I don't think it is necessary since we have a more experienced Onyedika that can play that role. I would prefer Kelechi Nwakali focusing on improving his performances in his club than Super Eagles call up.

I doubt he can even fit in Eric chelles style of play cos nwakali uses more of his head Dan leg .control and ease d ball in tight spaces against opponents when with d ball,but off d ball …d guy is lazy,chelle go pursue am commot for field

Our players are the problem not the stadium there is this casual approach to the game they need to change and it’s not this present set of eagles that’s been having this problem, even if we move the game to another stadium it’s still the same players. Our players must play for the entire 90 mins with same zeal and commitment

lol I no be ndah fan…but looking at d 90minutes he played in our friendly game,he was just dere,same with akpoguma,he didn’t give us dt agu vibe, aside dt ,for chelle not to av used him in d last 2 wcq ,still not inviting him again for dis recent friendlies despite watching him at trainings in d last wcq says a lot . maybe he didn’t impress chelle…at least Ogbu was invited again despite report saying he was injured in d last 2wcq (reason for not playing)

I agree Ndidi is better on the ball than Onyeka but credits to Onyeka pls... you saw the passing sequence that led to Fisayo being one on one with Safonov in the Russian goal. Who was the architect of that passing sequence that created that chance? It was Frank Onyeka.

I had to find the highlight of that chance to see it again... Firstly Onyeka brilliantly intercepted a Russia throw-in on the Naija right wing which fell to FDB.... FDB touched it to Onyeka and sped off... Onyeka drove forward, took out 2 challenges in sweet quick take ons and laid the pass to Boniface who found the still running FDB who was now one on one with Safonov.

We missed that big chance but that chance had Onyeka written all over it. He created that chance single handedly with his industry and BTL-style vertical plays.

Ndidi may be better on the ball but Onyeka has better drive vertically and contributes better to offensive transitions than Ndidi.

Chelle no wan hear anything once it is ndidi …dt man is starting every game under chelle except if injured
