TheLoneCitizen: I'm confident that Dessers will come good for club. I watched every of his games where he failed to score and he played well. Just that he missed chances.
Did you notice how he created that chance out of nothing, he backed into the defender and a hopeful long ball became a good pass.
He might be out of form, but I still believe he is our most complete striker. I still haven't lost hope on him yet.
I saw that moment too, he showed some glimpse of what we should expect. Hopefully he gets back his form before next month games.
Komekn, do you know that Dessers has been opened about his desire to turn up for us even before the last world cup and he's only getting his debut about 3 years later? |

elyte89: So u can also mention etebo..number 1 ,etebo antagonist I also mentioned Aina earlier to at least taste little action, make e no be say he come all the way from England to come service our bench, but, make no mistake, I still consider him crap, even our Dunce coach rates Awaziem higher.
I'm just mentioning Etebo as one of our options. Personal preferences - I'd pick Aribo or Azeez ahead of Etebo. I hate it when I see a midfielder holds on to the ball for far too long, losing possession in dangerous places. |

Danielnino00: Aina played in his last game for his club...if he is match rusty, what will u say about Musa who has reportedly been away from his club for the past few weeks? What about Collins that hasn't played for his club this season? Rohr is just doing nonsense.. that was how he kept playing a makeshift Shehu at RB until he was exposed at the world cup.... The dunce even took an injured Shehu to the Afcon. |

chuks404: . The Algeria are just disciplined in defence and in positional play and then counter attack when u slip nothing fantastic in them. Watching them against the Mexican, the best way to attack them is just two strikers that can attack the central defences spaces. Most time they double up to help the right and left backs which makes it difficult to attack them from the wings. That's why I call Rohr a dunce.
He was beaten same way in the AFCON semis. He learnt nothing. |

TheLoneCitizen: If I say this, everyone will say I have a crush on him. But Dessers had a good debut. Semi Ajayi, the worst player with another disasterclass. Okoye the MOTM. Ejuke a good cameo.
A good performance but bad result, would have been different if Iheanacho converted that PK. Dessers was decent, but, I doubt he'd be getting another invite anytime soon if he doesn't get it at his club. |

If it is agreed that we performed better in this game than the previous one, then, our situation is beyond pathetic. Nevertheless, I believe we'd do better with our 1st team members.
We can't move forward with Rohr as our coach.

Kbs468: Nigeria lineup Useless lineup, No Agu, how are we supposed to knit that midfield so tight and impenetrable?
Even though, I don't like Aina, he should be starting in place of Akpoguma.
Musa is supposed to be no where near the starting lineup, Chucks should be coming from the bench. |

forgiveness: You lied. In 2016, he played two matches and he was the second choice goalkeeper of his team in Portuguese first division.
You said 5 games in 5 years but if we add the two games he played to the 6 games he played this year, it is already more than 5 games. I will not count the ones he played in 2017, 2018 etc.
You are a bloody liar. 8 games in 5 years isn't that still poor? |

komekn: Correction Onyedinma is in the Championship and was in the Championship with Millwall before a bitter disagreement with Neil made him refuse to play for Millwall.
He won his first MOTM playing as a teenager in the Championship.
It seems Nwakali has majority support here buy for doing NUTTIN. I never asked you to explain his misfortune to me, I don't care. I watched him when he was at Millwall, I saw nothing special.
Yes, as a teenager, he won an MOTM, what has he done after that?
Majority support? I don't rate him, he wouldn't make my top 50 list of SE players and prospects.
Now, name at least 5 monikers who are always pouring encomium on the so called Nwakali? |

komekn: Apart from myself has anybody mentioned Onyedinma
That's my simplistic rational.
But look at the amount of never ending accolades that got too Nwakali. Many of us don't watch league 1, only you do. I've seen Onyedinma once or twice at Millwall, nothing special.
At least, oforboh has an appearance in the EPL.
What has Onyedinma done this season thus far? Has e done better than Oforboh?
How many people are singing Nwakali praises here? They are not up to 5, I've never been one of them, I don't rate him and I don't expect him to be in our team anytime soon. |

komekn: Onyedinma was not wise became emotive at Millwall and declined a move to Watford and QPR.
Then things changed and got so bad with his manager Neill a quintessential kick and rush football manager.
Fred refused to play at Millwall and left to league one.
Fast forward he was the key player that engineered thier promotion to the Championship.
What has Nwakali done beyond youth football and struggling to get on the bench at both Porto youth team and Huesca. For the past 5 years.
In this regards Onyedinma has done way more past, present and continous. But we will never hear people talking about them here non stop.
People talk about Nnamdi Oforboh as a prospect when both of them played at Wycombe, Fred Onyedinma was considerably better and way ahead of Oforboh. But nobody talks about hi
But this is the double standard prevalent across this discourse.
Benrhama who played against us and was running circles around our midfield is actually a Championship player. Why do you think Oforboh is rated higher than Onyedinma here on this thread? |

Subzero047: If you were Rohr would you experiment with a different starting eleven and risk being beaten twice in the space of one week
Or would you keep most keep most of the first eleven and make little changes? Are there other options? Any selection to be made on Tuesday would be experimental. |

Ebuehi was poor in some of the friendlies too.
Aina is trash to only novice like you. EOD Ebuehi wasn't so great in the friendly match against Serbia, he was only coming back from injury, in fact, the camera caught him wincing in pains.

andrewbaba44: That’s not his position in the eagles
Leave ajayi alone
Na there e Dey play for super eagles since ?
Pour your frustration somewhere else
It’s a no brainer for you expecting ajayi to do well in the midfield when your so called real midfielders where trash
Abegi Who are you calling frustrated? Get a hold of yourself man.
Yes, Ajayi has played in the midfield for Nigeria, even though it's for some few minutes.
Yea, it's truly a no brainer. There was simply no excuse. (if you know the meaning of the phrase)
Ajayi should be doing a lot better, same with Akpoguma, he's not new to the RB position, I can't give him a soft landing. |

Gernot Rohr as a coach is a dunce.
Why the hell was Agu benched?
He just surrendered the midfield to the Algerians to reign supreme for no just reason. Found it difficult stringing 5 passes together.
Rohr can't take us anywhere. He needs to go.
Nonsense!!
Yesterday's match was a total waste of time for me.
For those saying it's just a friendly, shouldn't forget how we played rubbish on our way to the WC and extended it to the competition proper.
