Infact, what have you benefited from the current VP who is from your region??

So going by their way of governance, it means that we are under the rule of a dictator.
Yes, cuz if he is a democrat, he will abide by the very feature of democracy with states that "MAJORITY RULES, BUT MINORITY MUST HAVE A SAY".
This shows how close our democracy is to it's death in this scam called a country.
The thing is, we igbos don't need any political favour from FG to succeed, for 16 years, we igbos have not had any major political share from the government, and that didn't make us more or less igbos, infact, we are rated most successful tribe in Nigeria today.

you that have been swimming in politics, political appointments and offices, what do you have to show for it?
NOTHING....
The northenn region is the poorest in Nigeria, not just the poorest, but also characterized with violence, kidnapping and bandits.
The Yorubaland is just slightly better than the north, with nothing to show even after producing the first president in the last 16-17years. The only outstanding state in yorubaland depends on business establishments, owned by mainly, the same Igbos you see as the unfortunate ones.
What an irony of life
EducationRe: The Relationship Between Physics, Metaphysics And Prayer by Elvis778(m): 10:44am On Jun 23, 2019
EternalBeing:
You Eternal Soul is pricesless, don't lose it for the love of this material world.
Let me lay it bare for you. MetaPhyaics downgraded to Physics and Alchemy downgraded to Chemistry.
Most great Physicsts are MetaPhysicists. The greatest Metaphysicts are from AMOC and AMOCs worship Ra. Ra means Sun. Don't be carried away by science and the glits of this decaying world. The battle started because of Man, when ALMIGHTY GOD (supreme oved all HIS Creations) commanded all Angels, including Satan, to bow before Man. Most of the Angels bowed but devil and some rebelled, Quran 17:61, Matthew 22:44. Satan envy and hates Man with passion because ALMIGHTY GOD elevated Man above him and all the Angels in Heaven. He did not create man, so, he can not destroy Man. Being very cunny, he wants YAHWEH to destroy Man by pushing Man against his CREATOR. He knows that the sin that angers the great CREATOR most is the sin of Idolatotry. That's why he vigorously pushes men to him commit the sin, especially because he know that the children and unborn generation of idolaters would also be punished for it. He wants to put as much enmity between man and his CREATOR. Imagine, nobody or scientist can still prove the engine that is in man that speaks in man. It remains a mystery. Yet some men are still foolish enough to be pushed to kill their fellow men just because they want to collect something from the devil. If only they are wise, they should have asked the devil why he won't give them unless he first used them to destroy fellow men. If only they know that their CREATOR would gladly give them whatever they desire when they prove they appreciate HIM than the gift. If only they know that it's never worth it, if only they know and rember that they'll soon die too and face Judgement.
Deuteronomy 5:9
"Thou shalt not bow down thyself unto them, nor serve them; for I, the Lord thy God, am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate Me"
that does not, in any way prove the relationship between Physics and Prayers/spirituality
Even the science fantasy of teleportting is nothing close to spirituality,
teleportting happens in a more physical way, involves accessing the shortest path to very distant destination,
these short paths can only be accessed through wormholes which can only be created by accelerating and colliding particles at a very high speed (possibly, a speed more than or equal to that of light) so until science reach the level of making particles (and not wave) move as fast as light, teleportting will remain a fantasy.

Mind you, teleportting might be similar to "disappearing" but they are very different. (you can't disappear to a place you've never been before but you can teleport to somewhere you've never been, infact, teleportting, if achieved, will make space travel easy, and would make moving of humans to another solar system possible.)
EducationRe: The Relationship Between Physics, Metaphysics And Prayer by Elvis778(m): 9:22am On Jun 23, 2019
Though i love your write up,
but I'll still tell you the truth.

You are actually wrong,

physics and spirituality are direct opposites and as such, cannot be related.

