See the way you're ridiculously bashing yoruba elders just to please igbos. This is wrong bro
Go and find out the meaning of omoluabi from your parents dear. When you are an omoluabi no one can take it from you.

Here's a huge difference between Yorubas and Igbos: Yorubas will say "ohun tio daa o daa, ko loruko meji" what is bad is bad. Quit dancing around it and stop calling a spade a farm implement.

These people you call Yoruba elder elder have all sold out our race for pecuniary and selfish gain.

After the Late Chief Obafemi Awolowo, the Yorubas haven't been fortunate to have another leader like him.

Tinubu and Obasanjo both have wealth that I'm very sure can't be accounted for.

We don't, have never, and will never term evil good in Yorubaland. Oseewo.

I don't care whose ox is gored. Mase loogun mamo. If you don't steal your reputation will be intact.

I'm not writing this to please anybody talk less the Igbos. This is my opinion. You hold a contrary world view? Good luck to you.

I'm proud of the principles inculcated in every Yoruba child ti o ti ile ire jade. (Mind the yoruba)

Let's put our leaders under the spotlight. Then they will sit up. They aren't there so that we can worship or glorify them. I'm sure we all worship one God or the other. We don't need another set of tin gods to worship thank you.

If other ethnic groups want to worship money, we on the other hand should remember our own values as a people.

Is that man u guys are planning of projecting, is he free frm corruption?

Or is the one you all projected also free from corruption?

That is while a the north will be better off. Buhari is still defending Abacha uptil date and all his brothers in his party. Not a single northerner is talking about them.

Again, was Obasanjo free from corruption? You are not talking about him cos he is from Sw wat a luxury brain...

See, If the north brings out a cow as their presidential candidate, u will see them defend and vote the cow. Even when it is glaring that this is a cow. How can a cow contest for a president? Yet they will defend and vote that cow.

But come South... Ohh oooo u will see blame games, hate games, funny games, senseless ideologies.

I wonder if Tinubu is not corrupt?

You have made the Northerns to laugh us the South and we have decided to allow them to continue to laugh us.
You can check my earlier posts. I'm not in favour of any corrupt official wherever they hail from.

Most Yorubas didn't vote for Obasanjo and I still find fault with his leadership. He's just an egocentric old f**l whom God gave opportunity twice to steer the the affairs of this nation and threw it all down the drain.

I'd rather see him in jail. Ditto for Tinubu and every other corrupt public official. I don't care whether they are Yoruba or Igbo or whatever. Only you guys select criminals based on where they come from.

If they are from your side then nobody can dare accuse them of anything after all they are not the only one stealing public money right?

In Yorubaland you automatically become an omo ale. Who wants to associate with a thief anyway? Though that seems to be changing these days. So sad.

As far we all know, president Buhati is clean and we know this because haters like you would have shown us proof that he's embezzling money from the coffers of the government if he truly was.
PoliticsRe: Why Malami Shuns EFCC, Sends Judges’ Cases To DSS by ElsonMorali: 10:10am On Oct 13, 2016
Maybe EFCC and ICPC have both outlived their usefulness.

Unfortunately the sleeping giant called Danbazau who's supposed to be the minister of interior seems to have put his sleep in gear 5.

This is the time to vote for state and federal police. Our internal security system is a wash.

I can imagine FBI doing exactly what DSS did to the judges.

The bolded is pure thrash. Even a zygote knows that Buhari's ineptitude dragged us into recession. Being in denial doesn't erase the facts that are already on ground. Buhari caused this recession. Don't blame Jonathan for it. Jonathan wasn't the best leader but Buhari has proven that he is all shades of dumb. What president signs a document with his name misspelled??

That being said, all we (SS, SE, SW + MB) can do now is work together and ensure the dauran doesn't return to Aso Villa in 2019. With anyone from the aforementioned regions, our collective interests (true Federalism or resource control) can easily be achieved. We must put our differences aside and make Nigeria a place where we can be proud to call home. [/b]
I agree with some of your assertions but disagree with others.

While Buhari may not be the sharpest tool in the tool shed and ditto for the people he works with yet there's no going around the fact that the seeds of recession were laid during Jonathan's error, sorry, era.

