Nonsense write up.

Show me the body and i will beleive. USA did not show us the body of Osama Bin laden, but evidence shows he is dead. What of Shekau evidence?

4.2 trillion naira on security and nothing to show for it because most of the money was diverted to personal use.

I would rather give credit to Shekau for being elusive than giving credit to yeye Jonathan.

When you run a part of the relay and pass on the baton, there is no sense of unfinished business in your mind. There is just the sense of having done your part to the best of your ability. That is it. The hope is to pass on the baton to somebody who will run faster and run a better marathon.

Family › Wedding Rings: Wife Was Shocked At Wrong Inscription by emamos(op):
A stunned woman discovered she's been wearing somebody else's wedding ring for years - and has no idea how.
Marianne Crowley, who married her husband Flor in 1997, was shocked to find out the ring she'd been wearing was not her own.
Speaking on Joe Duffy's Liveline on RTE Radio 1 today, she said she was baffled how it happened.
She told the Irish Mirror: "I've never been apart from it.
"I had the rest of them valued recently, but I didn't send the ringalong with it.
"I never wear the ring on it's own, I always wear the other ringswith it and I definitely don't remember having two weddings."
While trying to remember her anniversary date, she asked one of her colleagues to take a look at the inscription inside the ring.
She asked her pal to tell her which day in September the ring said - and was startled when her co-worker said the ring was inscribed with July 1993.
But Marianne and Flor got married on September 13, 1997 - in fact she doesn't even know anyone who got married in July 1993.
She says she has never taken off the wedding ring, so she's not sure how or when the swap could have happened.
The Irishwoman went on to say that she never took the ring to the jewellers to get it cleaned or polished, or left it anywhere it could have gone missing.
She does admit, though, that she dropped a ring once.

Cake: Woman had never taken ring off where it could have gone missing
Eight years ago, Marianne dropped a ring down a sink in a hotel - she just can't remember if it's the wedding ring.
She said: "Even if it was the wedding ring that I dropped, what are the chances of picking up one that looks the exact same that would fit my finger?"
Since she never wore the wedding ring without other rings, she feels it was unlikely that someone sought out her wedding band.
She said: "Somebody would hardly swap the wedding rings and leave the ones with the diamonds."
The ring is described as being a plain gold, narrow band.
The inscription on Marianne's band reads: "F.C. - M. S. 13/09/1996".
The ring she currently has is nearly identical, but with the inscription: "03/07/1997 PAT".
She says she doesn't know if PAT is a person's name or an abbreviation of names, like Paul and Theresa.
Despite the mystery, Marianne says she's just looking to reunite the ring with PAT - whoever that may be

Politics › Corruption: Provide Facts Against Our Members Or Shut Up, Says APC by emamos(op):
The All Progressives Congress (APC) has asked those alleging bias in the prosecution of the war against corruption to be ready to forward credible corruption evidence against any member of the ruling party to the anti graft agencies.
The party which warned against any attempt to truncate the ongoing fight against corruption under any guise, expressed its total support for President Muhammadu Buhari’s determination to end the scourge of corruption in the country.
The National Peace Committee led by former military Head of State, Gen. Abdulsami Abubakar, recently held discussions with Buhari during which the president promised to begin the prosecution of looters of public fund soon.
The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Labour Party (LP) and other critics of the present onslaught against corruption have described the approach as selective, demanding that rule of law be strictly adhered to.
However, in a statement issued in Lagos Thursday by its National Publicity Secretary, Alhaji Lai Mohammed, the party appealed to all Nigerians, especially opinion leaders, to ensure that their actions and utterances do not give comfort to those who have looted the commonwealth.
‘’Therefore, those who are shouting themselves hoarse by saying the Buhari administration’s fight against corruption is selective or is a distraction are only seeking to sabotage the epic battle.
‘’If they have any case of corruption against any member of the APC, they should forward their evidence to the appropriate anti-corruption agency.
But to take to the airwaves and the pages of newspaper to use their paid agents to launch a campaign against the anti-graft fight is to fight against the very existence and survival of Nigeria,” he said.
APC said the president’s sincerity of purpose can be seen from his statement that any of his party members who is found to be corrupt will not escape justice.
‘’Our party promised Nigerians change, but the change that we promised and which Nigerians desire so much cannot be achieved if we allow the resources that belong to all Nigerians to be appropriated by a few. How do we upgrade our decayed infrastructure and provide jobs for our people when the money meant for that has been squirrelled away by a few?
‘’President Buhari has promised to break the vicious cycle of corruption that has held Nigeria down. How can he do that if he allows those who have looted the treasury to escape justice, and then use their ill-gotten wealth to fight the government? How can he do that if he turns a blind eye to the monumental cases corruption in all sectors.
‘’We know that fighting corruption in a society where the cankerworm has eaten deep into its fabric will not be easy. We know that corruption will always fight back. But there is no other choice than to confront and destroy this monster once and for all, lest it destroys Nigeria,’’ it said.
‘’The danger in truncating the fight against corruption is that it will consign Nigeria to poverty, insecurity and unemployment in perpetuity. That is why we are restating our unalloyed support for the President, and urging him not to be deterred or distracted by those hiding under sophistry to weaken the fight,’’ the party said.
It said those who are engaging in nitpicking on the anti-corruption fight are simply implementing a well-oiled plan to make enough noise by accusing the Buhari administration of being selective, and hope to create enough confusion and distraction to hoodwink unsuspecting Nigerians.
‘’We are glad that most Nigerians have lent their support to the government’s fight against corruption, going by their interventions on the social media platforms which has now become a people’s parliament of sorts, and other fora. We urge them not to relent in their support, irrespective of the antics of the naysayers,’’ APC said.

Politics › Why Youths Are Unemployed - Buhari by emamos(op): 3:36pm On Aug 13, 2015
President Muhammadu Buhari said unsuitable qualifications limit the employment prospects and potential of the Nigerian youth to contribute to national development.
The president spoke at the Old Banquet Hall of the Presidential Villa in Abuja yesterday on the occasion of the 2015 International Youth Day celebrations.
He said "although education attainment by the Nigerian youth has increased significantly in the last decade, the relevance of curricula, quality of education and the fit with skills required by the job market still remains a challenge for the country. Unsuitable qualifications limit our young peoples' employment prospects and potential to contribute to national development."
The president said the youth had written their names in history and would be remembered as true heroes of the country's democracy and architects of change.
"The role you played, individually and collectively, in not only being peaceful members of the electorate but also galvanising the social media platform and mobilising your peers to make the right choice," he said.