There is nothing spiritual in physics.
In physics, you have to see/feel, and prove what you've seen/felt, before it is believed.
In spirituality/religious practices,
you have to believe before you can see/feel.
Science and physics involves physical stuffs, experimenting on what you've seen/felt,

whereas prayers involves faith.
That alone makes both very distant from each other, and unrelated.

The mother is in her right senses but at the level of a 9 year old. Stop thinking the mother is insane.

A 9 year old child knows what a baby is.

Besides the womans mother said she would take over the care of the baby once born and she is a uk certified former midwife. Who else is more qualified for the job than she is?

You spoke with a lot of assumptions and assumptions are not certainties. I have pointed out the certainties in my response.

The Judge is a selfish hardcore pro abortionist as i already mentioned in my other post and this is a Known fact about her.
we both know that leaving a child under the care of his/her granny,
is like telling the child to do whatever he likes,
most wayward kids were brought up by their granny,
grannys lack the ability to correct their grandchildren, it's common, even in our own Nigerian setting

d judge made an erroneous judgement that may leave d lady worse off. First, d pregnancy is 5 months old. That's 2 much risk to take on a persons life. D lady might die. Second, d fact that d lady doesn't want 2 loose d baby will put further mental & psychological pressure & trauma on d lady when she is forced to do an abortion. This will further worsen d mental state & health of d lady considering d fact that she is under d care of specialists. She might even become suicidal eventually. Third, d fact her mother was willing 2 take custody of d child removes any doubt regarding d welfare& upbringing of d child. In my opinion, d judge made a very selfish decision
If you know how it feels to loose a grown up baby to another parents, you won't be talking like this,
ofcourse she'll face some certain challenges after the abortion and that might worsen her condition,
but she's going to face a higher risk of loosing her senses totally if she should train the baby to some certain stage, only to loose him/her to another parents.

Secondly, putting a baby under the care of the grandmum is never the way to go, it's quite dangerous, if you check all this white kids (that always causetrouble in the streets) most of them are under their granny's care, grannys lack the ability to correct their grandchildren.

Show me the measuring instrument you used to know that the motherly love is at the barest minimum. Even if it is minimal it is still there because the Judge said "To the woman THE PREGNANCY IS REAL". This means that even with that mental developmental disability she has awareness of her condition and even said she did not want to abort the baby.

Do you think a 9 year old child does not know the diference between a doll and a real baby?
you see, there are some things you don't consider,
Bringing that child into this world will be a crime to the child, he/she might turn out to be a pain on the ass to the society, cuz the mum isn't in her right senses. The only way to go about that child is to move him/her to a foster parents after the baby might have attain the age of 7.
But then,
the trauma will be so high compared to what she might face in the cause of abortion.
Something like that might even make her commit suicide (i don't know if u have an idea how it feels to loose a baby after he/she was born and cared for, even if na 1 week you train am, the thing dey pain pass say u get miscarriage)
CrimeRe: Judge Orders 22-week Pregnant Disabled Woman To Have Abortion by Elvis778(m): 7:47am On Jun 23, 2019
Abortion ain't the way,

but in this case, the judge has a point.....
The girl is mentally disabled, and it would be dangerous to leave a child under her care or even under her mother's care......
Also, if you should handover the baby to foster parents, the trauma will be too much for the mother,
imagine training a baby for the first few years, only for some group of persons to come claim him/her,
it's better she aborts it now that the motherly love is at the barest minimum, than give the baby out when it's high.

Every time, Yoruba call their own to order - Yoruba Ronu. They also live with you in a country where one finger dipped in the oil infects others.

Which Igbo calls Igbo to order without being dealt with?

Instead of you to face your rampaging problem inside and outside Nigeria like Yoruba do, you are using Jealousy as defensive mechanism.

Inside Nigeria you are Biafrans, outside you are Nigerians. When you realize the shame and blemishes you put on innocent Igbo, this cultue of arrogance becoming common among all Nigerians will reduce.
like i correctly spelt in my previous comment,
i said "MOST SUCCESSFUL IN TERMS OF BUSINESS"
please if you know any other tribe that beat us in that, tell me.

