have everything you want but it won't come cheap

How can one disappear and reappear? And also avoid evil occurrence?
Celebrities / Re: Skales Calls Biodun Fatoyinbo 'Fake Man Of God, Scam Of A Pastor' by elmas(m): 2:18pm On Jul 21, 2019

shocked

In all sense of fairness, Biodun has excelled in his chosen profession. I can't say the same about Skales whose career has refused to "Shake Body" since 2015.

A musician who can't maintain a key for 50 seconds calls another a scam.
I woulda taken this seriously if it were from someone a bit more successful in their chosen

career.

Skales, it's better to be called a scam of a pastor by someone whose only knowledge of you is through social media accusations than to be called a scum of a man by your own girlfriend and her friends.

He is back!
