To me, Guus was Naive by playing a 2 man midfield vs 3 defensive midfielders. If he had played Oscar at 10, at least we know that he would have tracked back. This naivete is exemplified in that pic that Ibime posted. Fabregas is Awol, Willian fails to track his runner, while Mikel is marking Matuidi higher up the pitch.