Meanwhile. The OP was being ridiculous, cuz this story is FAKE.
You've also failed to understand that the problem we are facing in diaspora is not affecting only the igbos, but all Nigerians.
The xenophobia in SA claimed the lives of many Nigerians, both Igbos, Yorubas etc were killed.
Same thing in Ghana,
the attack on Nigerian traders both in Kumasi (2018) and suame (recently) was against all Nigerians and not only Igbos, why do you choose to put the blame on us?
Why do you choose to bring "Ethnicity" into every matter??
Why?
If not JEALOUSY.
This stuff happening is against all Nigerians and affects our image as a whole, and not only igbos cuz those guys you see don't know the difference between us at all.

Jealousy.
Am not saying this because am an igbo,

A yoruba friend personally told me the beef between us and other tribe ain't cuz of our attitude, it's simply cuz of jealousy and we all know that.

I dey tell you. I own a house in Ghana and live there of and on but i have learned to avoid Ghanaians like a plague. No matter the kind of good you do for them they somehow end up turning it to a bad thing. I drop off my Children in school there and pick them up along with 3 other Ghanaian Children who live close to my residence but i had to stop rendering that assistance because if per adventure anything happens to those kids even when i am not involved the people will somehow still want to link me with it since i am a Nigerian especially with their new found hobby of focusing on Nigerians with every "kidnap" since i was the one helping out by bringing them home as their parents are not mobile so i told the boys NO MORE!

I have bought a car which i gave to a Ghanaian for Uber. He only drove it for 6 months and i called him one day and handed all documents of the car to him and told him to go with it. I just felt like helping out the young man since i knew his story. He knows my house, knows my maid and so on. One day my friend was coming to Visit and he brought my friend with the car i blessed him with to my house and i met them outside, He still collected money from me because i paid for the ride. I regretted my good work that day.

One of them is even begging me to assist her with house rent just 2 days or so ago and i am tempted not to assist anymore. I try to show them that there are good Nigerians which is why i always do good to them but i think i need to stop that now altogether.

Food, Drink, Womanizing is their focus and they hate how Nigerians come into their country and in such a short time begin to flourish. They do not know that we know how to work their currency value better than they do. Its amazing that Nigerians know the value of the Ghanaian cedi better than the average Ghanaian does.
Fact.....
I just pray both government look into this issue ASAP,
it won't be good if what happened in S.A. Repeats it's self in Ghana

This is exactly what i said above. Its plain Jealousy. Their women prefer us, Their buyers prefer us, Their men are brutally lazy, The hardworkers are the women even on construction sites its a women affair. There is no such thing as substandard parts being sold. The real gurus of sub standard parts are the Ghanaians themselves due to their greed and desire to "make wad" as they always say. This is why their own Yahoo is laced with serious juju and rituals. They taught Nigerians about Yahoo plus with their sakawa boys but will still say Nigeria is bad.

In Ghana, Yahoo plus is celebrated as long as it is a Ghanaian who is making money from it at the detriment of others. Their television stations celebrate Fetish living and ritual money and they even license Juju practitioners and thus encouraging the sakawa business like crazy.