There's a level to which you loot and pilfer an economy that that economy will automatically tend towards the zero.

All those dollars found in patience Jonathan's account, judges' homes, all those dollars distributed through the office of the NSA, including the ones distributed by Jona himself to pastors, imam, association of witches and wizards, royal fathers, heck, even the wall ghecko in my house got his own share, could have served as a buffer for the unprepared-for $30/barrel, but no, it all went with the wind.

Niger Delta scavengers nko? Blowing up pipelines!

There's only so much an economy can take before sh*t hits the fan.

My advice? Avoid him at all cost but don't make it obvious that you're trying to avoid him.

FamilyRe: Would You Allow Your Wife To Drive The Only Family Car? by ElsonMorali: 8:52pm On Oct 12, 2016
That's how it should be. It's your job as the man to make sure your family is contented and safe.

My mind would be at ease and I'd be more productive at work knowing my wife has the safety and comfort of the car to do her runs.
FamilyRe: Is Your Wife's Money 'her' Money And Yours 'our' Money?. by ElsonMorali: 8:42pm On Oct 12, 2016
I think it's the man's responsibility to feed, clothe and house his family...if he has the means even if the wife earns more.

That gives him a sense of pride and self-respect.

The wife should be kind enough to support the husband and save her money as their retirement plan provided the woman doesn't run away with a younger man in her 60s. grin

I guess I'm old school. undecided

You may not know this but this is 2016, not 2006 or 1996. Yorubas may be well educated, may be vibrant but they are still the weakest link politically when it comes to the interests of Southern Nigeria. As for being welcoming, do Yorubas have a choice? We have 'one Nigeria' so it is incumbent on Yorubas to welcome any bonafide Nigerian. Infact, Yorubas have a legal duty to welcome anyone in the ECOWAS subregion who has a legal right to be there. So this 'welcoming' thing holds no water. If Yorubas want to pick and choose who they welcome, then they should go and renegotiate their existence within Nigeria.

So it is my right as an Igbo man to live anywhere in Yoruba land, pursue any endeavour I wish and also raise children. The fact that I exercise this right doesnt mean I have to like or even trust Yorubas. All it means is that I'm exercising my right.
I just dey look you. Nothing like a united South and Nothing like a united North.

The various ethnic groups inhabiting these two regions are vast.

It's even easier to think of a united North than a u ited South because their first lingua franca is Hausa.

The Yorubas have no choice but to be acomodating abi?

You exercise our right and you brag about it.

When was the last time you heard that an Igbo man in the East sold a plot of land to a Yoruba or a Hausa person?

Why do you think people don't exactly go to your enclave in the east?

Why do you guys leave there en masse everyday..?

You take for granted the hospitality you enjoy in the West for granted because you're a Nigerian citizen which is how it should be but can we say the same for you Igbos?

Let your conscience be your judge o.

Keep pushing for your biafra and I pray you get it.

Even here in Nigeria there is racism...

If you are the only Non-Yoruba speaking person in your house/compound, you're dead.

Some illiterate being will look you in the face and tell you they ain't giving you the free apartment because you're not Yoruba.

Which racism pass this one?
Is that why your people keep going to Yorubaland in droves? So that they can be spat on? Liar.

Racism is real!!! Once in an elevator a british woman asked me where I was from, I replied that "I am a Nigerian"...she then asked if we have "wild animals " roaming about and how I manage with that...if there's a special language I use with the wild animals as she intends to visit Africa with her husband"! I was shocked! I first of all abused her VERY WELL in my dialect, then I smiled and said 'my country is a modern society and you should be literate enough to search the Internet about any country you wish to visit!
Hahahahahaha... Nice one. Pls tell me you used a little bit of Yoruba curse on her. grin

Can't forget my own experience in a hurry. I got into my apartment lift one night like that in Dubai. Na so I see this Asian woman coming o. Obviously she dey go up too.

Forming gentleman I come hold button for am make door no close. The mumu woman just stand there in front of the door with a sheepish grin on her face. She no gree enter o.