Ghanaians know their own people are mad corrupt and wicked but will always focus on Nigerians. IN FACT THERE IS NO SINGLE TRIBE IN GHANA WHO LIKES THEMSELVES. They all have all sorts of negative things to say about each other. They never patronize each other when it comes to business or work. The Ashanti will never employ a Ga because they call them destroyers of destiny and so on. Yet to them, Nigeria is their problem.
you just said it all bro,
it's no longer news that Ghananians even advertise ritualists on TV stations, you see them doing incantations on a pot and all of a sudden, money starts pouring out like water, different currencies............ This shows how lazy they are, they hate it when Nigerians go out to hustle for the money, blocking it from reaching their home where dey sit lazily expecting manner to fall
BusinessRe: Nigerian Traders ‘under Attack’ In Ghana by Elvis778(m): 5:13pm On Jun 19, 2019
And here we are, bashing our selves instead of thinking out a solution.
Let me tell you guys the simple truth, they ain't chasing us cuz of the crimes and all that,
they are simply jealous.
An average Nigerian is 30 times more business minded than a ghananian,
i saw a write up made by someone living in Ghana,
he narrated how he went out to buy peeled groundnuts of about lets say 2 hundred naira worth of groundnut (if converted to Nigerian money),
but met a woman with more un-peeled ones than the peeled one,
he quickly asked her to process the un-peeled ones so he could buy,
but guess what?? She said she can't, that she's busy,
WATCHING TV. A nigerian meaning to trade would never do that, we are hustlers and would go any possible/fair length to satisfy our consumers. Why won't we park all their customers??
If we are really selling sub-standard parts, Ghana authorities (which as of today is more competent than ours) would have penalized them, and not their fellow traders. This is just JEALOUSY, they have been looking for a great opportunity to execute their plans, and thanks to those criminals, they just handed them the opportunity they have been looking for.
This is also same in SA, they hate us cuz we come to their country and park all the opportunities they would have colonized, they now want us out of their country so we wud leave a vacant seat for them,
this is just it, it's just cuz of JEALOUSY. Nigerians might be criminals, but we are hard working and tend to do better anywhere we are found, both in studies, trading and every other thing that involves money making.

Christianity EtcRe: Do We Really Want To Go Back To The Old Ways? by Elvis778(m): 7:37am On Jun 18, 2019
etrange:
I don't think he was referring to lives of the early Christians as taught in religious studies because those days predates the advent of Christianity in Nigeria and his examples of what things used to be like then were all locally mined. It only shows he was referring to a more recent past, a time in our history when things were supposedly better. But then again, even if he was talking about the EC's, we in this part of the world never lived like the early Christians. All we know about them were what we were thought by same Christians. Glossy and sugary in terms of inter human relationship but we don't know how the minority faired. Those whose story we never got to hear. Those who didn't want to be circumcised. Those woman who wanted more in society. Those scholars whose findings contradicted the teachings of religious leaders.

All these are just by the way though. My main stance is that religion as of old would not fair well today without some changes. This is what we need to know. This is what bokoharam guys need to know. Culture is evolving and it's taking religion along with it. At a point, it was ok to marry many wives; at a point it wasn't. In both cases religion/Christianity condoned it. Before, women couldn't teach in churches, today they do. In both cases, religion found a way to fall in line. The white man criminalized homosexuality, today it's acceptable over there and guess what, religion is condoning it. As we evolve, as we learn more, we keep changing and anything that refuses to be refined becomes toxic (as in the case of bokoharam).

I don't know how to say this without coming off as anti Christian but this efforts to separate religion from other aspects of societal modifications are not practical. The truth is, religion can hardly be treated in isolation. As a matter of fact, it is a component of culture and as such bound to be influenced by other parts of the bigger picture. My point is, while the basic values of Christianity might remain fairly intact, the practices are definitely going to evolve with respect to what is obtainable in society. This progression accounts for the differences between the old and new testament and if we one should write another book of the bible today, I bet it'll reflect the factors that nuances today's society from what was obtainable when the new testament was written. People know better today and insisting on old religious practices in the face of facts against it will make us not any different from Bokoharam. Women are gradually finding their bearing in society today, abortion has saved lives and aided birth control, blood transfusion is saving lives today, slavery is illegal in many countries, etc. These heights wouldn't have been possible if we didn't know where and when to shun religion.

Hope you see my point.
oh lord, this is exactly what I've been trying to explain to these over religious folks, thinz are changing but they won't understand,
at a point in the Bible, it was very ok to sleep with your brother's wife after your brother's death, infact, God punished a man cuz he failed to do so, but today it is a sin......
At a point, slavery wasn't bad, people had slaves as sign of wealth, it wasn't bad either.......
At a point, anointed men like samson slept with harlots, it wasn't bad then..........these are all adjustments, then, it was the general way of life and everything had to be adjusted to fit into the society.
The new testament also adjusted to fit into the society before them before and after the death of Christ.
But some folks in our own society feel it's a sin to adjust too,
but it won't last though, cuz change is constant and can't be suppressed,
at most, the suppressing factor will be cut off by the majority,
just like most of our African tradition was cut off long ago.
And am sure we wouldn't want that to happen....

That was the culture then, so barbarism is condoned as long as time range differs... But a supposed God should have made it clear from beginning what it condones and what it does not condone....
you still don't understand me bro,

Modern day religion is the one picking out what GOD condems and what he accepts.....
For instance, "Eating with a girl from same plate before marriage is a Sin"
what nonsense?

We Africans are just busy creating burden and torment for our selves in the guise of Religion,

not knowing that's devil's best tool.

For ur info, Sin is not really what Devil uses to get to man,

his main tool is GUILT. He tries to make us feel guilty and once he achieve that, we will personally move away from God, Hiding from his presence just like Adam did.

This means that if we Africans keep creating stuffs like dis, stuffs dat make us feel unnecessary guilt,
we will remain far away from God and will never move forward.

Isn't it easy to put it all on parents? How many parents can even effectively parent these days?

Did your father ask you to have sex out of wedlock? Is it your parents that told you there is nothing wrong with pregnancy out of wedlock? People who steal, is that what their parents taught them? Did someone's father tell him that Yahoo is the best way to make money? Is it parents that tell their kids to kidnap? Do you know what efffect human interaction has on people? Is it not this world that children from strong, Christian backgrounds easily fall into 'sin'?

So, we should omit the influence of peer groups, social media, educational institutions, on the way we think, act, and conduct ourselves, and put it all on Parents? Did you do Social Studies in school?

You have just proven that you indeed, are limited in knowledge as regards psychological influence.

Happy Father's Day, I hope that your children reflect all the values you teach them when they grow older, I highly doubt you are a parent yet, though.
don't bash him, his comment is the best here,

why do you think Nigeria is more of a failed state than America and Britainhuh Despite being in top 5 most religious country?

PARENTING.
They got that more than us,
they are the best in that aspect and that's why their society is more organised, Thanks

Okay, people like us as here to help you guys speak what you have chosen to keep a blind eye to in the Bible.

Stop being hypocritical, nothing like the good old days, humans have always been humans and even more barbaric in those times....
No
Let's take good some examples of barbarism and sexual immoralties condoned in the Bible.

1. Sex between Lot and his two daughters
2. Jacob marrying two sisters
3. Yahweh allows you to take women as spoil of wars... If you have seen Games of thrones, it's same way the Dothraki tribe do theirs
4. Rape is condoned, you can marry a girl once u have forced your way into her, then pay her bride price.
5. Samson did harlots., Yahweh was cool with it.
6. Yahweh smote a man for not impregnating his brothers wife
7. Even your Jesus genealogy was a product of incest, harlotry and casual sex or have you forgotten the story of how Judah, 4th son of Jacob mistook his daughter in law Tamar for a prostitute and slept with her

.

Now therefore, kill every male among the little ones, and kill every woman who has known man intimately. But all the girls who have not known man intimately, spare for yourselves. Numbers 31:17-18.
lol, crazy comment,

anyways, that was their culture then, and we should understand it that way....
My only problem with modern day Christianity and Religion as a whole especially Africans is their taste to modify the bible and other holy books in other to put men into more bondage.
And i tell you, that's our major set back.
Little wonder why the original owners of these religious believes are miles ahead of us in everything,
but us wey carry am for head dey thousands of years behind. And like OP, he still want to go back more, chai

those days when our elders wud sell us to the white men as slaves in exchange of foreign ammunition,
those days our lives were under the mercy of dictators and nothing like free will,
those days when we will be killed and persecuted for accepting that the earth is spherical and not flat,
those days when we were dumb and only knew how to farm and fish............
